Анотація: The lack of the ability to determine the individual standard angle characteristics of the position of the teeth and the technical provision of their control often does not lead to the expected result and in each case requires individualization, the vision of which is based, as a rule, on the experience and intuition of the doctor. In order to solve such a situation, in addition to improving the positioning protocols of the non-removable equipment, the physician should be able to clearly identify the individual angular characteristics of the tooth-jaw system. The purpose of the study – by studying computer tomography and cephalometric indices and conducting direct stepwise regression analysis to develop in Ukrainian adolescents with orthognathic bite mathematical models of individual angular positions of teeth. Using the Veraviewepocs 3D device, Morita (Japan) at 38 young men (aged from 17 to 21) and 55 young women (aged from 16 to 20 years) with normal occlusion close to orthognathic bite received and analyzed dental tomograms and lateral teleroentgenograms. Cephalometric points and measurements were performed according to recommendations of A. M. Schwarz, J. McNamara, W. B. Downs, R. A. Holdway, G. P. F. Schmuth, C. C. Steiner and C. H. Tweed. Anatomical points were determined taking into account the recommendations of A. E. Athanasiou and S. I. Doroshenko and Y. A. Kulginsky. The simulation of CT indexes describing the position of individual teeth relative to each other, to the bone cranial structures and the profile of adolescents with orthognathic bite, depending on the metric characteristics of the skull, which are usually unchanged during surgical and orthodontic treatment, as well as the width, lengths, angles and positions of the upper and lower jaws that may be altered by orthodontic surgery done. The statistical processing of the obtained results was carried out in the license package “Statistica 6.0” using a direct stepwise regression analysis. It was found that in young men of 40 possible models, 23 were constructed with a determination coefficient R2 of 0.557 to 0.832, while in young women, only 8 models with a determination coefficient R2 of 0.581 to 0.832. Moreover, in the young men – of 10 possible 9 models of vestibular-tongue inclination of corresponding teeth (R2 from 0.557 to 0.832) were constructed; out of 10 possible 5 models of mesio-distal inclination of corresponding teeth (R2 from 0.558 to 0.769) constructed; of the possible 14 constructed 6 models of rotation of the corresponding teeth (R2 from 0.579 to 0.737); and in young women - there are only 5 models of vestibular-tongue inclination of the corresponding teeth (R2 from 0.603 to 0.665). In addition, in both young men and young women, models of the size of the inter-incision angle (R2 0.748 in young men and 0.581 in young women) were constructed, the magnitude of the angle of inclination of the lower canine in the jet plane (R2 respectively 0.729 and 0.793), and the magnitude of the inclination of the closure planes relative to the palatal plane (R2 respectively 0.808 and 0.832). In the analysis it was found that in young men, most frequently models included - indicator WITS (7.0%); angle GL_SNPOG (5.4%); distance S_E, angle ММ, angle NSBA (by 4.7%); angle AB_NPOG, angle N_POG_, distance N_SE, coefficient N_SP_SP, angle P_OR_N (by 3.9%). In young women, most frequently models included – angle N_POG_ (14.3%); angle AB_NPOG (10.2%); indicator WITS (8.2%); angle ММ, angle ANB, length of the branch of the mandible R_ASC (by 6.1%). Thus, in the work with the help of the method of step-by-step regression with inclusion, among Ukrainian adolescence, on the basis of peculiarities of computer-tomographic and teleroentgenography indices, reliable models of computer-tomographic individual linear angular characteristics of the position of teeth necessary for constructing the correct three-dimensional geometry of dental arches are developed and analyzedКоректний підхід до ортодонтичного лікування пацієнтів потребує вивчення розмірів зубів та зубних дуг у представників різних етнічних, вікових та статевих груп населення з фізіологічним прикусом в залежності від особливостей форми голови та типу обличчя. Мета роботи – встановити межі процентильного розмаху та особливості комп’ютерно-томографічних характеристик зубних дуг в юнаків і дівчат із фізіологічним прикусом в залежності від типу обличчя. Первинні комп’ютерно-томографічні розміри характеристик зубних дуг, а також кефалометричні параметри 44 юнаків та 50 дівчат із нормальною оклюзією наближеною до ортогнатичного прикусу