С учетом известной распространенности вирусных гепатитов (ВГ) среди беременных [1] (1,1% инфицированы вирусом A large number of various liver diseases that are associated with the course of pregnancy are quite common and occur in at least 3% of pregnant women. This pathology is one of the most important reasons for the development of a wide range of different pathologies both in pregnant women and in the fetus and newborns. Particularly acute and urgent problem of functional liver tests during pregnancy becomes due to the non-permanent role of liver pathology in maternal and perinatal mortality. In recent years, based on a large number of observations and statistical data, important information was obtained on the details of the mechanism of this pathology, the methods of diagnosis were developed and specified, as well as detailed schemes for the treatment of liver diseases in pregnant women in different stages of pregnancy.
