Анотація: During qualified sport selection special attention should be paid to those features and abilities that have a great influence on the effectiveness, and those, that are mainly under the influence of genetic factor. Such morphogenetic markers of sports selection include, firstly, the constitutional features of athletes, in particular the shape of the chest. The purpose of work is to determine the differences between the anthropometric dimensions of the chest between female volleyball players of high level of athletic skill and non-sportsmen, who belonged to different constitutional types. On the base of the Scientific-Research Center of the Vinnytsya National Pirogov Memorial Medical University an anthropo-somatotypological investigation of 113 female volleyball players of high level athletic skill (from 16 to 20 years old) was done. The control group included 204 practically healthy young women, who were not engaged in sports of the corresponding age. Anthropometric research was performed according to the V. V. Bunak (1941) method, somatotypological study was based on the estimated modification of the Heath-Carter method (1990). In young women, who were not engaged in sports, more than in half of the cases were indicated constitutional types, which were characterized by good development of fatty body composition. Between female volleyball players were dominated individuals with mesomorphic somatotype (26.66%), ectomorphic somatotype (23.01%), ecto-mesomorphic somatotype (23.89%), and representatives of the intermediate somatotype (23.01%) were almost uniformly represented in the sample. The analysis of the results was carried out in the licensing program "Statistica 5.5" using nonparametric methods of estimating the parameters. We have found that the female volleyball players of the ectomorphic somatotype have the smallest anthropometric dimensions of the chest, as compared with athletes of other constitutional groups. In the mesomorphs female volleyball players all transverse and the most of overall sizes of the chest were the largest. Parameters of the athletes with the ecto-mesomorphic somatotype were slightly small to the size of the somatometric parameters of the mesomorphs, but they had the highest values of the anterior-posterior size of the chest. Female volleyball players with intermediate somatotype had larger values of the chest size than volleyball players with ectomorphic somatotype, although no significant difference was found when comparing them. It was found, that the most of the overall, transverse, and anterior-posterior dimensions of the chest in female volleyball players are statistically significantly higher than that of girls, who were not engaged in sports, and belonged to the same constitutional type as athletes. We have made a conclusion that belonging to one of the constitutional type does not provide similarity of morphometric parameters of the chest in persons with different levels of physical activity
При проведенні кваліфікованого спортивного відбору у окремий вид спорту особливу увагу необхідно приділяти тим рисам та здібностям, які однозначно впливають на результативність, і тим, які переважно знаходяться під впливом генетичних факторів. До таких морфогенетичних маркерів спортивного відбору, у першу чергу, належать конституціональні особливості спортсменів, зокрема форма грудної клітки. Мета роботи – встановити відмінності антропометричних розмірів грудної клітки між волейболістками високого рівня спортивної майстерності та неспортсменками, які належали до різних конституціональних типів. На базі науково-дослідного центру Вінницького національного медичного університету ім. М. І. Пирогова проведене антропо-соматотипологічне дослідження 113 волейболісток високого рівня спортивної майстерності юнацького віку (від 16 до 20 років). Контрольну групу склали 204 практично здорових дівчат того ж віку, які не займалися спортом. Антропометричне вимірювання проводили за методом В. В. Бунака (1941), соматотипологічне дослідження – за розрахунковою модифікацією метода Heath-Carter (1990). У дівчат, які не займалися спортом, більше ніж у половині випадків зустрічалися конституціональні типи, для яких характерним було добрий розвиток жирової складової статури тіла. У волейболісток переважали особи з мезоморфним соматотипом (26,66%), а ектоморфи (23,01%), екто-мезоморфи (23,89%) і представниці середнього проміжного соматотипу (23,01%) у вибірці були представлені майже рівномірно. Аналіз отриманих результатів проведено у ліцензійному пакеті "Statistica 5.5" з використанням непараметричних методів оцінки показників. Нами встановлено, що волейболістки ектоморфного соматотипу мають найменші антропометричні розміри грудної клітки, порівняно з спортсменками інших конституціональних груп. У волейболісток мезоморфів всі поперечні, більшість обхватних розмірів грудної клітки були найбільшими. Спортсменки з екто-мезоморфним соматотипом незначно поступалися за величиною соматометричних параметрів мезоморфам, але у них були найбільші середні значення передньо-заднього розміру грудної клітки. Волейболістки з середнім проміжним соматотипом мали більші середні значення розмірів грудної клітки, ніж волейболістки з ектоморфним соматотипом, хоча достовірної різниці при їх порівнянні не виявлено. Виявлено, що більшість обхватних, поперечних і передньо-задніх розмірів грудної клітки у волейболісток статистично значуще більші, ніж у дівчат, які не займалися спортом і належали до того ж конституціонального типу, що і спортсменки. Можна зробити висновок, що належність до одного конституціонального типу не забезпечує подібність морфометричних параметрів грудної клітки в осіб з різним рівнем фізичного навантаження

