Annotation: Вінниччина, Брацлавщина, Поділля, Сарматія, Велика Скіфія. Так називали цей край у літописах, історичних працях, записах мандрівників і поетичних творах. Його краса й родючість з давніх-давен вабили до себе як «земля обітована», бо тут «навіть суха палиця починала плодоносити, а з-під ноги бризкав мед»... Саме цей чарівний, дивний край репрезентує в своєму авторському фотоальбомі заслужений художник України, подолянин із діда-пра- діда Володимир Козюк.
Володимир Євгенійович Козюк (15.05.1972 р. н.) належить до нового покоління діячів національної культури. Це - митець з активною громадянською та виразно індивідуальною творчою позиціями. Він природно почувається у вирі життя й творчості, дозуючи власний могутній потенціал між цими сферами та поєднуючи їх ідеєю любові до рідного Поділля, пошаною до людей цього краю та їхніх мистецьких традицій. Багато зусиль митець покладає на пізнання рідного краю, здійснюючи численні дослідницькі та мистецькі експедиції, з яких привозить етнологічні знахідки, унікальні взірці народного мистецтва, живописні етюди та фотографії. Світлини для Володимира Козюка спочатку виконували роль фотощоденника мисливця за цікавими враженнями, потім переросли у справжнє захоплення, а згодом - у ґрунтовну фахову працю
Vinnychyna, Bratslavia, Podillia, Sarmatia, Great Scythia... This is what this land has been called in chronicles, historic works, records of pilgrims and poetry. Thanks to its beauty and fertility, it has always been the synonym of the Promised Land, because even a “dead stick of wood started to bloom” and “the land erupted honey when trodden upon”... Volodymyr Koziuk, the ancestor of an old Podillian dynasty, the honoured artist of Ukraine, has depicted this wonderful and marvellous land in his photo album
Volodymyr E. Koziuk (born 15.05.1972) belongs to the new generation of the Ukrainian national culture activists. He is an artist of clear civic standing and genuine talent. He feels at home both in the turmoil of everyday life and in the world of creative imagination, apportioning his immense potential between these two spheres and combining them with his intrinsic love to his native land, Podillia, and respect to the local people and their art. The artist expends lots of energy, being involved in numerous research and local lore study expeditions, finding out various ethnological artefacts and unique samples of ethnic art, doing paintings and photographs. At first, the role of photography in Volodymyr Koziuk’ life was, in a way, that of a diary in pictures, representing his impression-hunter s greed for new sensations, yet, in the course of time, it has become his hobby and, eventually, his new profession
