Лідерами на РЕ у 2021 році є Америка та Західна Європа, що мають показники 66,2 та 20,2 на 100 тисяч населення відповідно. Згідно з даними національного канцер-реєстру такий показник в Україні у 2021 році становив 34,2 на 100 тис. населення. РЕ – це хвороба урбанізації. Висока поширеність РЕ, цукрового діабету, захворювання щитоподібної залози, зумовлюють актуальність цієї проблеми та необхідність пошуку нових методів ранньої діагностики та лікування. Ретроспективно проведено дослідження 321 пацієнтки на РЕ, І-IV стадії, які отримали комплексне лікування у Прикарпатському клінічному онкологічному центрі Івано-Франківської обласної ради з 2021 по 2022 рр. Вік пацієнток становив від 41 до 83 років, у середньому — 63,5±7,8 роки. У 2021 році у КНП “Прикарпатський клінічний онкологічний центр” ІФОР з приводу РЕ було проліковано 141 пацієнтку, а в 2022 році – 178 пацієнтів. Загалом переважали хворі у віковій групі 55 – 69 років, у 2021 році кількість пацієнтів становила – 64 (45,4%), у 2022 році – 88 (49,1%). Переважали хворі із надлишковою масою тіла, зокрема, ожиріння І ступеня спостерігалося у 44 (31,2%) у 2021 та 2022 році – 55 (30,9%) випадках та ІІ ступеня – у 28 (19,9%) та 30 (16,9%) відповідно до років. Найчастішими ендокринологічними захворюваннями у пацієнток на РЕ були патологія щитоподібної залози та цукровий діабет ІІ типу. У пацієнтів на РЕ та із супутньою ендокринологічною патологією виникають ускладнення у післяопераційному періоді. Частота ускладнень у 2021 році склала 16,4%, а у 2022 році – 19,1%. Найчастіше ускладнення були зафіксовані у пацієнтів із важкими формами цукрового діабету у стадії субкомпенсації/декомпенсації та у поєднанні із метаболічним синдромом. Доцільно розглядати й вивчати ЦД та захворювання щитоподібної залози як фактор ризику розвитку пухлин певних локалізацій, а також як підставу для підвищеної онкологічної настороженості Endometrial cancer (RE) occupies the first place in the structure of oncogynecological diseases. Every year, the incidence of PE increases by 2.8%. The leaders in RE in 2021 are America and Western Europe, 66.2 and 20.2 per 100 thousand population, respectively. According to the data of the national cancer registry, such an indicator in Ukraine in 2021 was 34.2 per 100,000 population. RE is a disease of urbanization. Discussions continue among scientists regarding endocrinological diseases in patients with oncological pathology: paraneoplastic syndrome or independent nosology? The high prevalence of RE, diabetes, thyroid disease, significant socio-economic costs and psychomedical factors determine the urgency of this problem and the need to find new methods of early diagnosis and treatment. A retrospective study was conducted of 321 patients with RE, stages I-IV, who received complex treatment at the Precarpathian Clinical Oncology Center of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Council from 2021-2022. The age of the patients is from 41 to 83 years, on average - 63.5±7, 8 years old. We analyzed the age of the patients, the presence of burdensome cancer history, topometric indicators, the state of the reproductive system, and the presence of concomitant diseases. All patients were female. In 2021, 141 patients were treated for RE at the Prykarpattia Clinical Oncology Center of IFOR, and in 2022 – 178 patients. Patients in the 55-69 age group predominated, in 2021 – 64 (45.4%), in 2022 – 88 (49.1%) patients. In patients on RE in 2021 and 2022, burdened cancer anamnesis prevailed, in 101 (71.6%) and 138 (77.5%), respectively. Most often, there were 3 or more pregnancies in 38 (26.9%) patients in 2021 and 57 (32.0%) in 2022. When analyzing the time of the onset of menopause, it was found that the patients had late menopause most often - in 107 (75.9%) and 133 (74.7%) cases in 2021 and 2022, respectively. Patients with excess body weight prevailed, obesity of the first degree - in 44 (31.2%) in 2021 and 2022 - 55 (30.9%) cases, and obesity of the second degree - in 28 (19.9%) and 30 (16.9) %) according to years. The most frequent endocrinological diseases in RE patients were thyroid gland pathology and type II diabetes. Patients with PE and concomitant endocrinological pathology have complications in the postoperative period. The frequency of complications in 2021 was 16.4%, and in 2022 - 19.1%. Most often, complications were recorded in patients with severe forms of diabetes in the subcompensation/decompensation stage and in combination with metabolic syndrome. It is appropriate to consider and study diabetes and thyroid disease as a risk factor for the development of tumors of certain localizations, as well as a basis for increased oncological vigilance. In oncological patients with accompanying diabetes, it is important to carry out careful glycemic control during all stages of anticancer treatment, to involve an endocrinologist in the work of an interdisciplinary team of specialists who plan and carry out the treatment of cancer patients Additional Access Points: Дяків, І.
