ПЕРИОДОНТА БОЛЕЗНИ -- PERIODONTAL DISEASES
Аннотация: The main provisions of the research paper, which has two chapters, are based on the analysis of the authors’ research. The first chapter outlines the achievements of the new science - biological coagulology based on the discover}’ of thrombin-plasmin system (TPS) and two fundamental opposite physiological processes performed by it - biological coagulation (cyto-histo-hemocoagulation) and biological regeneration (cyto- histo-hemoregeneration). It studies physiological, pathogenetic and sanogenetic role of such complex enzyme system. It was found that biocoagulation functions as coagulatory- hypotrophic mechanism (CHM), therefore its eventual result is a degenerative-dystrophic lesion of organs referred to as "coagulatory dystrophy" and bioregeneration operates as a regenerative-normotrophic mechanism (RNM), therefore its eventual result is elimination of all injuries and full regeneration of the structure and functions of organs. The second chapter shows that these achievements of biological coagulology resulted in significantly different views of periodontal pathologies; in particular, it was found that CUM is one of the main stages of the pathogenesis of many generalized periodontal lesions that enabled us to highlight five kinds of coagulatory periodontosis and RNM is the only natural mechanism of sanogenesis of periodontal lesions of coagulatory origin