Анотація: The issue of studying the relationships between indicators of the external structure of the body and spirographic parameters in persons of a certain sex, age, ethno-territorial zoning remains relevant, especially from the point of view of the need to determine the reference values of indicators of external breathing. The purpose of the study was to determine the peculiarities of the relationship between spirographic parameters and indicators of the external structure of the body in practically healthy young women of the mesomorphic constitutional type of the Podilia region of Ukraine. We conducted a complex clinical and laboratory study of young women aged 16 to 20 years, which corresponds to the youthful period of ontogenesis. 109 practically healthy young women were selected, in whom no deviations in the state of health were detected according to the results of radiography, echocardiography, tetrapolar rheovasography and rheoencephalography, sonographic examination of parenchymal organs of the abdominal cavity and thyroid gland, general and biochemical blood analysis. For this group of subjects, we performed a spirographic examination using the Medgraphics Pulmonary Function System 1070 series according to the methodology of the American Pulmonology Association and the European Respiratory Society (2019). The anthropometric study was carried out according to the method of V. V. Bunak (1941), the somatotypological study – according to the calculated modification of the Heath-Carter method (1990). The assessment of the component composition of body weight was carried out according to Matiegka method (1921). After somatotyping, it was found that 32 young women had a mesomorphic type of constitution, for which Spearman’s correlation analysis was conducted in the licensed software package “Statistica 5.5”. It was established that the majority of spirographic indicators in practically healthy young women of the mesomorphic somatotype had isolated statistically significant correlations with anthropo-somatotypological parameters, with the exception of parameters that reflect lung capacities. Vital capacity at rest, had the largest number and strength of correlations, was significantly associated with the value of 24 anthropo-somatotypological indicators. Total, longitudinal and girth body dimensions, the ectomorphic component of the somatotype, muscle, bone and fat mass of the body were most often correlated with the capacity indicators of external respiration. All speed spirographic indicators and maximum peak expiratory flow were correlated with the skinfold thickness. The study of correlations is the basis of further mathematical modeling to determine the appropriate spirographic indicators in an individual representative of the female sex of the juvenile age of the mesomorphic somatotype
Актуальним залишається питання вивчення взаємозв’язків між показниками зовнішньої будови тіла та спірографічними параметрами в осіб певної статі, віку, етно-територіального районування, особливо з позиції необхідності визначення референтних значень показників зовнішнього дихання. Метою дослідження було визначення особливостей взаємозв’язків між спірографічними параметрами та показниками зовнішньої будови тіла у практично здорових дівчат юнацького віку мезоморфного конституціонального типу Подільського регіону України. Провели комплексне клініко-лабораторне дослідження осіб жіночої статі у віці від 16 до 20 років, що відповідає юнацькому періоду онтогенезу. Було відібрано 109 практично здорових дівчат, у яких не виявлені відхилення у стані здоров’я за результатами рентгенографії, ехокардіографії, тетраполярної реовазографії та реоенцефалографії, сонографічного дослідження паренхіматозних органів черевної порожнини та щитоподібної залози, загального та біохімічного аналізу крові. Даній групі досліджуваних ми провели спірографічне обстеження на апараті Medgraphics Pulmonary Function System 1070 series за методикою Американської асоціації пульмонологів та Європейського респіраторного товариства (2019). Антропометричне дослідження провели за методом В. В. Бунака (1941), соматотипологічне – за розрахунковою модифікацією метода Heath-Carter (1990). Оцінку компонентного складу маси тіла провели за методом Матейко (1921). Після соматотипування було виявлено, що у 32 дівчат був мезоморфний тип конституції, для них був проведений кореляційний аналіз за Спірменом у ліцензійному програмному пакеті “Statistica 5.5”. Встановлено, що більшість спірографічних показники у практично здорових дівчат юнацького віку мезоморфного соматотипу мали поодинокі статистично значущі кореляції з антропо-соматотипологічними параметрами, за винятком параметрів, які відображають легеневі ємності. Показник життєвої ємності в стані спокою мав найбільшу кількість і силу кореляцій, він був значуще пов’язаний із величинами 24 антропо-соматотипологічних показників. Найчастіше з ємнісними показниками зовнішнього дихання корелювали тотальні, поздовжні та обхватні розміри тіла, ектоморфний компонент соматотипу, м’язова, кісткова та жирова маси тіла. Всі швидкісні спірографічні показники та максимальний піковий потік видиху корелювали з товщиною шкірно-жирових складок. Вивчення кореляційних зв’язків є підґрунтям подальшого математичного моделювання для визначення належних спірографічних показників у окремої представниці жіночої статі юнацького віку мезоморфного соматотипу

