Слизова оболонка носової порожнини і приносових пазух мають спільні морфо-функціональні ознаки і переважно вражаються одночасно, тому їх запалення має розглядатись як один діагноз – риносинусит, адже основним шляхом потрапляння інфекції в параназальні синуси є порожнина носа, а симптоми цих захворювань майже однаковіThe use of herbal preparations in the complex therapy of viral, post-viral and bacterial аcute rhinosinusitis (ARS) in adults and children is based on a significant evidence base for their effectiveness. Considering the recommendations of the EPOS consensus and the need for highly effective and safe therapy for patients with ARS, you should pay attention to the dietary supplement Nazirus Sinus («Liktravy») – a carefully selected combination of plant extracts, zinc and vitamin C. The use of this combination when the first signs of ARS appear (nasal congestion and rhinorrhea) helps to dilute the secretion and restore mucociliary clearance, reduces inflammation and edema and thus prevents the development of complications.
