Анотація: Cerebral palsy remains a significant problem today, despite scientific and technological progress. The high degree of disability and unsatisfactory quality of life of patients in this category, necessitates the search for and implementation of the latest treatments, one of which is cell transplantation. The use of regenerative cell technologies in the treatment of patients with cerebral palsy is extremely promising. Numerous experimental studies have significantly expanded the understanding of the mechanisms of the effect of the use of stem cells in cerebral palsy. Clinical applications of stem cells of different origins are safe, which is one of the prerequisites for continuing research in this area.
