Крім того, депресивні прояви з когнітивним зниженням, часом можуть бути першими ознаками деменції або сприяти її розвитку. Метою цієї статті є описати особливості когнітивних порушень при депресії екзогенно-органічного ґенезу за даними сучасної медичної літератури. Використані результати аналізу літератури з баз даних PubMed, BioMed Central, Free Medical Journals за 2016-2019 роки. В статті йдеться про можливі причини виникнення та варіанти поєднання когнітивних порушень та депресії, висвітлені наявні діагностичні критерії для обох груп. Висвітлення доречних нейропсихологічних методів дослідження, які відіграють ключову роль у діагностичному процесі, генетичних та біохімічних маркерів для діагностики даних порушень залишаємо на подальші дослідженняRecently the interest in cognitive disorders in depression increased in the scientific community, not only because of the frequency, but also because they persist in patients, who respond well to antidepressant treatment. In addition, depressive manifestations with cognitive decline can sometimes be the first signs of dementia or contribute to its development. The purpose of this article is to describe the features of cognitive impairment in depression of exogenous-organic genesis according to modern medical literature. We used the results of the literature analysis from the databases PubMed, BioMed Central, Free Medical Journals for 2016-2019. The article discusses the possible causes and variants of the combination of cognitive impairment and depression, outlining the available diagnostic criteria for both groups. Coverage of relevant neuropsychological research methods that play a key role in the diagnostic process, genetic and biochemical markers for the diagnosis of these disorders are left for further research Дод.точки доступу: Король, В.
