Матеріал і методи. У дослідженні взяли участь 100 хворих на ЕАГ ІІ стадії, яким виконали комплекс клінічно-лабораторних обстежень та визначили частоту загострень, кризового перебігу, індекс коморбідності Чарлсона, рівень тривожності (стійкої особистісної і динамічної реактивної за методом Spielberger), кумулятивний індекс коморбідності CIRS, якості життя SF-36 у порівнянні зі станом до війни. 191 респондент заповнили Google форму опитувальника, який включав тести із діагностики депресії і тривоги. Результати. Війна вагомо вплинула на якість життя українців із АГ: погіршились як фізичне, так і психічне здоров’я хворих за тестом SF-36 (на 19,65% і 23,01%), а також соціальної активності (на 19,71%). Material and methods. 100 patients with EAH II stage participated in the study.
