Annotation: Електрокардіографія здається складною для розуміння та засвоєння через різноманіття варіантів норми і велику кількість порушень серцевого ритму й функціонування провідної системи серця. Саме тому ця книга стане незамінною для тих, хто хоче опанувати методику реєстрації ЕКГ. У посібнику висвітлено основні принципи діагностики серцево-судинних захворювань і деяких позасерцевих патологічних станів. Описано найважливіші порушення серцевого ритму й провідності, ЕКГ-патерни конкретних захворювань серця і порушень водно-електролітного балансу. Подано 150 прикладів ЕКГ. До кожного з них додається стисла інформація про пацієнта, його скарги, дані анамнезу і фізикального обстеження. Посібник має дві частини. Частина 1 «ЕКГ у повсякденній практиці» містить ЕКГ, які часто спостерігаються у практичній діяльності лікарів. У частині 2 «Складні ЕКГ» наведено ЕКГ, які потребують певних навичок для їх розшифрування і рідше трапляються у клінічній практиці. Структура книги полегшує засвоєння методу ЕКГ: спочатку пропонуються електрокардіограми пацієнта з інформацією про нього, читач може уважно їх розглянути, виявити ознаки патології, сформулювати висновок і визначити тактику ведення пацієнта, а після цього перевірити свої міркування, порівнюючи їх з наведеними в посібнику.
