Анотація: Allergic skin disease pathology is widespread in the world and in the last decade has attracted the attention of doctors. In Ukraine, 40 % of adults and children suffer from all types of allergic dermatitis. The aim of this work is to study the current state of treatment of allergic dermatitis complicated with the secondary fungal infection, and substantiate the necessity for creating the extemporaneous ointment for the treatment of this skin pathology. The known recommendations of doctors concerning the treatment of allergic dermatitis include measures aimed at excluding or reducing a contact with a variety of triggers, skin care (permanent cleaning and moisturizing) and the treatment of pruritus and chronic inflammation with anti-inflammatory medicines depending on the severity, localization of lesions of the skin, as well as skin infections associated with allergic dermatitis. In addition to the systemic therapy, the topical treatment of affected areas of the skin is also recommended for patients with allergic dermatitis. The external therapy should be carried out taking into account the clinical form and stages of the disease. To analyze the existing extemporaneous formulations for the treatment of allergic dermatitis complicated with the secondary fungal infection prescriptions of various soft medicinal forms for treating allergic dermatitis approved by the Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine have been studied. The absence of antifungal components in their composition has been shown. The necessity of creating a new extemporaneous ointment for the treatment of allergic dermatitis complicated with the secondary fungal infection with the complex anti-allergic and antifungal action using a dry extract of licorice root, essential oil of lavender and terbinafine hydrochloride has been substantiated

Анотація: To optimize the content of the cryoprotector in the liposomal irinotecan, and develop lyophilization parameters to produce liposomes with the maximum encapsulation of irinotecan in them, alongside while maintaining the nanosize. Materials and methods. Egg phosphatidylcholine from Lipoid (Germany) was used for preparation of liposomes. Lyophilization was carried out in a Quarco device (PR China). The encapsulation degree was determined on a Shimadzu LC-20 instrument (Japan) by HPLC method developed earlier. Results and discussion. The optimal content of the cryoprotector – trehalose dihydrate has been studied. It has been found that the optimal content of trehalose dihydrate is 8 % (w/w). The modes of the product lyophilization have been studied. The secondary drying temperature in the range of 10-20 °C has been determined. At the secondary drying temperature of 10 °C the residual moisture content was 5-8 %, which was beyond the target range. At 20 °C the water content in the lyophilizate was 0.5-0.8 %, the loss of encapsulation was up to 20 %. The mode of drying at 15 °C was optimal, while the residual water content in the lyophilizate was 1.5-2.8 %, the loss of encapsulation was 13 %, the size of the liposomes after lyophilization and rehydration did not change significantly compared to the initial one. Сonclusions. As a result of the studies, liposomes with irinotecan have been obtained. The content of trehalose dihydrate as a cryoprotector in the range of 4-10 % has been studied. It has been shown that the optimum content of trehalose dihydrate is 8 % (w/w); moreover, the encapsulation decrease in lyophilization is 13 %. The modes of the liposomal irinotecan lyophilization have been studied at the final drying temperature of 10, 15 and 20 °C. It has been found that the optimum final drying temperature is 15

Анотація: Topicality. To date, according to the current legislation of Ukraine, vacations of veterinary preparations are not standardized. Antibiotics and vaccines for animals are available without a prescription. As an example of the organization of the sale of veterinary drugs was considered the work of the pharmacy “The Animal Pharmacy” in Australia. Aim. To studying the organizational principles of a veterinary pharmacy using the example of “The Animal Pharmacy”. Materials and methods. In our work we used information search databases, foreign sites and scientific articles, as well as methods of analysis and generalization of information. Results and discussion. Рharmacy “The animal pharmacy” is a pharmaceutical company providing prescription and over-the-counter medicines for all types of pets, horses and livestock. Over-the-counter drugs include the following preventive agents: for dental health, against fleas and ticks, vitamins and minerals, premium pet food, and others. Prescription veterinary medicines for all animals (dogs, cats, birds, exotic animals, farm animals and horses) include drugs of certain therapeutic effect. Prescription forms are downloaded online directly to the pharmacy website. Conclusions. Organizational principles of the veterinary pharmacy have been studied using the example of The Animal pharmacy (Australia). It is shown that implementation of veterinary drugs in Australia are regulated at the legislative level, and their dispense is carried out according to the prescription and without it. The data obtained from the analysis can be used to develop procedures for regulating the circulation of veterinary drugs in Ukraine
На теперішній час згідно з чинним законодавством України відпуск ветеринарних препаратів є не нормованим. Антибіотики і вакцини для тварин відпускаються без рецепта. Як приклад організації відпуску ветеринарних препаратів було розглянуто роботу аптеки «The Animal Pharmacy» в Австралії. Мета роботи. Вивчення організаційних принципів роботи ветеринарної аптеки на прикладі аптеки «The Animal Pharmacy». Матеріали та методи. В роботі використані інформаційні бази пошуку, зарубіжні сайти і наукові статті, а також методи аналізу та узагальнення інформації. Результати та їх обговорення. Аптека «The Animal Pharmacy» є фармацевтичним підприємством, що надає ліки за рецептом і без рецепта для всіх видів домашніх тварин, коней та худоби. До препаратів, які відпускаються без рецепта, відносяться такі профілактичні засоби: для здоров’я зубів, проти бліх та кліщів, вітаміни і мінерали, корми для домашніх тварин преміум-класу тощо. До рецептурних ветеринарних ліків для тварин (собак, кішок, птахів, екзотичних тварин, сільськогосподарських тварин і коней) відносяться препарати, які виявляють певний терапевтичний ефект. Рецептурні бланки завантажуються онлайн безпосередньо на сайт аптеки. Висновки. Вивчені організаційні принципи роботи ветеринарної аптеки на прикладі аптеки «The Animal Pharmacy» (Австралія). Показано, що питання реалізації ветеринарних препаратів на території Австралії регулюються на законодавчому рівні, а їх відпуск здійснюється за рецептами та без рецептів. Отримані дані проведеного аналізу можуть бути використані при розробці процедури регулювання обігу ветеринарних препаратів в Україні
