Annotation: В статье рассмотрены вопросы роли депрессивных и тревожных проявлений в клиническом течении и прогнозе заболевания COVID-19. Особое внимание уделено возможностям стратегии нейрометаболической фармакотерапии в лечении депрессии и фитофармакотерапии в лечении тревоги. Рассмотрены клинические возможности и преимущества новых комбинированных инновационных отечественных натуральных средств — Деприлиума и Анксиомедина. Детально проанализированы механизмы действия данных средств, их клиническая эффективность и безопасность применения. Обоснована целесообразность назначения Деприлиума и Анксиомедина у пациентов с депрессией и тревогой после перенесенного COVID-19In the present paper the questions concerning a role of depression and anxiety in natural history and prognosis of COVID-19 disease have been looked. A main attention paid to possibilities of strategy of neurometabolic pharmacotherapy in treatment of depression, and phytopharmacotherapy in treatment pf anxiety. Clinical possibilities and advantages of new combined innovative domestic natural medicines — Deprilium and Anxiomedin have been looked. Mechanisms of action of these medicines, their clinical efficacy and safety have been analyzed in details. Expediency of prescribing of Deprilium and Anxiomedin in patients with depression and anxiety after COVID-19 has been grounded