отримані з банку даних науково-дослідного центру Вінницького національного медичного університету ім. М. І. Пирогова. Тип обличчя визначали за допомогою морфологічного індексу Гарсона. Статистичну обробку отриманих результатів проводили за допомогою ліцензійного статистичного пакету “Statistica 6.0” з використанням непараметричних методів оцінки. В юнаків і дівчат із фізіологічним прикусом із різними типами обличчя визначені межі процентильного розмаху наступних відстаней: між апексами палатинальних коренів верхніх перших кутніх зубів, між апексами дистальних щічних коренів верхніх перших кутніх зубів, між апексами медіальних вестибулярних коренів верхніх перших кутніх зубів, між апексами медіальних коренів нижніх перших великих кутніх зубів, між апексами дистальних коренів нижніх перших великих кутніх зубів, між молярними точками за Поном, між премолярними точками за Поном, між вестибулярними медіальними горбками перших великих кутніх зубів, між ріжучими горбками верхніх іклів, між апексами коренів верхніх іклів, між верхівками нижніх іклів, між апексами коренів нижніх іклів; а також іклової сагітальної відстані верхньої щелепи, премолярної сагітальної відстані верхньої щелепи, молярної сагітальної відстані верхньої щелепи, глибини піднебіння на рівні іклів, глибини піднебіння на рівні перших малих кутніх зубів і глибини піднебіння на рівні перших великих кутніх зубів. Встановлені межі процентильного розмаху комп’ютерно-томографічних розмірів характеристик зубних дуг у юнаків із широким і дівчат із широким та дуже широким типами обличчя, що мають нормальну оклюзію наближену до ортогнатичного прикусу. Встановлено, що в юнаків відстані між апексами медіальних вестибулярних коренів верхніх перших кутніх зубів, між молярними та премолярними точками за Поном, між вестибулярними медіальними горбками перших великих кутніх зубів, між ріжучими горбками верхніх іклів, між апексами коренів верхніх іклів, а також премолярна та молярна сагітальні відстані верхньої щелепи достовірно більші (р0,05-0,001), ніж у дівчат із відповідним типом обличчям. Крім того, відстані між апексами дистальних щічних коренів верхніх перших кутніх зубів, між апексами медіальних коренів нижніх перших великих кутніх зубів і глибина піднебіння на рівні перших великих кутніх зубів в юнаків із широким типом обличчя мають тенденції до більших значень (р

Анотація: Due to the fact that orthodontic treatment is primarily aimed at young people, first of all, cephalometric standards for its proper use should be obtained for this age group by conducting a study taking into account the sex and nationality of the subjects. The aim of the study was to establish the features of cephalometric parameters by the Ricketts method in Ukrainian young men and young women with orthognathic occlusion depending on the type of face and to determine the sex differences of these parameters. 49 young men and 76 young women with orthognathic occlusion in OnyxCeph³™, 3DPro version, Image Instruments GmbH, Germany (license № URSQ-1799) underwent a cephalometric study using the Ricketts method. The division into facial types was performed using the Garson index. As in previous studies, cephalometric parameters were divided into three groups. The analysis of the second (characteristics of jaws by the Ricketts method) and the third (indicators by the Ricketts method that characterize the position of the teeth) groups was performed. Statistical processing of the survey results was performed in the licensed statistical package “Statistica 6.0” using non-parametric evaluation methods. As a result of the conducted researches at young men or young women between different types of face numerous reliable and tendencies of both similar differences, and the corresponding differences of differences of cephalometric parameters according to the Ricketts method concerning the second (higher number) or third groups are established. The pronounced manifestations of sexual dimorphism of cephalometric parameters between young men and young women with the corresponding facial types are established only for the indicators of the second group. The obtained results will improve the existing methods of treatment of dental patients and minimize the likelihood of diagnostic errors and complicationsУ зв’язку з тим, що ортодонтичне лікування в першу чергу направлене на осіб молодого віку, першочергово, цефалометричні норми для належного його застосування мають бути отримані для даної вікової категорії шляхом проведення дослідження з урахуванням окрім цього статі і національної належності обстежуваних. Мета дослідження – встановити особливості цефалометричних параметрів за методом Ricketts в українських юнаків і дівчат із ортогнатичним прикусом залежно від типу обличчя та визначити статеві розбіжності даних параметрів. 