The problems that we can emphasize are: ecological, cultural, economic, political or sociological and so on. These are the main problems that happen to us every day in our lives. We can divide this general concept into several groups to delve deeper. One of the main problem for public health issues are related to food, their quality and food poisoning in different countries. Food is a combination of micro- and macroelements, which plays a big role in our life. Food, energy, which is the driving force of our life. The flow of all vital processes in the body is directly dependent on the food that a person receives from the very first days of life. But main problem, which connected with food quality is problem of food poisoning is an acute disease caused by microbes present in food. Intoxication develops when using low-quality food products of animal origin (meat, fish, sausages, canned meat and fish, milk and dairy products - cream, ice cream), as well as a result of improper storage. Ат: Comparative hygienic assessment of the problem of food poisoning in Ukraine and Georgia to create preventive recommendation and measures. Materials and methods: The survey was done by using questioner method. We used official questionnaire by Stratford-on-Avon District Council, Environmental Health Elizabeth House «Allegation of food poisoning investigation form». In survey took parts 55 participants (30 people - from Georgia, 25 - from Ukraine)
