Аннотация: The source of the origin of the epithelium of the cardiac part stomach mucosa has been repeatedly discussed in the literature and different variants of the transformation of the epithelium as manifestation of normal anatomical peculiarities of a man and as a result of changing the program of stem cell differentiation, migration of bone marrow cells, transdifferentiation of simple columnar epithelium have been proposed. Probably it is related to difficulties of studying insignificant in size epithelium of the cardiac mucosa itself and establishment of connection of the duodenogastroesophageal reflux with the development of metaplasia in the epithelium of the terminal department of the esophagus mucosa, which resembles its structure in the cardiac part of the stomach. The purpose of the research was to study the expression of the transcription factor Sox2 and the distribution of cytokeratins in the epithelium of the gastroesophageal zone during the stages of the embryonic and fetal periods of ontogenesis. According to the purpose of the research, an immunohistochemical analysis of the epithelial differon of the esophageal-gastric junction (GEJ) was used. The current study was carried out on 169 human embryos and fetuses of gestational age from 4-5 till 38 weeks. It was established that the transcription factor Sox2 is expressed in basal epitheliocytes of GEJ in all terms of observation and plays a major role in the development, differentiation and formation of the epithelial cell lineage of GEJ. The peculiarity of expression of cytokeratin 7 was positive marking in the cytoplasm of spinosum epitheliocytes, despite the negative expression in the basal layer. It showed weak expression in the epitheliocytes of the esophageal part of the GEJ in the embryonic period with an increased reaction in the embryo-fetal period and with subsequent disappearance, starting at 14 weeks in the early fetal period. For the cardiac mucous membrane GEJ was characterized by its moderate expression on all terms of observation. Cytokeratin 8/18 is embryo-fetal for the esophageal part of the esophagus, as it is defined in early periods of embryogenesis and disappears in the late period (28-38 weeks). For the cardiac mucous membrane GEJ was characterized by its moderate expression on all terms of observation. Cytokeratin 14, unlike CK7 and CK8/18, was localized in the cytoplasm and membranes of basal epitheliocytes of the esophageal part of the mucosa from the 17 gestational weeks and was absent in the gastrointestinal part of the GEJ throughout the prenatal period. Thus, our data on the expression of the transcription factor Sox2 and cytokeratins in the GEJ epithelial differon in the prenatal period of ontogenesis will improve the diagnostic accuracy in determining tissue or organ belonging and can be widely used in various GEJ diseases
В літературі неодноразово обговорювали питання щодо джерела походження епітелію слизової оболонки кардіальної частини шлунка та пропонували різні варіанти трансформації епітелію як прояву нормальної анатомічної особливості людини, так і внаслідок зміни програми диференціювання стовбурової клітини, міграції клітин кісткового мозку, трансдиференціації одношарового циліндричного епітелію. Ймовірно, це пов’язано з труднощами вивчення незначного за розмірами епітелію слизової оболонки власне кардії й встановленням зв’язку дуоденогастроезофагеального рефлексу з розвитком метаплазії в епітелії слизової оболонки термінального відділу стравоходу, котрий нагадує його будову в кардіальному відділі шлунку. Мета дослідження - вивчити експресію транскрипційного фактора Sox2 та розподіл цитокератинів в епітелії гастроезофагеальної зони (ГЕЗ) на етапах ембріонального та фетального періодів онтогенезу. Згідно з метою дослідження використали імуногістохімічний аналіз епітеліального диферону стравохідно-шлункового переходу (СШП). Дослідження виконано на 169 ембріонах та плодах людини віком від 4-5 до 38 тижнів внутрішньоутробного розвитку. Встановлено, що транскрипційний фактор Sox2 експресується в базальних епітеліоцитах ГЕЗ на всіх термінах спостереження та виконує головну роль у розвитку, диференціації та становленні епітеліального диферону ГЕЗ. Особливістю експресії цитокератину 7 було позитивне маркування у цитоплазмі остистих епітеліоцитів попри негативну експресію в базальному шарі. Він проявив слабку експресію в епітеліоцитах стравохідної частини ГЕЗ в ембріональному періоді з посиленням реакції у ембріофетальному періоді та з подальшим зникненням, починаючи