Annotation: The problem of stress and its prevalence increases with each passing year, and its expressive effect is felt by both adults and children. Currently, this issue concerns every country in the world, including highly developed countries. The greatest problem is that stress has a detrimental effect not only on the nervous system, but also it is the primary link in the etiology of many other diseases. In general, the most effective way to fight this pathology is not so much treatment as prophylaxis and prevention of stress
Проблема стресу та його розповсюдженість зростає з кожним роком, і його виразний вплив на собі відчувають як дорослі, так і діти. Наразі це питання стосується кожної країни світу, в тому числі високорозвинених країн. Найбільшою проблемою є те, що стрес виявляє згубну дію не лише на нервову систему, але також є первинною ланкою етіології багатьох хвороб. Найефективнішим методом боротьби з даною патологією є не стільки лікування, скільки профілактика та запобігання виникненню стресу. Мета роботи - аналіз фармацевтичного ринку України щодо асортименту лікарських засобів для профілактики і лікування стресових станів для визначення перспективності розробки нових комбінованих препаратів. Досліджено асортимент препаратів для профілактики і лікування стресових станів за походженням та лікарськими формами. Обробку даних здійснювали з використанням методів економіко-статистичного аналізу з обробкою результатів за комп'ютерними програмами. На фармацевтичному ринку України серед засобів для лікування та профілактики стресових станів найбільш широко представлені вітчизняні виробники, їх частка складає 68,8 %. Серед іноземних виробників найбільш розповсюдженими є лікарські засоби з Німеччини - 7,2 % та РФ - 5,6 %. Асортимент лікарських засобів для профілактики і лікування стресових станів представлений 10 лікарськими формами, серед яких найбільш популярні таблетки (37 %), настойки (17 %) та капсули (16 %). Встановлено, що комбіновані препарати займають 56 % обсягу фармацевтичного ринку. Висновки: встановлено, що існуючий асортимент лікарських препаратів для профілактики і лікування стресових станів потребує розробки та впровадження у промислове виробництво новітніх ефективних вітчизняних препаратів. Особливу увагу доцільно приділити розробці багатокомпонентних препаратів
