Annotation: Окрім органічних захворювань легень, які призводять до порушення дихання, існують також функціональні розлади дихання, які переважно виникають при емоційних розладах і також погіршують якість життя пацієнтів. Дослідження останніх років розширили спектр функціональних респіраторних порушень, до яких, окрім гіпервентиляційного синдрому, увійшли ряд порушень, які об’єднуються під загальною назвою “Дисфункціональне дихання”. Тому метою роботи було провести аналіз клінічних форм дисфункціональних розладів дихання, їх коморбідність з органічними захворюваннями дихальної системи у дітей та розглянути можливі механізми їх виникнення, використовуючи дані світової літератури за останні 10 років у базах даних MedLine, Cochrane Library, PubMed EMBASE, Science Index, в якій висвітлено актуальність у практиці лікаря, сучасні погляди на патогенез, клініку, діагностику дисфункціональних розладів дихання, їх вплив на якість життя і перебіг супутніх коморбідних патологій, в особливості бронхіальної астми. Це, в свою чергу, дозволило висвітлити ряд суперечливих питань і аспекти, на вивченні яких мають зосередитись подальші наукові дослідження
In addition to organic lung diseases that lead to respiratory distress, there are also functional respiratory disorders that predominantly occur in emotional disorders and also impair patients’ quality of life. Research in recent years has expanded the range of functional respiratory disorders, to which, in addition to hyperventilation syndrome, there are a number of disorders that are collectively referred to as “dysfunctional breathing”. Therefore, the aim of the study was to analyze the clinical forms of dysfunctional respiratory disorders, their comorbidity with organic respiratory diseases in children, and to consider possible mechanisms of their occurrence, using the world literature data for the last 10 years in databases MedLine, Cochrane Library, PubMed EMBASE, Science Index, in which actuality in the practice of a doctor, modern views on pathogenesis, clinic, diagnostics of dysfunctional respiratory disorders, their influence on quality of life and the course of concomitant comorbid pathologies, especially bronchial asthma, were covered. This, in turn, has highlighted a number of controversial issues and aspects that further scientific research should focus on
