Анотація: One of the important tasks of modern science is to find biochemical markers that would be able to reflect the risks of development and the nature of the course of various diseases, as well as to predict their possible consequences. In recent years, a significant number of compounds that can affect the biochemical profile of the organism have been identified. Homocysteine – a product of methionine metabolism, belongs to one of these markers, and the effects of its influece on the structure and function of various organs are being actively studied by modern researchers. The aim of the study is to find the patterns of electron microscopic changes in the liver structure of adult rats with hyperhomocysteinemia. The experimental study was performed on 22 white nonlinear mature male rats, which were divided into a control group and an experimental group. A model of persistent hyperhomocysteinemia was created by administering to rats of experimental group thiolactone homocysteine at a dose of 200 mg/kg body weight intragastrically for 60 days. The study of ultrastructural changes in the liver of rats was performed using an electron microscope PEM-125K. In adult rats with experimental hyperhomocysteinemia at the ultrastructural level, dystrophic and destructive changes in hepatocytes, endotheliocytes in the walls of sinusoids and Kupffer cells were found. These changes were more pronounced than in young rats with experimental hyperhomocysteinemia. Revealed structural changes in decompensation (depletion) of mitochondria – fewer number of cristae and enlightened matrix. In contrast to young rats, adult rats with hyperhomocysteinemia in the perisinusoidal spaces showed elongated Ito cells, a significant proportion of the cytoplasm is occupied by the Golgi complex and granular endoplasmic reticulum tanks, indicating protein synthesis for export. In Ito cells, the content of fat droplets, which are located on opposite poles of cells, is reduced. This morphological picture manifests the transformation of Ito cells into fibroblasts
Одним із важливих завдань сучасної науки є пошук біохімічних маркерів, які б здатні були відображати ризики розвитку та характер перебігу різноманітних захворювань, а також спрогнозувати їх можливі наслідки. За останні роки виявлено значну кількість сполук, здатних впливати на особливості біохімічного профілю організму. Гомоцистеїн – продукт обміну метіоніну, належить до одного з таких маркерів, а наслідки його впливу на структуру та функції різних органів активно вивчаються дослідниками сьогодення. Метою дослідження є вивчення закономірностей електронно-мікроскопічних змін структури печінки щурів зрілого віку при гіпергомоцистеїнемії. Експериментальне дослідження проведене на 22 білих нелінійних зрілих щурах-самцях, яких було поділено на групу контролю та дослідну групу. Модель стійкої гіпергомоцистеїнемії створювали шляхом введення щурам дослідної групи тіолактону гомоцистеїну в дозі 200 мг/кг маси тіла інтрагастрально протягом 60 днів. Вивчення ультраструктурних змін в печінці щурів проводили за допомогою електронного мікроскопу ПЕМ-125К. У щурів зрілого віку при експериментальній гіпергомоцистеїнемії на ультраструктурному рівні встановлені дистрофічні та деструктивні зміни в гепатоцитах, ендотеліоцитах в стінках синусоїдів і зірчастих макрофагоцитах. Дані зміни були більш виражені, ніж у молодих щурів при експериментальній гіпергомоцистеїнемії. Виявлені структурні зміни декомпенсації (виснаження) мітохондрій – менша кількість крист і просвітлений матрикс. На відміну від молодих, у щурів зрілого віку при гіпергомоцистеїнемії в перисинусоїдних просторах виявляли жиронакопичувальні клітини видовженої форми, значну частку цитоплазми займає комплекс Гольджі та цистерни гранулярної ендоплазматичної сітки, що вказувало на синтез білка на експорт. В жиронакопичувальних клітинах зменшений вміст крапель жиру, які розміщені на протилежних полюсах клітин. Така морфологічна картина маніфестує трансформацію жиронакопичувальних клітин у фібробласти

Анотація: Hyperhomocysteinemia is a well-known risk factor for atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, stroke, and venous thrombosis. However, in recent decades, the range of diseases associated with elevated homocysteine levels has expanded significantly. The influence of this amino acid on the occurrence and development of pathologies of the respiratory system, in particular, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma, lung and pleural cancer, is currently being actively studied. The aim of the study is to find the features of histological changes in the lungs of adult rats under conditions of hyperhomocysteinemia. The experimental study was performed on 22 white nonlinear adult (6-8 months) male rats. During the experiment, the animals were divided into two groups – control and experimental. Simulation of the state of persistent hyperhomocysteinemia was achieved by administering to rats the experimental group of thiolactone homocysteine at a dose of 200 mg/kg body weight intragastrally for 60 days. Histological specimens were studied using an SEO CCAN light microscope and photo-documented using a Vision CCD Camera with an image output system from histological specimens. Histological examinations of the lungs of adult animals under conditions of hyperhomocysteinemia revealed adaptive-compensatory and destructive changes in the components of the organ. Discirculatory disorders, remodeling of the bronchial wall with the formation of inflammatory infiltrates in them were revealed. Significant areas of dys- and atelectasis and emphysematically altered areas of the parenchyma were found in the respiratory tract of the lungs. In the alveolar septa, peribronchially and paravasally, histo- and leukocyte infiltration, formation of inflammatory conglomerates were determined. Remodeling of vascular walls, especially the microcirculatory tract leads to disruption of blood supply to the body and hypoperfusion of lung tissue
