Анотація: The aim of the work. The purpose of the study was to determine the features and trends of medicines consumption among the population of Ukraine for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease in natural and monetary terms for year 2014–2018. Materials and Methods. The following methods were used during the study: logical, system analysis, comparative analysis and generalization of information. Results and Discussion. According to the results of a retrospective analysis of the consumption of medicines for 2014–2018, it was found that the volume of retail sales of medicines had a growing trend. . The analysis of the growth rates of retail sales in terms of domestic and foreign pharmaceutical production showed negative changes in the dynamics of domestic sales of natural products in physical terms. It is proved that the number of sold packages of medicines included in the National list of essential medicines in 2018 increased by 76.86 % compared to 2014. At the same time, the number of sold packages of medicines that are not listed in the National list of essential medicines decreased in 2018 at 8.12 %. Conclusions. The results of the analysis of indicators of sales of medicines for treatment of Parkinson’s disease indicate the prevalence of foreign products over domestic in cash and natural terms. As well main problems and prospects for the development of this segment of domestic market were identified
Мета роботи. Визначення особливостей і тенденцій щодо споживання лікарських препаратів для лікування хвороби Паркінсона в натуральному та грошовому вимірах за 2014–2018 рр. Матеріали та методи. Для досягнення даної мети використовували методи: логічний, системно-аналітичний, порівняльний аналіз та узагальнення інформації. Результати й обговорення. За результатами ретроспективного аналізу споживання лікарських препаратів протягом 2014–2018 рр. встановлено, що обсяг роздрібного продажу лікарських засобів мав характерну тенденцію зростання. Аналіз темпів приросту роздрібного продажу в розрізі лікарських засобів вітчизняного та іноземного виробництва показав негативні зміни динаміки продажу вітчизняних лікарських засобів у натуральному вимірі. Доведено, що кількість реалізованих упаковок лікарських препаратів, які входять до Національного переліку основних лікарських засобів, у 2018 р. збільшилась на 76,86 % порівняно з 2014 р. Одночасно кількість проданих упаковок лікарських препаратів, які не зазначені у Національному переліку основних лікарських засобів зменшилася у 2018 р. на 8,12 %. Висновки. Результати проведеного аналізу показників обсягу продажу лікарських засобів для лікування хвороби Паркінсона вказують на превалювання препаратів іноземного виробництва над вітчизняними у грошовому та натуральному вимірах і визначено основні проблеми та перспективи для розвитку даного сегмента вітчизняного ринку

Анотація: Numerous studies have shown that teleroentgenographic indicators differ in people of different races, ethnicities, different populations, inhabitants of different geographical areas and often differ from the values of such indicators described by the authors of classical methods of cephalometric analysis. The aim of the study was to establish teleroentgenographic parameters that can be most often corrected during orthodontic and surgical interventions and to determine their features in Ukrainian young men and young women with orthognathic occlusion depending on profiles and facial types according to Schwarz A. M. The results of studies of lateral teleroentgenogram of the head of 49 young men aged 17 to 21 years and 76 young women aged 16 to 20 years with a physiological bite as close as possible to orthognathic using dental cone-beam tomography Veraviewepocs 3D Morita (Japan) are presented in this work. The morphometric teleroentgenographic parameters of the upper and lower jaws and inter-jaw parameters, which can most often change during surgical, orthodontic, cosmetic interventions in groups of persons with different profiles or types of faces according to Schwarz A. M., were determined. All significant differences between groups of young men with different facial profiles and between groups of young women with different facial profiles are of the same type: in both young men and young women with the first type of face profile – angle B is greater than in representatives with the third profile type, and angle MM is greater than in representatives with the third and second profile types; both in young men and young women with a second face type profile – distance R.asc. larger than the representatives with the first profile type; in both young men and young women with the third face profile type, the angle F is larger than in the representatives with the first profile type, the angle I is larger than in the representatives with the first and second profiles type, and the distances L-Mand and R.asc. larger than the representatives with the first profile type; the angle T have greater values in young men or young women with the first profile type of the face than with the second and third profiles type and have greater values in the representatives with the second profile type than with the first type profile of the face. Another picture is observed in the analysis of indicators in young men and young women with different face types. Thus, in persons with the