Аннотация: Pollinosis – a disease that is caused by the sensitization of the body to the pollen of wind-pollinated plants. They are widespread worldwide. According to WHO experts, pollinosis affects from 10% to 40% of the population of different countries, and the proportion of pollinosis among other allergic diseases reaches 29%. Pollinosis most often manifested by rhinitis, conjunctivitis, bronchospasm which can lead to bronchial asthma. Food allergic reactions in pollinosis are caused by respiratory sensitization to inhaled pollen allergens and is expressed by a cross-nutritional response in patients with pollinosis. Today is the era of molecular allergology, which has turned the notion of classical allergology and made possible a more personalized approach to diagnosis and treatment. Extracts were extracted from the plants, from which specific allergic components were obtained, within which the cross-reactions are possible due to the homologous structure of the allergen molecule. The most severe cross-reactivity is usually observed in the group PR-10, the main representer of which is the protein Bet v1– the main allergen of birch. It has a homologous structure with the allergen of apples, peaches and other stone fruits, nuts, potatoes, etc.
