Анотація: Psychosocial aspects of care delivered to patients are crucial in providing high quality medical services, leading to increased health outcomes. Therefore, medical doctors need to be well prepared to understand processes underlying patients’ health-related functioning, as well as the factors affecting their own professional well-being. Department of Health Psychology of the Medical University of Warsaw, has offered courses in psychology and communication to students of various divisions of the university for over 55 years. In our presentation, we would like to focus mainly on the Medical Psychology course, dedicated to the students of the Medical Faculty. Aims: Our goal is to briefly present the content of the Medical Psychology course and strategies we found useful in our experience, in the context of relationship with medical communication
