Анотація: There are three most common lichenoid dermatoses: psoriasis (Ps), atopic dermatitis (AD) and lichen planus (LP) were in our field of view due to the possible participation of vitamin D in their pathogenesis. These skin diseases have a chronic relapsing course and are similar morphologically. Lichenoid dermatosis has an immunocomplex pathogenesis involving metabolic, genetic and external factors. Well known antirachitic vitamin D today is named frequently «hormon D» accordingly new discovered functions. Vitamin D has been shown in recent studies the ability to inhibit cell proliferation and normalize cell differentiation, inhibit angiogenesis and renin production, stimulate insulin synthesis, regulate immune responses and cathelicidin production by macrophages. These new properties of vitamin D significantly increase its importance in the development of pathological conditions, including skin diseases. The medical publications of recent years have shown a deep disorders of vitamin D status in patients with lichenoid dermatoses. At the same time, there is no understanding of role of these impairs in the development of Ps, LP and AD
