Annotation: Одним із важливих методів діагностики пухлин слинних залоз (плеоморфних аденом) на передопераційному етапі є магнітно-резонасна томографія (МРТ). Вона дозволяє визначити не лише локалізацію пухлини та особливості її структури, а й топографію навколишніх її тканин, визначити можливі зміни в них. Застосування МРТ у діагностиці плеоморфних аденом (ПА) слинних залоз дозволить розширити критерії її оцінки та визначити її особливостіMRI is one of the important methods of the salivary gland tumor (pleomorphic adenomas) diagnostics at presurgical stage. It allows for determination of not only the localization of the tumor and its structural peculiarities, but also the topography of the surrounding tissues, determination of the possible changes in the surrounding tissues. The application of MRI in salivary glands PA diagnostics will enable the extension of its evaluation criteria and will determine its peculiarities

Одними із пацієнтасоційованих параметрів, що характеризується потенційно-значимим впливом на прогноз остеоінтеграції, залишаються особливості метаболізму та дієти, які за даними літератури, можуть бути пов’язані із відповідними змінами у структурі кісткової тканиниIn the context of a progressive trend within the prevalence of dental implantation procedures, it is necessary to take into account the need for individualization of dental treatment approaches, and for analysis of prospective influence regarding a set of patient-associated factors, which are the components of the functional prognosis of placed intraosseous supports. Ones of the patient-associated parameters, characterized by a potentially significant impact on the osseointegration prognosis, are the features of metabolism and diet, which according to the literature may be associated with corresponding changes in bone structure

Annotation: У статті наведено дані щодо характеру та динаміки змін мінерального обміну ротової рідини у період гестації за умов як її фізіологічного перебігу, так і при наявності паталогічного перебігу вагітності. Показано, що рівень запально-дистрофічних процесів зростає у жінок, вагітність яких ускладнена залізодефіцитною анемією. Залізодефіцитна анемія (ЗДА) посідає перше місце серед усіх ускладнень гестаційного періоду, при якому спостерігаємо суттєвий дефіцит окремих мікроелементів, а саме: Ca, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mg і як наслідок, помічаємо істотні патологічні зміни у тканинах пародонтаThe article presents data on the nature and dynamics of changes in the mineral metabolism of oral fluid during gestation under conditions of both its physiological course and in the presence of pathological course of pregnancy. It is shown that the level of inflammatory-dystrophic processes increases in women whose pregnancy is complicated by iron deficiency anemia. Iron deficiency anemia (IDA) ranks first among all complications of gestation, in which we observe a significant deficiency of certain trace elements, namely Ca, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mg and as a result we notice significant pathological changes in periodontal tissues
