Завдання роботи – навчити майбутнього фахівця-стоматолога використовувати у своїй роботі системний підхід, залучати методологічні напрями, запозичені з різних наук; зосередження уваги на цілісності інтегрованих якостей об'єкта, виявленні зв'язків та взаємин з іншими об'єктами та з навколишнім середовищем. Матеріал і методи. У даній роботі інтегратором виступає терапевтична стоматологія. Напрацювання викладачів кафедри терапевтичної стоматології мають важливе значення для формування базових та загальних компетентностей у студентів стоматологічного факультету. Результати дослідження та їх обговорення. Нестандартний інтегрований підхід до використання знань однієї галузі в інших, міжфахових галузях в інтеграції з іншими сутностями надає змогу ширше використовувати їх, глибше розкривати науковий та прикладний потенціал. Подання різноманітного матеріалу, який стосується одного об’єкта дослідження, повинно формувати у здобувачів вищої освіти багатогранну уяву стосовно цього об’єкта. Вказані приклади можуть бути корисними у викладанні на стоматологічному факультеті. Висновок. Компетентність фахівця ‒ складна інтегрована характеристика особистості, яка зумовлює її здатність до реалізації власного потенціалу для успішної діяльності у професійній та соціальній сфері. Це ще раз підтверджує визначений на кафедрі терапевтичної стоматології ПДМУ тезис, що показником професіоналізму та фахової майстерності є професійна компетентність майбутніх лікарів-стоматологів, основа формування якої ‒ базова медична освітаIntegration processes are a sign of the times. The purpose of the research. The purpose of the work is the application of interdisciplinary integration during the educational process at the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry of the Poltava State Medical University. The task of the work is to teach the future dental specialist to use a systematic approach in a career, focusing on the integrity of the integrated qualities of the object and identifying connections with other objects and the environment. Materials and methods. In this work, the integrator is therapeutic dentistry. As a method, a metasubject approach was used in educational activities. The work of teachers of the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry is important for the formation of basic and general competencies in students of the Faculty of Dentistry. Research results and their discussion. A non-standard integrated approach to using knowledge of one field in other interdisciplinary areas in integration with other entities makes it possible to use them more widely to reveal scientific and applied potential more deeply. The presentation of diverse material related to the same research object should form a multifaceted imagination of this object in higher education students. The above examples may be helpful in dental faculty teaching. Conclusion. The competence of a specialist is a complex integrated characteristic of an individual that determines the ability to realize personal potential for successful activity in the professional and social sphere.