49 юнакам і 76 дівчатам із ортогнатичним прикусом у програмному забезпеченні OnyxCeph³™, версії 3DPro, компанії Image Instruments GmbH, Німеччина (ліцензія № URSQ-1799) проведено цефалометричне дослідження за методикою Ricketts. Розподіл на типи обличчя проводили за допомогою індексу Гарсона. Як і в попередніх дослідженнях, цефалометричні показники були розділені на три групи. Проведено аналіз другої (характеристики щелеп за методом Ricketts) та третьої (показники за методом Ricketts, які характеризують положення зубів) груп. Статистична обробка результатів дослідження проведена в ліцензійному статистичному пакеті “Statistica 6,0” з використанням непараметричних методів оцінки. У результаті проведених досліджень у юнаків або дівчат між різними типами обличчя встановлені багаточисельні достовірні та тенденції як подібних відмінностей, так і відповідних розбіжностей відмінностей цефалометричних параметрів за методом Ricketts, що відносяться до другої (більша кількість) або третьої груп. Виражені прояви статевого диморфізму цефалометричних параметрів між юнаками та дівчатами з відповідними типами обличчя встановлені лише для показників другої групи. Отримані результати дозволять удосконалити існуючі методи лікування стоматологічних пацієнтів і мінімізувати ймовірність виникнення діагностичних помилок і ускладнень

Анотація: Aesthetics is one of the key elements that accompanies modern medicine, in particular, dentistry. The need for treatment not only eliminates the symptoms of the disease but also leads to the restoration or improvement of the aesthetic appearance of the person, and especially the face, gave impetus to the development of new areas of science and technology. An important step in the implementation of such treatments is experimental research to identify the norm for certain categories of the population, primarily according to sex and ethnic group. The aim of the study was to establish the characteristics of cephalometric parameters in Ukrainian young men and young women with orthognathic occlusion, which usually do not change during surgical and orthodontic treatment, depending on sex and facial types. On the basis of the clinic "Vinintermed" teleroentgenography was performed using a dental cone-beam tomograph Veraviewepocs 3D Morita (Japan). Cephalometric examination of lateral teleroentgenograms in 46 young men (aged 17 to 21 years) and 72 young women (aged 16 to 20 years) with orthognathic occlusion was done. The type of face was determined according to the morphological index of Garson. The evaluation of parameters that usually do not change during surgical and orthodontic treatment was performed in the licensed package "Statistica 6.0" using non-parametric methods of evaluation of the results. The percentile ranges of cephalometric parameters, which usually do not change during surgical and orthodontic treatment depending on the facial types of Ukrainian young men and young women with orthognathic occlusion has been established. Pronounced manifestations of sexual dimorphism of cephalometric parameters, which usually do not change during surgical and orthodontic treatment (higher values in young men) are established only for most linear dimensions (values of distances NS, Ar-Go, N-Se, N-CC, P-PTV and S-Ar) in representatives of different types of faces. Both between young men and young women with different face types, there are almost no reliable or tendencies of differences in cephalometric parameters, which usually do not change during surgical and orthodontic treatment

Анотація: Modern dentistry requires the definition of individualized values of teleroentgenographic indicators. To solve such problems, methods of regression and correlation analysis are increasingly used, which help to establish not only the existence of various relationships between the anatomical structures of the head and the parameters of the dento-jaw system, but also allow more accurately predict the change in the contour of soft facial tissue in response to orthodontic treatment. The purpose of the study is to develop mathematical models for the determination of individual teleroentgenographic characteristics of the facial soft tissues by studying the cephalometric indices of young men and women of Ukraine with normal occlusion and balanced faces and conducting a direct stepwise regression analysis. With the use of Veraviewepocs 3D device, Morita (Japan) from 38 young men (17 to 21 