Therefore, medical doctors need to be well prepared to understand processes underlying patients’ health-related functioning, as well as the factors affecting their own professional well-being. Department of Health Psychology of the Medical University of Warsaw, has offered courses in psychology and communication to students of various divisions of the university for over 55 years. In our presentation, we would like to focus mainly on the Medical Psychology course, dedicated to the students of the Medical Faculty.
