Аннотация: Education is a means to acquire knowledge and skills that an individual desires to practise and the examinations are the means to evaluate that knowledge. Though no method of evalution is without flaw, the process of standardization of these has resulted in a multiple choice system of examination. This system satisfies the basic qualities of a measuring instrument viz. validity, reliability and objectivity. Recently, there has been a spurt in the number of books written about these examinations but the best book still remains that which includes the maximum number of questions which had been asked in that particular examination previously, because the chance of repetition of these questions from so called “Question Bank” remains very high. The contents of this book are not designed to provide the reader with an opportunity to escape from learning basic information that can only be obtained from textbooks. The book is written with the aims: firstly, to make the reader aware about the type of questions isked in Screening Test for Indian Nationals with Foreign Medical Qualifications Conducted by National Board of Examinations) and secondly, the detect the areas of w eakness in his understanding of text and lastly, to improve his skills with multiple choice system of examination
