Вінниці, зокрема створення Комунального некомерційного підприємства “Вінницька міська клінічна лікарня “Центр матері та дитини” (КНП “ВМКЛ “ЦМтаД”). Мета роботи – показати удосконалення системи охорони здоров’я м. Вінниці на прикладі створення нового медичного закладу КНП “ВМКЛ “ЦМтаД”. У ході реформування вся увага була сконцентрована на сучасних методах і принципах менеджменту організацій; посиленні управлінського кадрового потенціалу, взаємодії керуючої і керованої підсистем закладу. Також визначені основні напрямки покращення медичного обслуговування жіночого і дитячого населення. Запропоновано модель удосконалення системи охорони здоров’я, яка показала свою життєздатність і сприяла покращенню медичного обслуговування жіночого і дитячого населення. У роботі використані методи багаторівневого, комплексного і системного підходів, логічний, описовий, статистичний тощо. У статті висвітлені питання організації роботи комунального некомерційного підприємства ВМКЛ “ЦМтаД” та його ефективність. Комунальне некомерційне підприємство (КНП) – це підприємство, майно якого належить територіальній громаді й передане органам місцевого самоврядування в його оперативне управління, а саме підприємство внесене до Реєстру неприбуткових установ і організацій. У своїй структурі заклад об’єднує акушерсько-гінекологічну та педіатричну служби, зокрема новостворений Перинатальний центр, Клініка, дружня до молоді та інші підрозділи. Ліжковий фонд складається з 205 ліжок: 100 акушерських і 105 педіатричних. У КНП “ВМКЛ “ЦМтаД” працюють 194 лікаря, більшість із них з вищою і першою атестаційною категоріями The article analyzes the main aspects of reforming the health care system in the city of Vinnytsia, in particular, the creation of the Communal non-profit enterprise “Vinnytsia City Clinical Hospital “Mother and Child Center”. The purpose of this work is to improve the system of health care reform in Vinnytsia using the example of the creation of a new medical institution of the National Medical Center “Mother and Child Center”. During the reform, all attention was focused on modern methods and principles of management of organizations; strengthening of management personnel potential, interaction of the managing and managed subsystems of the institution. The main areas of improvement of medical care for women and children are also determined. A model for improving the health care system is proposed, which has shown its viability and contributed to the improvement of medical care for women and children. The work uses methods of multi-level, complex and systemic approaches, logical, descriptive, statistical, etc. The article highlights the issues of organizing the work of this communal non-commercial enterprise and its effectiveness. Communal non-commercial enterprise (NCO) is an enterprise whose property belongs to the territorial community and is transferred to local self-government bodies for its operational management, and the enterprise itself is entered in the Register of Non-Profit Institutions and Organizations. In its structure, the institution combines obstetrics and gynecology and pediatric services, created a perinatal center, a youth-friendly clinic and other departments.
