Annotation: Наведено аналіз причин інтраопераційного пошкодження спільної жовчної протоки (СЖП) у 8 хворих, яким виконана резекція шлунка II способом Більрота з приводу зацибулинної виразки дванадцятипалої кишки. Виокремлені фактори ризику ятрогенного травмування СЖП. Вибір адекватного операційного прийому (відновлення, реконструкція, паліатив) при ятрогенному пошкодженні СЖП залежить від виду і часу встановлення пошкодження, загального стану хворого та кваліфікації хірургічної бригадиThe authors have presented an analysis of intraoperative damage of the common bile duct (CBD) in 8 patients who underwent the stomach resection according to Bilroth-II for postbulbar ulcer of the duodenum. Risk factors of iatrogenic injuring of the CBD have been singled out. A choice of an adequate operative procedure (repair, reconstruction, palliation) in case of a iatrogenic injury of the CBD depends on the type and time of diagnising the damage, a patient’s general condition and the qualification of a surgical team