years of age) and 55 young women (aged from 16 to 20 years) with occlusal close to the orthognathic bite and balanced faces received side teleroentgenograms. The cephalometric analysis was performed using OnyxCeph³™ licensed software. Cephalometric points and measurements were made according to the recommendations of Downs W. B., Holdway R. A., McNamara J., Schwarz A. M., Schmuth G. P. F., Steiner C. C. and Tweed C. H. With the help of direct stepwise regression analysis, in the licensed package “Statistica 6.0”, regression models of individual teleroentgenographic characteristics of the profile of soft facial tissues were constructed. In young men with normal occlusion close to the orthognathic bite of 19 possible models, 11 were constructed with a determination coefficient from 0.638 to 0.930, and in young women – 12 models with a determination coefficient from 0.541 to 0.927. The conducted analysis of models showed that in young men most often the regression equations included – angle N_POG, parameters of which indicate a linear interjaw relation in the anterior-posterior direction (14.0%); angle GL_SNPOG, or index of convexity of the soft tissue profile (8.8%); MAX maxillary length (7.0%), and GL_SN_S index, which defines vertical correlations in the facial profile (5.3%). The young women most often models included – the angle N_POG (12.5%); angle GL_SNPOG (7.5%); soft tissue front angle P_OR_N (6.25%); the reference angle ML_NL and the profile angle T (by 5.0%); the angle AB_NPOG, the angle NBA_PTGN, which defines the direction of development of the mandible and the distance PN_A (3.75%). Thus, in the work with the help of the method of stepwise regression with inclusion, among Ukrainians of adolescence age, based on the characteristics of teleroentgenographic indicators, reliable models of individual teleroentgenographic characteristics of the profile of soft facial tissues were developed and analyzed.Сучасна стоматологія вимагає визначення індивідуалізованих значень телерентгенографічних показників. Для вирішення подібних завдань все частіше використовують методи регресійного та кореляційного аналізів, які допомагають встановити не лише наявність різного роду залежностей між анатомічними структурами голови та параметрами зубощелепної системи, але і дозволяють більш точно передбачати зміні контуру м’яких тканин обличчя у відповідь на ортодонтичне лікування. Мета дослідження – шляхом вивчення цефалометричних показників юнаків і дівчат України із нормальною оклюзією та збалансованими обличчями і проведення прямого покрокового регресійного аналізу розробити математичні моделі визначення індивідуальних телерентгенографічних характеристик профілю м’яких тканин обличчя. За допомогою пристрою Veraviewepocs 3D, Моріта (Япония) у 38 юнаків (віком від 17 до 21 року) та 55 дівчат (віком від 16 до 20 років) з оклюзією, наближеною до ортогнатичного прикусу та збалансованими обличчями були отримані бокові телерентгенограми. Цефалометричний аналіз проводили за допомогою ліцензійного програмного забезпечення OnyxCeph³™. Цефалометричні точки та вимірювання проводили згідно рекомендацій Downs W. B., Holdway R. A., McNamara J., Schwarz A. M., Schmuth G. P. F., Steiner C. C. та Tweed C. H. За допомогою прямого покрокового регресійного аналізу, в ліцензійному пакеті “Statistica 6.0”, будували регресійні моделі індивідуальних телерентгенографічних характеристик профілю м’яких тканин обличчя. В юнаків із нормальною оклюзією, наближеною до ортогнатичного прикусу із 19 можливих моделей побудовано 11 з коефіцієнтом детермінації від 0,638 до 0,930, а у дівчат – 12 моделей з коефіцієнтом детермінації від 0,541 до 0,927. Проведений аналіз моделей показав, що в юнаків найбільш часто до регресійних рівнянь входили – кут N_POG, параметри якого вказують на лінійне міжщелепне співвідношення у передньо-задньому напрямку (14,0%); кут GL_SNPOG, або показник опуклості м’якотканинного профілю (8,8%); довжина верхньої щелепи MAX (7,0%), а також індекс GL_SN_S, який визначає вертикальні співвідношення у лицевому профілі (5,3%). У дівчат найбільш часто до моделей входили – кут N_POG (12,5%); кут GL_SNPOG (7,5%); м’якотканний лицевий кут P_OR_N (6,25%); базисний кут ML_NL та профільний кут T (по 5,0%); кут AB_NPOG, кут NBA_PTGN, який визначає напрямок розвитку нижньої щелепи та відстань PN_A (по 3,75%). Таким чином в роботі за допомогою методу покрокової регресії з включенням, у українців юнацького віку, на основі особливостей телерентгенографічних показників розроблені та проаналізовані достовірні моделі індивідуальних телерентгенографічних характеристик профілю м’яких тканин обличчя.

