Анотація: Today requires an important focus on providing psychological comfort both for health care professionals in preventing emotional burnout syndrome and inpatient comfort for patients in these settings. The purpose of the work is to carry out a comparative analysis of European experience on the principles of functional and aesthetic organization of interiors and decoration materials of premises of psychiatric health care institutions, to determine the characteristics of the influence of natural and artificial lighting on the psychophysiological state of the body of patients and medical professionals. The material of the study was Form № 18 of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine "Report on work on control of environmental factors affecting the state of health of the population" of the State Institution "Vinnytsia Regional Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine" for the period 2016-2019. Content analysis of domestic and foreign scientific sources, as well as bibliosemantic, theoretical and analytical methods of research were used in the work. The statistical processing of the study results was performed in a licensed standardized package "Statistica 6.1 for Windows". As a result of studying the experience of European countries on the creation of in- hospital comfort for patients and medical staff of psychiatric health care institutions, the following has been established: taking into account the sanitary and hygienic requirements in the design and arrangement of facilities for mentally ill persons should correspond to the therapeutic environment and promote the establishment of security regimen, improving treatment and prevention work, preventing hospital-acquired infections and therefore being one and the same priorities reform of mental health in Ukraine. According to the results of studying foreign experience on the basis of a systematic and ergo design approach to the re-profiling and reconstruction of existing psychoneurological hospitals in Ukraine, it is determined that its main purpose is to provide comfortable conditions for patients stay and create conditions for conducting psychosocial therapy and rehabilitation of persons with mental disorders. Therefore, the adaptation of hygiene requirements during the design and arrangement of the premises of psychiatric health care facilities should be aimed at ensuring the optimal individual and psychological status of patients and the appropriate parameters of the hospital environment and its sanitary and hygienic characteristics, which must correspond to the latest technology in providing high quality medical care using a biopsychosocial approach that will facilitate the transition to European standards
Сьогодення вимагає робити важливий акцент на забезпеченні психологічного комфорту як для працівників медичних закладів щодо запобігання синдрому емоційного вигорання, так і внутрішньолікарняного комфорту для пацієнтів, які перебувають в цих закладах. Мета роботи - проведення порівняльного аналізу європейського досвіду щодо принципів функціональної і естетичної організації інтер’єрів та оздоблювальних матеріалів приміщень психіатричних закладів охорони здоров’я, визначення особливостей впливу природного та штучного освітлення на психофізіологічний стан організму хворих і медичних працівників. Матеріалом дослідження стали форми № 18 МОЗ України "Звіт про роботу з контролю за факторами навколишнього середовища, що впливають на стан здоров’я населення" ДУ "Вінницький обласний лабораторний центр МОЗ України" за період 2016-2019. У роботі використовувалися контент-аналіз вітчизняних та зарубіжних наукових джерел, а також бібліосемантичні, теоретичні та аналітичні методи досліджень. Cтатистична обробка результатів дослідження виконана в ліцензійному стандартизованому пакеті "Statistica 6.1 for Windows". В результаті вивчення досвіду Європейських країн щодо створення внутрішньолікарняного комфорту для хворих та медичного персоналу психіатричних закладів охорони здоров’я встановлено наступне: врахування санітарно-гігієнічних вимог при проектуванні і облаштуванні закладів для психічнохворих осіб повинне відповідати терапевтичному середовищу та сприяти створенню найкращі умови для організації лікувально-охоронного режиму, покращення лікувально-профілактичної роботи, запобігання внутрішньо-лікарняних інфекцій і, отже, бути одне із пріоритетних напрямків реформи охорони психічного здоров’я в Україні. За результатами вивчення закордонного досвіду на основі системного та ергодизайнерського підходу при перепрофілюванні і реконструкції існуючих психоневрологічних лікарень в Україні, визначено, що його основною метою є забезпечення комфортних умов перебування пацієнтів та створення умов для проведення психосоціальної терапії і реабілітації осіб з психічними розладами. Тому адаптація гігієнічних вимог під час проектування та облаштування приміщень психіатричних закладів охорони здоров’я має бути спрямована на забезпечення оптимального індивідуально-психологічного стану пацієнтів і відповідних параметрів внутрішньолікарняного середовища та його санітарно-гігієнічних характеристик, які повинні відповідати новітнім технологіям щодо надання на сучасному рівні кваліфікованої медичної допомоги із використанням біопсихосоціального підходу, що сприятиме переходу на європейські стандарти.