Гіпергомоцистеїнемія є загальновизнаним фактором ризику розвитку атеросклерозу, ішемічної хвороби серця, інсульту, венозних тромбозів. Однак за останні десятиліття спектр захворювань, асоційованих з підвищеним рівнем гомоцистеїну, значно розширився. Наразі активно вивчається вплив даної амінокислоти на виникнення та розвиток патологій органів дихальної системи, зокрема, хронічного обструктивного захворювання легень, бронхіальної астми, раку легень та плеври. Метою дослідження є вивчення особливостей гістологічних змін легень щурів зрілого віку за умов гіпергомоцистеїнемії. Експериментальне дослідження проведене на 22 білих нелінійних статевозрілих (6-8 місяців) щурах-самцях. В ході експерименту тварин поділено на дві групи – контрольну і дослідну. Моделювання стану стійкої гіпергомоцистеїнемії досягали шляхом введення щурам дослідної групи тіолактону гомоцистеїну в дозі 200 мг/кг маси тіла інтрагастрально протягом 60 днів. Гістологічні препарати вивчали за допомогою світлового мікроскопа SEO SСAN та фотодокументували за допомогою відеокамери Vision CCD Camera з системою виводу зображення з гістологічних препаратів. Проведені гістологічні дослідження легень тварин зрілого віку за умов гіпергомоцистеїнемії встановили пристосувально-компенсаторні та деструктивні зміни компонентів органу. Виявлені дисциркуляторні розлади, ремоделювання стінки бронхів із формуванням у них запальних інфільтратів. В респіраторному відділі легень виявлено значні площі дис- та ателектазів, та емфізематозно змінені ділянки паренхіми. В альвеолярних перегородках, перибронхіально та паравазально визначено гісто- та лейкоцитарну інфільтрацію, формування запальних конгломератів. Ремоделювання стінок судин, особливо мікроциркуляторного русла, призводить до порушення кровопостачання органу та гіпоперфузії тканини легень

Анотація: Disruption of the metabolism of the essential amino acid methionine causes the syndrome of hyperhomocysteinemia. This pathological condition is associated with the risk of developing a number of diseases, including chronic liver disease. The mechanisms of liver tissue damage in hyperhomocysteinemia remain poorly understood and require more detailed study. The aim of the study is to establish the features of submicroscopic changes in the liver structure of old rats with hyperhomocysteinemia. The experimental study was performed on 22 white nonlinear old (24-26 months) male rats, which were divided into a control group and an experimental group. A model of persistent hyperhomocysteinemia was created by administering to rats of experimental group of thiolactone homocysteine at a dose of 200 mg/kg body weight intragastrically for 60 days. The study of ultrastructural changes in the lungs of rats was performed using an electron microscope PEM-125K. At experimental hyperhomocysteinemia in a liver of old rats there are changes in all structural components. Mitochondrial destruction and edema were observed in the vascular endothelium. Organelles have an enlightened matrix, a reduced number of cristae. A significant content of destructively altered mitochondria in endothelial cells indicates a failure of adaptation mechanisms. Erythrocyte sludges are observed in the lumens of the sinusoids. The number of fat-accumulating cells decreases, which indicates their transformation into fibroblasts and leads to the growth of collagen fibers, expansion of the sinusoidal spaces and the development of stromal fibrosis
Порушення обміну есенціальної амінокислоти метіоніну стає причиною виникнення синдрому гіпергомоцистеїнемії. Даний патологічний стан асоціюється з ризиком розвитку цілого ряду захворювань, в тому числі і з хронічними хворобами печінки. Механізми ураження тканини печінки за умов гіпергомоцистеїнемії залишаються недостатньо розкритими та потребують більш детального вивчення. Метою дослідження є встановлення особливостей субмікроскопічних змін структури печінки старих щурів при гіпергомоцистеїнемії. Експериментальне дослідження проведене на 22 білих нелінійних старих (24-26 місяців) щурах-самцях, яких було поділено на групу контролю та дослідну групу. Модель стійкої гіпергомоцистеїнемії створювали шляхом введення щурам дослідної групи тіолактону гомоцистеїну в дозі 200 мг/кг маси тіла інтрагастрально протягом 60 днів. Вивчення ультраструктурних змін в легенях щурів проводили за допомогою електронного мікроскопу ПЕМ-125К. При експериментальній гіпергомоцистеїнемії в печінці старих щурів відбуваються зміни в усіх структурних компонентах. В ендотелії судин спостерігали деструкцію та набряк мітохондрій. Органели мають просвітлений матрикс, зменшену кількість крист. Значний вміст деструктивно змінених мітохондрій в ендотеліоцитах вказує на зрив адаптаційних механізмів. Спостерігаються сладжі еритроцитів в просвітах синусоїдів. Зменшується кількість жиронакопичувальних клітин, що свідчить про трансформації їх в фібробласти та призводить до розростання колагенових волокон, розширення пересинусоїдальних просторів і розвитку фіброзу строми

