MeSH-головна:
ПСОРИАЗ -- PSORIASIS (этиология)
TOLL-ПОДОБНЫЙ РЕЦЕПТОР 4 -- TOLL-LIKE RECEPTOR 4
TOLL-ПОДОБНЫЙ РЕЦЕПТОР 9 -- TOLL-LIKE RECEPTOR 9
Анотація: introduction. Psoriasis is one of the most common chronic multifactorial disease. Psoriasis weight proportion in the total skin diseases is from 7 % to 10 %, and among hospitalized patients with skin diseases to 20—25 %. Toll-like receptors (TLRs) is a class of conserved receptors that recognize pathogen-associated microbial patterns. These receptors are also expressed in the skin cells including keratinocytes, melanocytes and Langerhans cells. Objective — to investigate changes immunohistochemical expression of Toll-like receptor 4 and 9 (TLR4, TLR9) in the skin of psoriasis patients