third type of face the distance Max is greater than in persons with the first type and with the second type of face; the angle F in young men or young women with the third type of face is greater than in representatives with the second and first types, and in representatives with the second type – greater than in young men or young women with the first type of face. Young men with the first type of face have higher values of angles G, B and T than young men with the third type and angle B than young men with the second type of face; in young men with the second type of face – greater values of angle I than in young men with the first type and angle B than in young men with the third type of face; young men with the third type of face have larger values of angle I and distance R.asc. than young men with the first type of face. In young women, only tendencies to higher values of I and T angles were recorded in persons with the third type of face than with the first type. The obtained results indicate the need to divide young men and young women into separate groups according to the profile and type of person for an individualized approach to the definition and analysis of teleroentgenographic indicators in the population of Ukraine

Анотація: Considering the differences in the values of teleroentgenograhic (TRG) indicators in different racial, gender, ethnic, age, population, geographical population groups and numerical methods of TRG analysis, determination of normative values of cephalometric, gnatometric TRG-indicators, their interdependencies in the population of different countries is extremely important both for human anatomy and for the practice of dentists. This fully applies to residents of Ukraine of different age groups. The aim of the work is to develop and analyze regression models of teleroentgenograhic indicators of tooth position and facial soft tissue profile according to Schwarz A.M. in Ukrainian young men and young women with different facial types. Lateral teleroentgenograms of 49 young men (aged 17 to 21 years) and 76 young women (aged 16 to 20 years) with physiological occlusion as close as possible to orthognathic were analyzed. In the license package “Statistica 6.0” regression models of indicators of position of teeth and profile of soft tissues of the face according to the method of Schwarz A.M. depending on basic cephalometric and gnatometric indicators separately for boys and for girls with different types of the face are constructed. In young men, 16 of the 24 possible reliable regression models were constructed, in which the coefficient of determination is greater than 0.6 (R2=from 0.609 to 0.998). For young men with 1st (back face type) and 3rd (front face type) face types, the following models were created with respect to 5 indicators from 8 possible (respectively, angles Max1-SpP S-arz, distances Sn-Pn and Pog’-Por, angles Gl’LsPog’ and SnPog’-Pn; R2 = from 0.609 to 0.998 and angles Max1-SpP S-arz and Mand1-MP Schwars, distances Sn-Pn and Pog’-Por, angle Gl’LsPog’; R2 = from 0.609 to 0.946), and for young men with 2nd face types (average face type according to Schwarz AM) – for 6 indicators (angles Max1-SpP S-arz and Mand1-MP Schwars, distances Sn-Pn and Pog’-Por, angles Gl’LsPog’and SnPog’-Pn; R2 = from 0.690 to 0.990). In young women, 17 of the 24 possible reliable models with R2 greater than 0.6 (R2 = 0.628 to 0.958) were constructed. For young women with 1st type of face 6 indicators are modeled – angles Max1-SpP S-arz, distances Sn-Pn and Pog’-Por, angles Gl’LsPog’and SnPog’-Pn, the distance of Li-SnPog’(R2= from 0.663 to 0.958). For young women with 2nd face type, the following models were created for 7 indicators – angles Max1-SpP S-arz and Mand1-MP Schwars, distances Sn-Pn and Pog’-Por, angles Gl’LsPog’ and SnPog’-Pn, distances Li-SnPog’(R2= from 0.628 to 0.891). For young women with 3rd face type the smallest number of models with R2 larger than 0.6 was built, compared to all groups of persons with different face types – only 4 models for Max1-SpP S-arz angle, Pog’-Por distance, angles Gl’LsPog’ and SnPog’-Pn (R2 from 0.718 to 0.847)
Зважаючи на існування відмінностей значень телерентгенографічних (ТРГ) показників в різних расових, статевих, етнічних, вікових, популяційних, географічних за місцем проживання групах населення та чисельних методик ТРГ аналізу, визначення нормативних значень цефалометричних, гнатометричних ТРГ-показників, їх взаємозалежностей у населення різних країн є вкрай важливим як для анатомії людини, так і для практичної діяльності лікарів-стоматологів. Це в повній мірі стосується і мешканців України різних вікових груп. Мета роботи – розробка та аналіз регресійних моделей телерентгенографічних показників положення зубів та профілю м’яких тканин обличчя за Schwarz A.M. в українських юнаків і дівчат з різними типами обличчя. Проаналізовані бокові телерентгенограми 49 юнаків (вік від 17 до 21 року) та 76 дівчат (вік від 16 до 20 років) з фізіологічним прикусом, максимально наближеним до ортогнатичного. В ліцензійному пакеті “Statistica 6.0” побудовані регресійні моделі показників положення зубів та профілю мʼяких тканин обличчя за методикою Schwarz A.M. в залежності від базових цефалометричних та гнатометричних показників окремо для юнаків і для дівчат з різними типами обличчя. В юнаків побудовані 16 із 24 можливих достовірних