Метою статті є поділитися досвідом викладання дисципліни «Основи біоетики» студентам-магістрантам фаху «Фізична терапія, ерготерапія» в Івано-Франківському національному медичному університеті. Результати. Хоча для магістрів цього профілю більшість тем має ознайомчий характер, проте на практичних заняттях вони будуть вивчати методи розробки етичних принципів і рекомендацій, що допомагатиме вирішувати конфліктні ситуації та забезпечуватиме захист прав людей. Одним із важливих завдань для викладацького складу під час навчання є виробити уміння у молоді застосовувати принципи біоетики. Основну увагу під час викладання основ біоетики фізичним терапевтам та ерготерапевтам треба звернути на: проблему визначення терміна «здоров'я» і відношення до нього, вміння комунікабельності, знання прав та обов'язків людини. Потрібно багато зусиль і умінь, щоб оволодіти вмінням комунікувати – переконливо говорити й активно слухати. Викладач має «вміти чути» своїх студентів й учити їх слухати своїх пацієнтів, адже слухати — ще не означає почути, тобто отримати повідомлення й якось певним чином на нього відреагувати. Навчити активно слухати означає сприймати повідомлення повною мірою — і факти, й емоції, що дуже важливо для хворої людини. Не всім вистачає емпатії — турботи і підтримки слухача, яка показує співрозмовнику, що його розуміють і поважають. Важливим завданням викладача основ біоетики є навчити свого студента бути людиною, визнавати найвищу соціальну цінність її життя і здоров‘я, дотримуватися прав пацієнтів: права доступності потрібних людині якісних і ефективних медичних послуг, права на інформацію. Висновки. Викладання дисципліни «Основи біоетики» є доцільним для студентів фаху 227 «Фізична терапія, ерготерапія» як з погляду виховної, так і професійної діяльності. Паралельно з вивченням фахових предметів, майбутні спеціалісти навчатимуться шанувати права пацієнта, у процесі лікування застосовувати індивідуальний етичний підхід до фізичної терапії In the 21st century, the problem of human development should be considered as one of the priorities in the activities of the world community in the conditions of globalization of all spheres of human activity. At the center of modern problems is a person. Teaching the basics of bioethics to masters in the specialty 227 "Physical therapy, occupational therapy" forces teachers to reconsider the emphasis placed on training young specialists. The aim. The purpose of the article is to share the experience of teaching the discipline "Fundamentals of Bioethics" to master's students of the specialty "Physical therapy, occupational therapy" at the Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University. Results. The study of the basics of bioethics for students of the future specialty of physical therapy and occupational therapy - rehabilitation specialists is carried out from the 2023/24 academic year at the department of clinical pharmacology and clinical pharmacy, which already has more than twenty years of experience teaching students of medical, dental and pharmaceutical faculties. We believe that all medical specialists, including physical therapists and occupational therapists, need knowledge of the main existing problems of certain fields of biomedical ethics and health care, which will expand and make them comprehensively developed and intellectual. According to the educational and professional training program for specialty 227, the discipline is invested in 90 hours (3 credits), which consists of 6 lecture hours, 20 hours for practical classes and the rest for independent extracurricular work of students, ending with a final module control. When teaching the basics of bioethics, rehabilitators should focus on what is most important for them - the problem of defining the term "health", the relationship to physical, mental and social health, and as well as teaching physical therapists communication skills, knowledge of human rights and responsibilities. Therefore, it is very important to teach the student to formulate his thoughts correctly, to set before himself and the patient the goal of each visit. The teacher should teach the students how to properly communicate with the patient/client. Only persuasive speech, which involves a confident style, encourages interlocutors to take effective actions and cooperate. The teacher must "be able to hear" his students and teach them to listen to their patients. One of the student's practical skills is to learn to listen attentively and actively, that is, actively participate in the conversation, immediately establish eye contact with the speaker and, supporting the conversation. Future rehabilitators should be warned about the lack of a unified understanding of the situation and the emotional or physical state of the visitor - when communicating with patients, specific communicative microbarriers may arise. An important task of the teacher of the basics of bioethics is to teach his student to be a person, to recognize the highest social value of human life and health, to respect his rights and freedoms and to know and to respect the rights of patients. Conclusions.
