Аннотация: In the last 2-3 decades, with the advent of new technologies in dentistry, appeared the problem in the tooth fillings with restoration of the primary aspect, as the prosthetic crowns golden era has expired a long time ago. An increasing number of patients want to have not only functional restorations, but also a Hollywood smile. Dental defects, especially those in the front, inhibit and depress patients, making them unsafe, to communicate and to smile less. Moreover, they determine various psycho-emotional disorders and the difficulty of integration in the social environment. Researchers in the country and abroad have recently made a number of scientific studies analyzing the interrelation between the quality of life and the maxillary system status. Modem man is associated with visibly healthy teeth, with good health, success in life and career. One of the diseases that lead to damage the aesthetics is fluorosis