з 14 тижня у ранньому фетальному періоді. Для кардіальної слизової оболонки ГЕЗ була характерна його помірна експресія на всіх строках спостереження. Цитокератин 8/18 є ембріофетальним для стравохідної частини стравоходу, так як визначається на ранніх періодах ембріогенезу та зникає у пізньому періоді (28-38 тижнів). Для кардіальної слизової оболонки ГЕЗ була характерна його помірна експресія на всіх строках спостереження. Цитокератин 14, на відміну від CK7 та CK8/18, локалізувався в цитоплазмі та мембранах базальних епітеліоцитів стравохідної частини слизової оболонки ГЕЗ починаючи з 17 гестаційного тижня та був відсутнім у шлунковій частині СШП упродовж всього пренатального періоду. Таким чином, отримані нами дані щодо експресії транскрипційного фактора Sox2 та цитокератинів в епітеліальному дифероні ГЕЗ у пренатальному періоді онтогенезу дозволять підвищити точність діагностики при визначенні тканинної або органної належності та можуть широко застосовуватися при різних захворюваннях СШП

Аннотация: Nowadays, anthropometric researches have confidently taken its place in medicine. They are useful not only for health assessment, but also are used in many fields: forensic medicine (to estimate the age of the subject), forensic dentistry (it is an interdiscipline of forensic medicine and dentistry) for the identification of individual and age estimation, dentistry (anthropometric diagnostic methods of dentognathic anomalies and deformations, and there is a potential correlation among number of teeth, chewing ability and anthropometric profile), pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, as well as for the diagnosis of overweight (important indicators of nutritional status in the children and adults), for sports control and for the standardization purpose. The symptoms of many diseases are expressed in anthropometric changes. Unfortunately, in Ukraine there is still no generally accepted translation of anthropometric terms from Ukrainian into English. Often for the same medical anthropological term, different names and definitions are used in foreign scientific works. Therefore, the aim of the work was to unify and standardize the translation of rarely used anthropometric terms from Ukrainian into English, as well as determination of the place of the anthropometric point measurement and its schematic representation. We have used the standardized techniques proposed by Shaparenko P.P. and Burikh M.P. (2000), set out in the “Anthropometric data analysis sets manual” (1994), in the works of Hobbs P.C. (1975) and Brinkley J.F with co-authors (2016), where some anthropometric terms were described that are used when measuring the head, determining the height above the floor of some points of the trunk and upper limb of a person, and anthropometric parameters of the hand. The conclusion is made about the correctness of the proposed translation from Ukrainian into English, considering the specialized terminology. We hope that in the future this list will be supplemented with the new terms related to measurements of the auricle, upper and lower extremities
На теперішній час антропометричні дослідження впевнено зайняли свою нішу в медицині. Тож вони корисні не тільки для оцінки стану здоров’я, але й використовуються в багатьох галузях: судова медицина (для оцінки віку особи, що досліджується), судова стоматологія (це дисципліна на стику судової медицини та стоматології) для ідентифікації особистості та оцінки віку, стоматологія (антропометричні методи діагностики зубо-щелепної аномалії, а також існує потенційна кореляція між кількістю зубів, жувальними можливостями та антропометричним профілем), педіатрії, акушерства та гінекології, а також для діагностики зайвої ваги (важливі показники харчового статусу у дітей та дорослих), для спортивного контролю та з метою стандартизації. Симптоми багатьох захворювань знаходять своє відображення в змінах антропометричних показників. На жаль, в Україні досі немає загальноприйнятого перекладу антропометричних термінів з української на англійську мову. Нерідко в зарубіжних наукових роботах для одного і того ж медичного антропологічного терміну використовують різні назви і визначення. Тому метою роботи було уніфікація і стандартизація перекладу з української мови на англійську деяких антропометричних термінів, які рідко використовуються, а також уточнення місця вимірювання антропометричної точки та її схематичне зображення. Використовуючи стандартизовані методики, запропоновані Шапаренко П.П. та Бурих М.П. (2000), викладені у Посібнику аналізу антропометричних даних (1994), Hobbs P.C. (1975), а також у роботі Brinkley, J.F. зі співавторами (2016) були описані деякі антропометричні терміни, котрі використовують при вимірах голови, визначенні висоти знаходження деяких точок верхньої кінцівки і тулуба людини над підлогою, а також антропометричних параметрів кисті. Зроблено висновок про правильність і коректність запропонованого перекладу з української мови на англійську, з огляду на спеціалізованість термінології. В подальшому цей перелік буде доповнено новими термінами, що стосуються вимірів вушної раковини, верхніх і нижніх кінцівок