Анотація: To date, there are no clear recommendations on the use of a particular indicator, cephalometric method, normative basis for the inhabitants of Ukraine when assessing the cephalometric characteristics of the occlusal plane. The purpose of the study - by studying cephalometric indices and conducting direct stepwise regression analysis - develop in young men and women of Ukraine with orthognathic bite mathematical models of individual characteristics of the position of the occlusal plane. In 38 young men (aged 17-21 years) and 55 young women (aged from 16 to 20 years) with occlusion close to orthognathic bite and balanced faces, lateral teleroentgenograms were obtained using the Veraviewepocs 3D device, Morita (Japan). Cephalometric analysis was performed using OnyxCeph³™ software. Cephalometric points and measurements were performed according to the recommendations of W. B. Downs, J. McNamara, R. A. Holdway, P. F. Schmuth, A. M. Schwarz, C. C. Steiner and C. H. Tweed. In the licensed statistical package "Statistica 6.0", using regression analysis, the following teleroentgenographic characteristics of the position of the occlusal plane were simulated: the angle YGOCLPl, the angle POR_DOP, the angle POR_OCP, and the SN_OSP angle. It was established that in both young men and women, all four possible models with a determination coefficient from 0.808 to 0.998 in young men and from 0.832 to 0.974 in young women were constructed. In the analysis of models of teleroentgenographic characteristics of the position of the occlusal plane, depending on the peculiarities of the metric characteristics of the craniofacial complex, it was found that in young men the most frequent regression equations include - the Wits indicator (21.1% for all four equations), the angle AB_NPOG (15.8%) and the distance PN_POG (10.5%). In young women, most often the regression equations include - Wits indicator (17.4% - also to all 4 equations); angle AB_NPOG, distance AFH, angle MM and angle SN_GoGn (by 8.7%). So, using the method of stepwise regression, among Ukrainians of juvenile, based on the features of teleroentgenographic indicators, reliable models of individual cephalometric characteristics of the occlusal plane were createdНа сьогоднішній день немає чітких рекомендацій щодо застосування того чи іншого показника, цефалометричного методу, нормативної бази для мешканців України при оцінці цефалометричних характеристик змикальної площини. Мета дослідження – шляхом вивчення цефалометричних показників і проведення прямого покрокового регресійного аналізу розробити у юнаків і дівчат України з ортогнатичним прикусом математичні моделі індивідуальних характеристик положення змикальної площини. У 38 юнаків (віком від 17 до 21 року) та 55 дівчат (віком від 16 до 20 років) з оклюзією наближеною до ортогнатичного прикусу та збалансованими обличчями були отримані бокові телерентгенограми за допомогою пристрою Veraviewepocs 3D, Моріта (Японія). Цефалометричний аналіз проводили за допомогою програмного забезпечення OnyxCeph³™. Цефалометричні точки та вимірювання проводили згідно рекомендацій W. B. Downs, J. McNamara, R. A. Holdway, P. F. Schmuth, A. M. Schwarz, C. C. Steiner та C. H. Tweed. В ліцензійному статистичному пакеті "Statistica 6.0", з використанням регресійного аналізу, проведено моделювання наступних телерентгенографічних характеристик положення змикальної площини: кута YGOCLPl, кута POR_DOP, кута POR_OCP та кута SN_OСP. Встановлено, що як в юнаків, так і у дівчат побудовані усі 4 можливих моделі з коефіцієнтом детермінації від 0,808 до 0,998 в юнаків і від 0,832 до 0,974 у дівчат. При аналізі моделей телерентгенографічних характеристик положення змикальної площини в залежності від особливостей метричних характеристик краніофаціального комплексу встановлено, що в юнаків найбільш часто до регресійних рівнянь входять – показник Wits (21,1% – до усіх 4 рівнянь), кут AB_NPOG (15,8%) та відстань РN_POG (10,5%). У дівчат найбільш часто до регресійних рівнянь входять – показник Wits (17,4% – також до усіх 4 рівнянь); кут AB_NPOG, відстань AFH, кут ММ та кут SN_GoGn (по 8,7%). Таким чином, за допомогою методу покрокової регресії з включенням, у українців юнацького віку, на основі особливостей телерентгенографічних показників розроблені достовірні моделі індивідуальних телерентгенографічних характеристик положення змикальної площини