Анотація: The mental state of the mentally ill is one of the most important factors in the treatment of the patient by a medical professional. But aggression, high-pitched communication, indifference of a doctor or health care worker can negatively affect the outcome of treatment and recovery of a patient with mental and behavioral disorders. The problem of modern medical deontology in Ukraine is the stigmatization of health workers to patients with mental disorders, which lead to self-stigmatization of both patients and their families. The purpose of the study is to enable the relatives of mentally ill people undergoing long-term inpatient treatment, to determine the quality of medical services in a psychoneurological hospital, to identify ethical and deontological shortcomings in the doctor’s relationship with relatives of mentally ill person, to determine the level of self-stigmatization in relatives of the patient by medical staff. The analysis of domestic and foreign scientific sources, bibliosemantic, analytical and statistical research methods were used in the work. A questionnaire was conducted (using a specially designed questionnaire) with elements of interviews of 92 respondents (relatives of mentally ill patients who were treated at a psychoneurological hospital in Vinnytsia). The results were processed using the licensed standardized package "Statistica 6.1". The need to comply with state building codes for health care facilities in accordance with European requirements has been proven. This will eliminate the feeling of hopelessness during hospitalization in public psychoneurological hospitals, which are a great trauma for relatives of patients. It has been shown that in order to prevent stigmatization of relatives of patients in psychoneurological hospitals, it is necessary to conduct trainings and interviews after training, which will determine the degree of stigmatization and subsequent preventive measures. It is shown that for relatives of mentally ill on the basis of psychoneurological hospitals it is necessary to equip rooms for psychodiagnostics and further psychocorrection. Development of affordable correctional programs for relatives of patients will reduce maladaptation and improve life satisfaction

Анотація: The article is devoted to the problems of motivation of modern specialists of humane professions at the stage of their formation. The most humane profession of humanity is the profession of a doctor. Therefore, the purpose of the article was to study the essence of motivation of medical staff of medical institutions of Ukraine, to determine the problem of managing the system of incentive of medical staff, to generalize and systematize the stages of designing stimulation of medical workers of medical institutions. Materials and methods of research were the analysis of domestic and foreign scientific sources, logical-theoretical procedure; method of system analysis and union; method of generalization (to study the quality of work of medical staff and identify problematic aspects of increasing work motivation). An anonymous survey on the motivation of professional activity of medical workers according to the method of K. Zamfir in the modification of A. Rean and a study on the practice of A. Leonov, S. Velichkovska on the differential assessment of the reduced working capacity of medical workers. Thus, the essence of motivation of medical staff of medical institutions of Ukraine was investigating, problems of management of system of inducement of medical staff are defined, stages of designing of stimulation of medical staff of medical institutions are generalized and systematized. To ensure quality management of motivation of medical staff of the medical institution, the manager must identify and eliminate the causes that negatively affect the reduction of stimulation for successful activities of medical staff and make timely and informed management decisions
Стаття присвячена проблемам мотивації сучасних фахівців гуманних професій на етапі їх становлення. Найгуманнішою професією людства є професія лікаря. Тому мета статті полягала у дослідженні саме сутності мотивації медичного персоналу лікувальних закладів України, визначенні проблеми управління системою мотивації медичного персоналу, узагальненні та систематизації етапів проектування мотивації медичного персоналу лікувальних закладів. Матеріалами та методами дослідження стали: аналіз вітчизняних та зарубіжних наукових джерел, логічно-теоретичний метод; метод системного аналізу та синтезу; метод узагальнення (для дослідження якості праці медичного персоналу та виявлення проблемних аспектів підвищення мотивації праці). Проведено анонімне опитування щодо мотивації професійної діяльності медичного персоналу за методикою К. Замфіра в модифікації А. Реана і опитування за методикою А. Леонова, С. Велічковської щодо диференційної оцінки станів зниженої працездатності медичних працівників. Отже, досліджено сутність мотивації медичного персоналу лікувальних закладів України, визначено проблеми управління системою мотивації медичного персоналу, узагальнено та систематизовано етапи проектування мотивації медичного персоналу лікувальних закладів. Для того, щоб забезпечити якісне управління мотивацією медичного персоналу лікувального закладу, керівникові необхідно вчасно виявляти та усувати причини, що негативно впливають на зниження спонукальних мотивів до успішної діяльності медичного персоналу та приймати своєчасні та зважені управлінські рішення