Аннотация: Mnemonics are a combination of special methods and techniques that make it easier to memorize the necessary information and increase the amount of memory by forming associations. The aim of the work is to develop techniques that will help medical students effectively learn anatomical terms by facilitating the memorization of large amounts of information. In this article, we used the following mnemonic techniques: first letter mnemonics or acronyms and the "Comparison" method - to identify common features in the studied and well-known material, namely the similarity in form. This article includes mnemonics that will help to easily learn the following terms namely the anatomy of the skeleton bones for memorizing the bones of the medial wall of the orbit, the bones in the nasal septum, the wrist bones, the ankle tarsal bones, recognition of thoracic vertebrae from the lumbar, cranial bones, upper limb bones, bones of the lower limb, the vertebral regions, the hand, the arm bones and the bone projections. Also included are mnemonics on the anatomy of the cranial nerves that pass through the superior orbital fissure and branches of the facial nerve, mnemonics on the anatomy of the peripheral nervous system, namely somatic nerve plexuses, which include the brachial plexus branches. Also included are mnemonics on the anatomy of the upper limbs muscles, namely the muscles that form the rotator cuff in the shoulder, muscles involved in elbow flexion and the anterior flexor muscles of the forearm and mnemonics on the anatomy of the trunk muscles, namely the paired erector spinae muscles and abdominal muscles. Finally, this article includes a mnemonic on the anatomy of the male reproductive system, namely the layers of the scrotum. In the future, new mnemonics will be developed that relate to splanchnology, anatomy of the central nervous system, anatomy of the sensory organs and anatomy of the cardiovascular system, which were not listed above
Мнемоніка, мнемотехніка – це сукупність спеціальних способів і прийомів, які полегшують запам’ятовування потрібної інформації і збільшують обсяг пам’яті шляхом утворення асоціацій. Метою роботи є розробка методик, які допоможуть студентам медичних закладів ефективно вивчити анатомічні терміни завдяки полегшенню запам’ятовування значних обсягів інформації. У цій статті ми використовували наступні мнемонічні техніки: мнемоніка за першими літерами або акроніми, та метод “Порівняння” – виявлення спільних рис у досліджуваному і добре відомому матеріалі, а саме подібність за формою. До цієї статті увійшли мнемоніки, які допоможуть легко вивчити наступні терміни, а саме з анатомії кісток скелета для запам’ятовування кісток медіальної стінки очної ямки, кісток носової перегородки, кісток зап’ястка, тарзальних кісток щиколотки, розпізнавання хребців грудного відділу від поперекового, кісток черепа, кісток верхньої кінцівки, кісток нижньої кінцівки, хребтових ділянок, кісток кисті, кісток руки та випинання кісток. Також увійшли мнемоніки з анатомії черепних нервів, які проходять через верхню очноямкову щілину та гілок лицьового нерва, мнемоніки з анатомії периферичної нервової системи, а саме соматичні нервові сплетення, до яких входять гілки плечового сплетення. Також увійшли мнемоніки з анатомії м’язів верхніх кінцівок, а саме м’язів, які утворюють м’язово-сухожилкову структуру навколо капсули плечового суглоба, м’язів, які приймають участь у згинанні ліктя, та передній м’яз-згинач передпліччя та мнемоніки з анатомії м’язів тулуба, а саме парні м’язи-випрямлячі хребта та м’язи живота. І нарешті до цієї статті увійшла мнемоніка з анатомії органів чоловічої статевої системи, а саме шари калитки. У перспективі будуть розроблені нові мнемоніки, які стосуються спланхнології, анатомії центральної нервової системи, анатомії органів чуття та анатомії серцево-судинної системи, що не були перераховані вище