Анотація: The analysis of scientific literature points to significant ethnic, racial, age and sexual differences in cephalometric indices obtained by the method of C. J. Burstone, which necessitates conducting similar cephalometric studies among different age and sex groups of the population of Ukraine with physiological bite. The purpose of the study is to establish and analyze the cephalometric parameters by the method of С. J. Burstone in boys and girls of the Podillia region of Ukraine with orthognathic bite. Primary lateral teleroentgenograms of 38 boys and55 girls with normal occlusion dose to orthognathic bite, obtained using the Veraviewepocs 3D device, Morita (Japan), were taken from the data bank of the research center of the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya. Cephalometric measurements were performed according to the recommendations of C. J. Burstone. The statistical processing of the obtained results was carried out in the licensed package "Statistica 6.0" using nonparametric methods for evaluating the obtained results. When comparing the cephalometric parameters used in the analysis ofC. J. Burstone between boys and girls with orthognathic bite in boys, the values of the following distances are significantly higher: Ar-Pt (Posterior Section of Cranial Base), Pt-N (Anterior Section of Cranial Base), N-ANS (Anterior Upper Facial Height), ANS-Cn (Anterior Lower Facial Height), PNS-N (Posterior Upper Facial Height), 11-М P( Distance of Incisal Edge of 1L to Palatal Plane), 6u-NF (Distance of Mesial Cusp of 6u to Palatal Plane), 61-MP (Distance of Mesial Cusp of 61 to Mandibular Plane), ANS-PNS (Maxillary Length), Ar-Go (Ramus Length), Go-Pog (Mandibular Length), B-Pog (distance from point Род to point B, parallel to mandibular plane) andA-B (Distance of A to В on Occl. Plane); and in girls - only angle OP-HP (Angle of Occl. to Horizontal Plane). More than half of the cephalometric parameters obtained in the boys and girls of Podillia with orthognathic bite have reliable or tendency differences with the magnitude of the parameters given by C. J. Burstone, which confirms the need to establish their regional standards for correct use in UkraineАналіз наукової літератури вказує на значні етнічні, расові, вікові та статеві розбіжності цефалометричних показників, отриманих за методикою С. J. Burstone, що обумовлює необхідність проведення подібних цефалометричних досліджень серед різних вікових та статевих груп населення України з фізіологічним прикусом. Мета дослідження - встановити та проаналізувати цефалометричні параметри за методом С. J. Burstone у юнаків і дівчат Подільського регіону України з ортогнатичним прикусом. Первинні бокові телерентгенограми 38 юнаків і 55 дівчат з нормальною оклюзією наближеною до ортогнатичного прикусу, отримані за допомогою пристрою Veraviewepocs 3D, Моріта (Япония), взяті з банку даних науково-дослідного центру Вінницького національного медичного університету ім. М. і. Пирогова. Цефалометричні вимірювання проводили згідно рекомендацій С. J. Burstone. Статистична обробка отриманих результатів проведена в ліцензійному пакеті "Statistica 6.0" з використанням непараметричних методів оцінки отриманих результатів. При порівнянні цефалометричних параметрів які використовуються в аналізі С. J. Burstone між юнаками та дівчатами з ортогнатичним прикусом у юнаків встановлені достовірно більші значення