Annotation: У статті наведені основні підходи до лікування гострих респіраторних вірусних інфекцій у дітей. Проведений аналіз літературних даних і власних досліджень щодо ефективності фітотерапії в лікуванні даної патології. Обґрунтована доцільність включення фітопрепарату Самбукол у комплекс лікування гострих респіраторних захворювань у дітей. Розглянуті показання до призначення етіотропної медикаментозної терапії. Подані відповіді на запитання лікарів щодо вибору тактики лікування дітей, хворих на гострі респіраторні захворювання
The article presents the main approaches to the treatment of acute respiratory viral infections in children. An analysis of literary data and own research on the effectiveness of phytotherapy in the treatment of this pathology have been conducted. The expediency of inclusion of Sambucol, a herbal medicine, in the comprehensive treatment of acute respiratory diseases in children has been proven. The indications were considered regarding the use of this drug for etiotropic therapy. The answers to the questions of doctors concerning the choice of treatment in children with acute respiratory diseases are presented