Анотація: Many researchers emphasize the practical importance of using mathematical modeling to determine the reference values of spirographic parameters, but unfortunately, there are no works that study the complex influence of anthropometric and somatotypological indicators on spirometric parameters in healthy young people. The purpose of the work was to build regression models to determine the proper indicators of external breathing in practically healthy young women (YW) ectomorphs and to establish the total influence of the constitutional characteristics of the body on spirographic parameters. We conducted a spirographic examination of 109 practically healthy YW (from 16 to 20 years inclusive) according to the American Pulmonology Association and the European Respiratory Society (2019) method on the Medgraphics Pulmonary Function System 1070 series. The anthropometric examination was carried out according to the method of Bunak V. V. as modified by Shaparenko P. P. (2000). The component composition of body weight was assessed according to Matiegka method (1921), muscle mass according to the method of the American Institute of Nutrition (1991). Somatotypological research was carried out according to the Heath-Carter (1990) method. After somatotyping, it was found that 31 YW had an ectomorphic type of constitution. For them, we conducted a direct step-by-step regression analysis in the “STATISTICA 5.5” package. On the basis of multivariate regression analysis, the total influence of anthropometric, somatotypological and dynamometric indicators on the variability of spirographic parameters of the body was determined. Mathematical modeling was carried out to determine the appropriate individual spirographic indicators in practically healthy YW of the Podillia ectomorphic somatotype. 11 reliable regression linear models were built with the accuracy of the description of the feature in the range of 57.63–94.44 %. To the greatest extent, the value of the spirometric parameters was determined by the girth of the body (most often the girth of the hand), the diameters of the pelvis (most often the external conjugate and intercristal distance), the width of the distal epiphyses (most often the shins), the skinfold thickness (most often under the shoulder blade).
На практичному значенні використання математичного моделювання для визначення референтних значень спірографічних параметрів наголошують багато дослідників, але робіт, у яких би вивчався комплексний вплив антропометричних та соматотипологічних показників на спірометричні параметри у здорових осіб юнацького віку, нажаль, немає. Метою роботи було побудувати регресійні моделі для визначення належних показників зовнішнього дихання у практично здорових дівчат ектоморфів та встановити сумарний вплив конституціональних характеристик організму на спірографічні параметри. Нами було проведено спірографічне обстеження 109 практично здорових дівчат юнацького періоду онтогенезу (від 16 до 20 років включно) за методикою Американської асоціації пульмонологів та Європейського респіраторного товариства (2019) на апараті Medgraphics Pulmonary Function System 1070 series. Антропометричне обстеження виконано за методикою Бунака В. В. в модифікації Шапаренко П. П. (2000). Оцінку компонентного складу маси тіла провели за методом Матейко (1921), м’язову масу тіла – за методом Американського інституту харчування (1991). Соматотипологічне дослідження проводили за методом Heath-Carter (1990). Після соматотипування було виявлено, що 31 дівчина мала ектоморфний тип конституції. Для них нами був проведений прямий покроковий регресійний аналіз в пакеті “STATISTICA 5.5”. На основі багатофакторного регресійного аналізу визначили сумарний вплив антропометричних, соматотипологічних і динамометричних показників на варіабельність спірографічних параметрів тіла. Провели математичне моделювання для визначення належних індивідуальних спірографічних показників у практично здорових дівчат Поділля юнацького віку ектоморфного соматотипу. Було побудовано 11 достовірних регресійних лінійних моделей з точністю опису ознаки у межах 57,63–94,44 %. У найбільшій мірі величина спірометричних параметрів детермінувалася обхватними розмірами тіла (найчастіше обхватом кисті), діаметрами таза (найчастіше зовнішньою кон’югатою та міжгребеневою відстанню), шириною дистальних епіфізів (найчастіше гомілки), товщиною шкірно-жирових складок (найчастіше під лопаткою).

