Young people are demonstrating their readiness to follow modern trends by completely relying on novel technologies in acquiring knowledge and professional skills. Therefore, with the introduction of distance learning in response to such challenges as the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russian-Ukrainian war, students seem to have faced the new challenges rather successfully by switching to a remote form of education without obvious difficulties. However, it is necessary to get feedback from the students in order to identify the problematic issues that interfere with their university studies. It will help eliminate uncertainties over distance learning and promote its faster development
