Обґрунтовано доречність та ефективність їх застосування. Виокремлено недоліки правового регулювання адміністративних процедур, а також спрогнозовано зміни у використанні адміністративної процедури, які можуть відбутися після прийняття в Україні нового закону про донорство кровіThe article defines which types of administrative procedures should be used in the field of blood and its components donation, in accordance with the current legislation. The article discloses purpose and general characteristics of each of them. The research aims to identify the ways of each type of administrative procedure in the named field implementation to the real life conditions. The analysis of law enforcement practice allows establishing, which types of administrative procedure are actually used, and which are not, as far as each of them is regulated in detail by the rules of administrative law. Investigating the main shortcomings of legal regulation of the administrative procedure in the field of circulation of donor blood and its components, the author draws attention to the fact that the system of administrative procedure in 2015 has undergone significant changes. In essence, it has been rebuilt, but the reasons for the restructuring still remain unclear. Analysis of the draft law “On donation of blood and its components and the national blood system” from the point of view of the use of the administrative procedure, which is now submitted to the Verkhovna Rada, has been done. Projections concerning changes that should take place in the event of Parliament adopting this law have been proposed. This is a positive assessment of the new views of the drafters of the bill on the use of the licensing procedure and the procedure for the registration of blood and its components donors. However, it has been noted that all problems associated with the permitting procedure remain unresolved