Анотація: Mechanisms of regulation of cardiac rhythm have many individual features, which are conditioned by age, sex, training of the organism, strength and nature of external influence, constitutional features of the organism. The purpose of the work is to determine the relationship between cardiointervalographic indices and parameters of the external structure of the body in highly skilled wrestlers of the mesomorphic somatotype. The study involved 24 wrestlers between the ages of 17 and 21 with a high level of sportsmanship and more than 3 years of experience. All of the wrestlers were of medium weight and engaged in free and Greco-Roman wrestling. We conducted a study of heart rate variability on the cardiac computer diagnostic complex “OPTW” following the recommendations of the European and North American Cardiac Association (1996). The indices of vegetative homeostasis according to Bayevsky, variational heart rate, statistical and spectral cardiointervalographic indicators were determined. Anthropometry was performed according to the method of V.V. Bunak (1941), somatotypological study – by the calculated modification of the Heath-Carter method (1990), determination of the component composition of body weight by the method of Matejko (1992). In the package “STATISTICA 5.5” correlation analysis was performed using the nonparametric Spearman statistical method. It was found that in the wrestlers of the mesomorphic somatotype, the variations of the pulsometry had the highest number and strength of reliable correlations with constitutional parameters, most of which were inverse of the mean force. All statistical indicators of heart rate variability with indicators of the external structure of the body had only inverse significant correlations. The least significant correlations were found for spectral indices and parameters of vegetative homeostasis. According to the results of the correlation analysis in the wrestlers of the mesomorphic somatotype, we can assume that with the increase of total, longitudinal, circumferential, transverse body sizes and muscle and bone mass, the variability of the heart rhythm of the sympathetic department of the autonomic nervous system will be more pronounced
Механізми регуляції серцевого ритму мають безліч індивідуальних особливостей, котрі обумовлені віком, статтю, тренованістю організму, силою і характером зовнішнього впливу, конституціональними особливостями організму. Мета роботи – визначити взаємозв’язки між кардіоінтервалографічними показниками та параметрами зовнішньої будови тіла у висококваліфікованих борців мезоморфного соматотипу. У дослідженні взяли участь 24 борців у віці від 17 до 21 року з високим рівнем спортивної майстерності і стажем більше 3 років. Всі борці були середніх вагових категорій і займалися вільною та греко-римською боротьбою. Нами було проведене дослідження варіабельності серцевого ритму на кардіологічному комп’ютерному діагностичному комплексі “OPTW” за рекомендаціями Європейської та Північноамериканської кардіологічної асоціації (1996]. Визначали показники вегетативного гомеостазу за Баєвським, варіаційної пульсометрії, статистичні та спектральні кардіоінтервалографічні показники. Антропометрію проводили за методом В.В. Бунака (1941), соматотипологічне дослідження – за розрахунковою модифікацією метода Heath-Carter (1990), визначення компонентного складу маси тіла за методом Матейко (1992). У пакеті “STATISTICA 5.5” був проведений кореляційний аналіз із використанням непараметричного статистичного методу Спірмена. Виявлено, що у борців мезоморфного соматотипу показники варіаційної пульсометрії мали з конституціональними параметрами найбільшу кількість та силу достовірних зв’язків, більшість з яких були зворотні середньої сили. Всі статистичні показники варіабельності серцевого ритму з показниками зовнішньої будови тіла мали лише зворотні достовірні кореляції. Найменшу кількість достовірних кореляцій виявлено для спектральних показників і параметрів вегетативного гомеостазу. За результатами кореляційного аналізу у борців мезоморфного соматотипу ми можемо припустити, що із збільшенням тотальних, поздовжніх, обхватних, поперечних розмірів тіла та м’язової та кісткової маси буде більш вираженим вплив на варіабельність серцевого ритму симпатичного відділу автономної нервової системи
