Безпосередні післяопераційні ускладнення статистично рідше спостерігалися після операції Marshal-Marchetti-Krantz-Burch (4 %). ніж після операції Marshall-Marchetti-Krantz у модифікації Антонова (28.6 %). що пов’язано з накладанням лігатур на передню стінку піхви на відстані від уретри та без захоплення її адвентиції.
