Матеріали та методи. Об’єкт дослідження: засоби наукових комунікацій (статті, тези доповідей, дані Центру медичної статистики МОЗ України, зміст яких стосувався медико‑соціальних проблем дитячої діабетології, за період 2001 — 2018 рр.), стан і тенденції розвитку проблеми трансферу результатів наукових досліджень (теоретичні аспекти), шляхи поширення результатів наукових досліджень з дитячої діабетології, проведених науковцями ДУ «Інститут охорони здоров’я дітей та підлітків НАМН України» у професійному соціумі (практичні аспекти). Застосовано методи інформаційної аналітики. Результати. Узагальнено літературні дані щодо актуальних проблем трансферу знань і технологій у професійне медичне середовище, досліджено наукові комунікації з поширення інформації про результати наукових досліджень, проведених у дитячій діабетології. За результатами аналізу власного досвіду встановлено структуру просування наукового результату в дитячій ендокринології (трансфер нових знань і створених інноваційних технологій). Висновки. Просування наукового результату в дитячій ендокринології (трансфер нових знань і створених інноваційних технологій) здійснюється через дифузію інформації про результати дослідницьких робіт у професійне середовище із застосуванням різних наукових комунікацій. Обмін інформацією передбачає юридичний супровід відносин між розробниками нових медичних технологій та споживачами. Подальші дослідження цієї проблеми допоможуть удосконалити процес трансферу знань і технологій не лише за окремими клінічними напрямами педіатрії, а й в цілому в галузі охорони здоров’я дітей та підлітків Objective — to improve the scientific and informational support of health professionals in the area of child and adolescent health care who provide medical assistance to children and adolescents with diabetes. Materials and methods. Means of scholarly communication (papers, abstracts, data from the Center for Health Statistics of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine), the content of which has respect to the medical and social problems of pediatric diabetology for the period 2001 — 2018; state and trends of development of the problem of transfer of scientific findings (theoretical aspects); ways to disseminate scientific findings in pediatric diabetology received by scientists of the State Institution «Institute for Children and Adolescents Health Care at the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine» among professionals (practical aspects). For research, methods of data analytics were used. Results. The bibliographic data on current issues of knowledge and technology transfer to the professional medical environment have been summarized; scholarly communications on dissemination of information on the results of scientific research conducted in the area of «Pediatric Diabetology» have been examined. Based on the analysis of first‑hand experience, the structure of promotion of scientific findings in pediatric endocrinology (transfer of new knowledge and created innovative technologies) has been defined which is carried out through the diffusion of information about the results of research into the industry using various scholarly communications. Conclusions. Promotion of the scientific findings in pediatric endocrinology (transfer of new knowledge and created innovative technologies) is carried out through the diffusion of information about the results of research into the industry using various scholarly communications. The exchange of information includes legal support for the relationship between developers of new medical technologies and consumers. In our opinion, further research on this issue will help to improve the process of knowledge and technology transfer not only in certain clinical areas of pediatrics, but also in child and adolescent health care in general.