наступних відстаней: Ar-Pt (задня частина основи черепа), Pt-N (передня частина основи черепа), N-ANS (передня верхня висота лиця), ANS-Gn (передня нижня висота лиця), PNS-N (задня верхня висота лиця), 11-МР (відстань від різального краю найбільш виступаючого до переду нижнього присереднього різця, до нижньощелепної площини), 6u-NF (відстань від ближньощічного вістря верхнього першого великого кутнього зуба до піднебінної площини), 6І-МР (відстань від ближньощічного вістря нижнього першого великого кутнього зуба до нижньощелепної площини), ANS-PNS (довжина верхньої щелепи), Ar-Go (довжина гілки нижньої щелепи), Go-Род (довжина основи нижньої щелепи), В-Pog (відстань від точки Род до точки В, паралельно до нижньощелепної площини) та А-В (відстань від точки А до точки В на змикальній площині); а у дівчат - лише кута ОР-НР (кут нахилу змикальної площини). Більш ніж половина цефалометричних параметрів отриманих в юнаків і дівчат Поділля з ортогнатичним прикусом мають достовірні або тенденції відмінностей з величиною даних параметрів отриманих С. J. Burstone, що підтверджує необхідність встановлення їх регіональних нормативів для коректного використання в Україні

Анотація: Studying the relationship between the morphological characteristics of the dentofacial system and the parameters of the craniofacial region is important for understanding the mechanisms of formation of a harmonious bite. Analysis of such correlations allows predicting the features of the development of dental arches and developing personalized approaches to orthodontic treatment. Taking into account individual variations in the size of teeth and their correlation with craniofacial parameters contributes to the optimization of diagnostics and planning of orthodontic intervention. The study of these parameters in representatives of the Ukrainian population allows identifying characteristic morphological features and their variability. The aim of the study was to establish qualitative and quantitative features of correlations between “dental” teleradiometric indicators according to the Ricketts method with the sizes of teeth and dental arches in Ukrainian young men and young women with physiological occlusion without and taking into account the type of face. The computed tomographic sizes of teeth, dental arches and “dental” teleradiometric indicators according to the Ricketts method (distances 6u-6l, Overjet, Overbite, 1l-OcP, 3u-3l and angle Max1-Mand1) were determined from the data bank of the Research Center and Department of Pediatric Dentistry of the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya from primary computed tomograms of 41 Ukrainian young men (aged 17 to 21 years) and 68 Ukrainian young women (aged 16 to 20 years) with physiological occlusion. The Garson face types of this contingent were also determined. The assessment of correlations between “dental” teleradiometric indicators according to the Ricketts method and computed tomography dimensions of teeth and dental arches in young men and young women without and taking into account the type of face was carried out in the licensed package “Statistica 6.0” using nonparametric Spearman statistics. As a result of the analysis of reliable and medium-strength unreliable correlations between “dental” teleradiometric indicators according to the Ricketts method with the dimensions of teeth and dental arches, the following was established: in young men and young women without taking into account the type of face - respectively 4.76 % and 14.29 % of connections with the dimensions of the teeth of the upper jaw, respectively 11.43 % and 16.67 % of connections with the dimensions of the teeth of the lower jaw and respectively 8.33 % and 6.48 % with the dimensions of the dental arches; in young men and young women with a wide face type – respectively 13.81 % and 14.29 % of connections with the size of the teeth