To evaluate the use of modem principles of innovative educational technologies, an assessment of the indicators of qualitative learning success was carried out in the application of new methodological approaches developed by the teams of Departments of Hygiene and Ecology, Infectious Diseases of Children and Phthisiology and Pulmonology with the Course of Occupational Diseases of the Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University. Also, the results of the use of innovative educational technologies were evaluated by questioning the students during the courses of these disciplines. The introduction of the credit-transfer system of education is accompanied by substantial advantages, including the increase of motivation of the students to study, control of the teacher in mastering the theoretical material and practical skills, increase of the time for independent study of the educational material. The assimilation of the methods and the above-mentioned pedagogical techniques will promote the improvement of the quality of education and character building in higher educational institutions of Ukraine and will bring them closer to the European level. Thus, one of the main advantages of innovative educational technologies is the approach of the learning process to the practical w’ork of the future professionals. The main task of the introduction of interactive forms of study is the training of highly skilled, innovative-oriented specialists on the basis of a single process of obtaining, distribution and applying of the newr knowledge. Thus, the use of innovative-pedagogical technologies in the educational process at the Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University meets the modem requirements of high-quality training of the Master of Medicine Для успішної професійної підготовки висококваліфікованих фахівців в нових соціально - економічних умовах на перший план виходить особистість студента, здатність його до самостійності прийняття рішень і доведення їх до виконання, тобто освіта стає особистісно-орієнтованою [1]. Сучасний лікар повинен бути компетентний не тільки в галузі своїх вузькопрофесійних завдань, але і чітко орієнтуватися в питаннях діагностики і лікування, основ доказової медицини, володіти інформацією по міждисциплінарних областях.
