У підручнику викладено відомості про медичну деонтологію, питання організації гінекологічної допомоги та наукової організації праці у гінекологічному відділенні. Велику увагу приділено методам обстеження гінекологічних хворих, анатомії та фізіології жіночих статевих органів, порушенням менструальної функції. Висвітлено клініку, діагностику та лікування запальних захворювань, доброякісних та злоякісних пухлин геніталій. Описано невідкладні стани, основні типи гінекологічних операцій.