of the upper jaw, respectively 21.90 % and 12.38 % of connections with the size of the teeth of the lower jaw and respectively 16.67 % and 17.59 % of connections with the size of the dental arches; in young women with a very wide face type – 19.05 % of connections with the size of the teeth of the upper jaw, 19.05 % of connections with the size of the teeth of the lower jaw and 17.59 % of connections with the size of the dental arches. In young men and young women, both regardless of facial type and in representatives with a wide facial type, pronounced manifestations of sexual dimorphism of the relationships between “dental” teleradiometric indicators according to the Ricketts method and computed tomography dimensions of teeth and dental arches were established in terms of the strength, number, and direction of reliable and medium-strength unreliable correlations.Вивчення взаємозв’язку між морфологічними характеристиками зубощелепної системи та параметрами черепно-лицевої області є важливим для розуміння механізмів формування гармонійного прикусу. Аналіз таких кореляцій дозволяє прогнозувати особливості розвитку зубних дуг і розробляти персоналізовані підходи до ортодонтичного лікування. Врахування індивідуальних варіацій у розмірах зубів та їх співвідношення з краніофаціальними показниками сприяє оптимізації діагностики та планування ортодонтичного втручання. Дослідження цих параметрів у представників української популяції дозволяє виявити характерні морфологічні особливості та їхню варіативність. Метою дослідження було встановлення якісних і кількісних особливостей кореляцій між «зубними» телерентгенометричними показниками за методом Ricketts із розмірами зубів і зубних дуг в українських юнаків і дівчат із фізіологічним прикусом без та з урахуванням типу обличчя. Проведено визначення комп’ютерно-томографічних розмірів зубів, зубних дуг і «зубних» телерентгенометричних показників за методом Ricketts (відстані 6u-6l, Overjet, Overbite, 1l-OcP, 3u-3l та кут Max1- Mand1) із отриманих з банку даних науково-дослідного центру та кафедри стоматології дитячого віку Вінницького національного медичного університету ім. М. І. Пирогова комп’ютерних томограм 41 українського юнака (віком від 17 до 21 року) та 68 українських дівчат (віком від 16 до 20 років) із фізіологічним прикусом. Також визначені типи обличчя за Гарсоном даного контингенту. Оцінку кореляцій між «зубними» телерентгенометричними показниками за методом Ricketts і комп’ютерно-томографічними розмірами зубів і зубних дуг в юнаків і дівчат без і з урахуванням типу обличчя проведено у ліцензійному пакеті «Statistica 6.0» за допомогою непараметричної статистики Спірмена. В результаті аналізу достовірних і середньої сили недостовірних кореляцій між «зубними» телерентгенометричними показниками за методом Ricketts із розмірами зубів і зубних дуг встановлено: в юнаків і дівчат без урахування типу обличчя – відповідно 4,76 % і 14,29 % зв’язків із розмірами зубів верхньої щелепи, відповідно 11,43 % і 16,67 % зв’язків із розмірами зубів нижньої щелепи та відповідно 8,33 % і 6,48 % із розмірами зубних дуг; в юнаків і дівчат із широким типом обличчя – відповідно 13,81 % і 14,29 % зв’язків із розмірами зубів верхньої щелепи, відповідно 21,90 % і 12,38 % зв’язків із розмірами зубів нижньої щелепи та відповідно 16,67 % і 17,59 % із розмірами зубних дуг; у дівчат із дуже широким типом обличчя – 19,05 % зв’язків із розмірами зубів верхньої щелепи, 19,05 % зв’язків із розмірами зубів нижньої щелепи та 17,59 % із розмірами зубних дуг. В юнаків і дівчат як без урахування типу обличчя, так і у представників із широким типом обличчя, встановлені виражені прояви статевого диморфізму зв’язків між «зубними» телерентгенометричними показниками за методом Ricketts та комп’ютерно-томографічними розмірами зубів і зубних дуг за силою, кількістю та напрямком достовірних і середньої сили недостовірних кореляцій.
