Єдиний державний кваліфікаційний іспит (ЄДКІ)/Крок-2 проводить Центр тестування при МОЗ України, що є спеціально уповноваженою організацією для встановлення рівня знань, умінь і компетентностей здобувачів – магістрів фармації. Одним із компонентів ЄДКІ постає інтегрований тестовий іспит Крок-2, складання якого студентами V курсу фармацевтичного факультету дозволить оцінити рівень професійної компетентності з таких професійно-орієнтованих дисциплін, як: аптечна технологія ліків, заводська технологія ліків, організація та економіка у фармації, фармацевтичний менеджмент і маркетинг, фармацевтична хімія, фармакогнозія та клінічна фармація й фармацевтична опіка. Метою роботи було вивчення проблем, які виникали в студентів при підготовці та складанні ЄДКІ – інтегрованого тестового іспиту Крок-2 «Фармація, промислова фармація» Під час дослідження використано емпіричний метод (анкетування). Для проведення вищевказаного (анкетування) ми уклали питання, які відображали та визначали процес підготовки, самопідготовки здобувачів, зокрема, зважали на труднощі, а також на проблеми під час написання інтегрованого тестового іспиту Крок-2 «Фармація, промислова фармація». Так, встановили, що найбільш популярним способом підготовки до інтегрованого тестового іспиту Крок-2 студенти обрали опрацювання збірників тестових завдань минулих років, зосібна тренувалися самостійно з різних предметів на сайті Test.if.ua в режимі тренера й обговорювали тестові завдання на заняттях із викладачами. Таким чином, було визначено основні проблеми, які найбільш ускладнили процес підготовки студентів V курсу фармацевтичного факультету до інтегрованого тестового іспиту Крок-2 в 2022/2023 навчальному році: тривалий період дистанційного навчання (65,46 %), відсутність належних умов для навчання (23,64 %), крім того, виклики воєнного часу The quality of higher pharmaceutical education largely depends on the objectivity and accuracy of its control system. The Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved Order No. 251 dated 14.08.1998 "Regulations on the system of licensing examinations for specialists with higher education in the fields of «Medicine» and «Pharmacy». Integrated test exams "Krok" were implemented in all institutions of higher education of Ukraine that provide training in the field of "Pharmacy". The Unified State Qualification Examination (USQE)/Krok-2 is conducted by the Testing Center at the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, which is a specially authorized organization to determine the level of knowledge, skills and competencies of those who obtain a master's degree in pharmacy. The purpose of the work was to study the problems that students had when preparing and passing the integrated test exam Krok -2 "Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy". During the research, an empirical research method (questionnaire) was used. To conduct the questionnaire, we developed questions that reflected and determined the process of preparation, self-training, difficulties, as well as problems during the writing of the integrated test exam Krok -2 "Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy". One of the components of USQE is the integrated test exam "KROK -2", the completion of which by students of the 5th year of the Faculty of Pharmacy will allow to assess the level of professional competence in such professionally oriented disciplines as pharmacy technology of drug, factory technology of drugs, organization and economy in pharmacy, pharmaceutical management and marketing, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacognosy and clinical pharmacy and pharmaceutical care. The Krok-2 licensing exam is conducted in the form of a written test. The purpose of the work was to study the problems that students had when preparing and passing the USQE integrated test exam Krok -2 "Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy" We conducted an anonymous survey of the 5th-year students of the Faculty of Pharmacy of IFNMU after writing the standardized integrated test exam Krok-2 "Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy" to analyze the problems that arose during preparation and writing. Students preparing for the licensure exam had 100% access to the database of questions for preparation for the Krok-2 integrated test exam for specialty 226 "Pharmacy, industrial pharmacy". The most popular method of preparation was studying collections of test tasks from previous years, training independently on various subjects on the Test.if.ua website in trainer mode, and discussing test tasks in classes with teachers. The majority of students are completely satisfied (56.36%) with the level of preparation for the Krok-2 integrated test exam at the Faculty of Pharmacy of IFNMU. We identified the main problems that most complicated the process of preparing students of the 5th year of the Faculty of Pharmacy for the integrated test exam Krok-2 for the specialty 226 "Pharmacy, industrial pharmacy" in the 2022/2023 academic year: a long period of distance learning (65.46%) and lack of proper conditions for training (23.64%), taking into account the challenges of wartime.