Анотація: The level of subjective control may vary in different regions depending on social and economic living conditions, moral attitudes and level of education of the population. Circumstances such as age, gender and constitutional variability in the locus of control cannot be ruled out (although there is very little research on this issue). The purpose of the study is to conduct a comparative study of the typological delineation of the emotional-dynamic pattern in practically healthy Ukrainian women without and taking into account the somatotype. Primary anthropo-somatotypological and personality indicators of practically healthy Ukrainian women aged 21 to 35 of different somatotypes were selected from the database of materials of the research center of National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya. Determination of the components of internality by J. Rotter in the modification of E. F. Bazhin, S. O. Golinkina and O. M. Etkind included the definition (sten): indicator of the scale of general internality of the level of subjective control, indicators of the level of subjective control in the industry achievements, failures, family relationships, educational (professional) relationships, interpersonal relationships, health and disease. Statistical processing of the results was performed in the license package “Statistica 5.5” using non-parametric evaluation methods. The reliability of the difference between the values between the independent quantitative values was determined using the U-Mann-Whitney test. There was a lower level of general internality and subjective control in the field of achievement in mesomorphic women compared to women without taking into account somatotype and women of other somatotypes. According to the scale of internality in the field of failures in women without taking into account somatotype, endo-mesomorphs and representatives of the middle intermediate somatotype, the most developed sense of control over negative situations and the tendency to blame themselves for trouble compared to mesomorphic women. It is characteristic that in the sphere of family relations this image emerges especially clearly in mesomorphic women; they consider their partner, not themselves, to be more responsible for the events of family life. Women of intermediate somatotype compared to women without somatotype and women mesomorphs and ectomorphs have a higher level of internality in the field of interpersonal relationships. The level of subjective health and disease control in endo-mesomorphic women is significantly lower than in ectomorphic women. Thus, the level and various parameters of subjective control can be used as personal markers of the studied somatotype, which will create optimal and most individualized recommendations for psychological support, adaptation and coping strategies.
Рівень суб’єктивного контролю може варіювати у різних регіонах залежно від соціальних та економічних умов життя, моральних установок і рівня освіченості населення. Не можна відкидати і таку обставину як вікову, статеву і конституціональну мінливість локусу контролю (хоча досліджень, присвячених цьому питанню, надзвичайно мало). Мета дослідження – провести порівняльне дослідження особливостей типологічної окресленості емоційно-динамічного патерну у практично здорових українських жінок без і з урахуванням соматотипу. Первинні антропо-соматотипологічні та показники особливостей особистості практично здорових українських жінок віком від 21 до 35 років різних соматотипів відібрані з банку даних матеріалів науково-дослідного центру Вінницького національного медичного університету ім. М. І. Пирогова. Визначення складових інтернальності за J. Rotter у модифікації Є. Ф. Бажіна, С. О. Голинкиної та О. М. Еткинда включало визначення (стени): показника шкали загальної інтернальності рівня суб’єктивного контролю, показників рівня суб’єктивного контролю в галузі досягнень, невдач, сімейних відносин, навчальних (професійних) відносин, міжособистісних відносин, здоров’я і хвороби. Статистичну обробку результатів проведено в ліцензійному пакеті “Statistica 5.5” із використанням непараметричних методів оцінки. Достовірність різниці значень між незалежними кількісними величинами визначено за допомогою U-критерія Мана-Уітні. Встановлено менший рівень загальної інтернальності та рівня суб’єктивного контролю в галузі досягнень у жінок мезоморфів порівняно із жінками без урахування соматотипу та жінками інших соматотипів. За шкалою інтернальності у сфері невдач у жінок без урахування соматотипу, ендо-мезоморфів і представниць середнього проміжного соматотипу відзначається найбільш розвинене почуття контролю над негативними ситуаціями та схильність звинувачувати самих себе в неприємностях порівняно