регресійних моделей, в яких коефіцієнт детермінації є більшим, ніж 0,6 (R2= від 0,609 до 0,998). Для юнаків з 1 (задній тип обличчя) та з 3 (передній тип обличчя) типами обличчя створені такі моделі щодо 5 показників з 8 можливих (відповідно, кута Max1-SpP S-arz, відстаней Sn-Pn і Pog’-Por, кутів Gl’LsPog’ і SnPog’-Pn; R2 = від 0,609 до 0,998 та кутів Max1-SpP S-arz і Mand1-MP Schwars, відстаней Sn-Pn і Pog’-Por, кута Gl’LsPog’; R2 = від 0,609 до 0,946), а для юнаків з 2 типом обличчя (середній тип обличчя за Schwarz A.M.) – щодо 6 показників (кутів Max1-SpP S-arz і Mand1-MP Schwars, відстаней Sn-Pn і Pog’-Por, кутів Gl’LsPog’ і SnPog’-Pn; R2 = від 0,690 до 0,990). В дівчат побудовано 17 з 24 можливих достовірних моделей з R2 більшими, ніж 0,6 (R2= від 0,628 до 0,958). Для дівчат з 1 типом обличчя змодельовані 6 показників – кута Max1-SpP S-arz, відстаней Sn-Pn і Pog’-Por, кутів Gl’LsPog’ і SnPog’-Pn, відстані Li-SnPog’ (R2 = від 0,663 до 0,958). Для дівчат з 2 типом обличчя створені такі моделі щодо 7 показників – кутів Max1-SpP S-arz і Mand1-MP Schwars, відстаней Sn-Pn і Pog’-Por, кутів Gl’LsPog’ і SnPog’-Pn, відстані Li-SnPog’ (R2 = від 0,628 до 0,891). Анотація: During the existence of the X-ray method of research, numerous author’s methods of cephalometric examination and analysis using the method of lateral teleroentgenography (methods by Schwarz, Down’s, Steiner, Tweed’s, Harvold, Ricketts, McNamara, Jaraback, Burstone, Bjork, etc.) have been developed. Dentists around the world prefer certain methods, each of which has its advantages and disadvantages. But there is still no single unified methodology for such research and doctors and researchers are constantly trying to improve them and gain new information about their effectiveness. The aim of the study was to establish cephalometric teleroentgenographic parameters and determine their features in Ukrainian young men and women with orthognathic occlusion depending on profiles and facial types according to Schwarz A.M. (hereinafter orthognathic occlusion), divided into separate groups of studies on different profiles and different face types according to Schwarz A.M. (3 groups of different profiles and 3 groups of different face types for people of each sex). Cephalometric teleroentgenographic parameters, which usually do not change during surgery and orthodontic interventions, were studied. Statistical mathematical processing of the research results was performed in the licensed package “Statistica 6.0” using non-parametric methods of evaluation of the obtained results. Numerical reliable and tendencies of differences in certain indicators between groups of young men or women with different profiles or face types have been established. The greatest differences, both in young men and women, were recorded between the indicators determined by the methods of cephalometry by Schwarz A.M. and Bjork A., and the least – by the method of Ricketts R.M. The obtained results testify to the expediency of using the division of young men and women into separate groups by profile and type of face to adhere to the personalized principle in the morphological assessment of cephalometric and gnatometric indicators of lateral teleroentgenography
За час існування рентгенологічного методу дослідження розроблені чисельні авторські методики цефалометричного дослідження та аналізу з застосуванням методу бокової телерентгенографії (методики Schwarz, Down’s, Steiner, Tweed’s, Harvold, Ricketts, McNamara, Jaraback, Burstone, Bjork тощо). Лікарі-стоматологи різних країн світу надають перевагу певним окремим методикам, кожна з яких має як свої переваги, так і окремі недоліки. Але досі не існує єдиної уніфікованої методики таких досліджень і постійно лікарі та дослідники намагаються їх удосконалити і отримати нові відомості щодо їх ефективності. Мета дослідження – встановлення цефалометричних телерентгенографічних показників і визначення їх особливостей в українських юнаків і дівчат із ортогнатичним прикусом в залежності від профілів і типів обличчя за Schwarz A.M. Проведено цефалометричне дослідження і аналіз бокових телерентгенограм голови у 49 юнаків та 76 дівчат із фізіологічним прикусом максимально наближеним до ортогнатичного (в подальшому ортогнатичний прикус), розділених на окремі групи досліджень за різними профілями і різними типами обличчя за Schwarz A.M. (по 3 групи різного профілю і по 3 групи різного типу обличчя для осіб кожної статі). Досліджували цефалометричні телерентгенографічні показники, які зазвичай не змінюються під час проведення хірургічних та ортодонтичних втручань. Статистичну математичну обробку результатів дослідження провели в ліцензійному пакеті “Statistica 6.0” з використанням непараметричних методів оцінки отриманих результатів. Встановлені чисельні достовірні та тенденції відмінностей за визначеними показниками між групами юнаків, або дівчат з різними профілями, або типами обличчя. Найбільше відмінностей, як у юнаків, так і у дівчат зафіксовано між показниками, визначеними за методиками цефалометрії за Schwarz A.M. та за Bjork A., а найменше – за методикою Ricketts R.M. Отримані результати свідчать про доцільність використання розподілу юнаків і дівчат на окремі групи за профілем і типом обличчя для дотримання персоналізованого принципу у морфологічній оцінці цефалометричних і гнатометричних показників бокових телерентгенограм