із жінками мезоморфами. Характерно, що і у сфері сімейних відносин цей образ вимальовується особливо чітко саме у жінок мезоморфів; більшою мірою відповідальним за події сімейного життя вони вважають не себе, а партнера. Жінкам середнього проміжного соматотипу порівняно із жінками без урахування соматотипу та жінками мезоморфами і ектоморфам притаманний вищий рівень інтернальності у галузі міжособистісних відносин. Показник рівня суб’єктивного контролю в галузі здоров’я та хвороби у жінок ендо-мезоморфів достовірно менший порівняно із жінками ектоморфами. Таким чином, рівень та різні параметри суб’єктивного контролю можна застосовувати в якості особистісних маркерів досліджуваних певного соматотипу, що дозволить створити оптимальні та максимально індивідуалізовані рекомендації для психологічного супроводу, адаптації та копінг-стратегій

Анотація: The lawfulness of the application of the method of dermatoglyphics in the study of atopic diseases is ensured by the polygenic inheritance of signs of dermatoglyphics, on the one hand, and the pathogenetic heterogeneity of these diseases, on the other hand, as well as high informative ability of signs of dermatoglyphics as markers of diseases of hereditary and multifactorial nature. The purpose of the study is to detect differences in qualitative signs of digital dermatoglyphics between patients with atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma. Primary indicators of digital dermatoglyphics of sick young men and young women of the Podillia region are taken from the data bank of the research center of the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya and were used in previous studies when compared with the practically healthy population of this region. Imprints were obtained by the method of “printing ink” by Gladkova T. D. By the method of Cummins H. and Midlo Ch. a dermatological study was performed for 320 young men and young women with allergic rhinitis (n=69), bronchial asthma (n=108) and atopic dermatitis (n=143). The frequency and location of 8 types of finger patterns were subject to analysis. Statistical processing of the obtained results was carried out in the package “Statistica 6.1” using nonparametric methods. The reliability of the difference in values between independent qualitative values was determined by the formula of Weber E. (1961). The specificity of the digital typology of atopic diseases is established, which is based on the differences in the frequency and location of the whorl, central pocket and arches between the young men, except those indicated - a random pattern between young women, patients with atopic dermatitis, bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis. Additionally, when comparing young men, patients with allergic rhinitis with patients with bronchial asthma and atopic dermatitis - ulnar loop; for bronchial asthma with patients with allergic rhinitis and atopic dermatitis - lateral pocket loop (in young men) and ulnar, lateral pocket and double loops (in young women); when comparing young men, patients with atopic dermatitis with patients with bronchial asthma, and allergic rhinitis - a random pattern
Правомірність застосування методу дерматогліфіки у вивченні атопічних захворювань забезпечується полігенністю успадкування ознак дерматогліфіки, з одного боку і патогенетичною гетерогенністю даних захворювань, з іншого боку, а також високою інформативною здатністю ознак дерматогліфіки як маркерів захворювань спадкової та мультифакторіальної природи. Мета дослідження – виявити розбіжності якісних ознак пальцевої дерматогліфіки між хворими на атопічний дерматит, алергічний риніт та бронхіальну астму. Первинні показники пальцевої дерматогліфіки хворих юнаків і дівчат Подільського регіону взяті з банку даних науково-дослідного центру Вінницького національного медичного університету ім. М. І. Пирогова та були використані в попередніх дослідженнях при порівняні з практично здоровим населенням даного регіону. Відбитки отримані методом “типографської фарби” за Гладковою Т. Д. За методикою Cummins H. і Midlo Ch. проведено дерматогліфічне дослідження 320 юнаків і дівчат, хворих на алергічний риніт (n=69), бронхіальну астму (n=108) та атопічний дерматит (n=143). Аналізу підлягали частота та локалізація 8 типів пальцевих візерунків. Статистична обробка отриманих результатів проведена в пакеті “Statistica 6.1” з використанням непараметричних методів. Достовірність різниці значень між незалежними якісними величинами визначали за формулою Weber E. (1961). Встановлена специфіка пальцевої типології атопічних захворювань, яка полягає у відмінностях за частотою і локалізацією завитка, центральної кишені і дуги між юнаками, крім зазначених – випадкового візерунку між дівчатами, хворими на атопічний дерматит, бронхіальну астму, алергічний риніт. Додатково при порівнянні юнаків, хворих на алергічний риніт з хворими на бронхіальну астму і атопічний дерматит – ульнарної петлі; на бронхіальну астму з хворими на алергічний риніт і атопічний дерматит – латеральної кишенькової петлі (у юнаків) та ульнарної, латеральної кишенькової та подвійної петель (у дівчат); при порівнянні юнаків, хворих на атопічний дерматит з хворими на бронхіальну астму, і алергічний риніт – випадкового візерунка
