Аннотация: Social-psychological adaptation is a process of active human adaptation to constantly changing environmental conditions, using various social means, an important component of a person’s specific attitude to the world, the main function of which is to ensure a stable and stable standard of living, an important component of development binding of both typical and atypical socially, educational and professionally significant tasks, formation of appropriate behavioral decisions. The purpose of the work is to establish the features of social and psychological adaptation of girls and boys aged 15-17 during their stay in the senior classes of a modern school. To determine the leading features of social-psychological adaptation during the scientific work used a personal questionnaire of Rogers and Diamond, the use of which involved the assessment of a number of both nominal and integrated indicators of adaptation processes, namely indicators of adaptation, self-acceptance, perception of others, internality, internality to dominance. Analysis of the obtained results led to the use of descriptive statistics procedures based on the use of a standard application package of multidimensional statistical analysis “Statistica 6.1 for Windows” (licensed №AXX910A374605FA). The results of the research show mainly the average level of expression of the leading nominal indicators of social-psychological adaptation of pupils 15-17 years old, who are in a modern school, and determine the features of the process of active adaptation of girls and boys to environmental conditions, their socially significant attitude to the world. from the standpoint of ensuring a stable and stable standard of living, the peculiarities of behavioral decisions that contribute to this. These trends are confirmed by the analysis of integrated indicators of the processes of social-psychological adaptation of pupils, especially the characteristics of adaptability and maladaptation, self-acceptance and acceptance of others, as well as emotional comfort and internality. These results should be further taken into account both in diagnostic (development and implementation of methods for comprehensive assessment of adaptive resources of boys and girls) and preventive (development and implementation of effective health technologies and measures of psychohygienic correction of existing changes in the functional state of the body to create preventive educational environment in the educational institution) context

Аннотация: The peculiarities of the relations of rheoencephalographic indices with anthropometric indices in the healthy domestic samples studied are an important diagnostic criterion and a marker of pathological states from the cerebral vessels in the studied somatotype. The purpose of the work is to determine the features of correlations of indicators of cerebral circulation with constitutional parameters of the body of practically healthy young men from Podillia with mesomorphic somatotype. On the base of the research center of the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya, conducted a comprehensive study of 62 practically healthy urban youths of mesomorphic somatotype, of inhabitants of the Podillia region of Ukraine in the third generation. All of them have undergone a rheoencephalography using a computer diagnostic complex; anthropometric study according to the scheme of V. V. Bunak; craniometry; determination of components and type of somatotype by J. Carter and B. Heath and components of body mass index by J. Matiegka and American Institute of Nutrition. The correlation analysis was performed using the Pearson method in the statistical package “Statistica 6.1”. In the practically healthy young men of the mesomorphic somatotype, the following multiple correlations of cerebral blood flow parameters with constitutional parameters of the body are established: direct of middle power (r = 0.36 to 0.38) correlations of the base impedance with indicators of the thickness of skin and fat folds on the lower extremity, the endomorphic component of the somatotype and the fat component of the body mass using the Matejko method; direct, predominantly average strength (r = 0.30 to 0.40), correlations of the rising part of the rheogram and time of rapid blood filling with all total and longitudinal body dimensions, distal epiphysis widths of the upper extremity, muscle mass component of the body by the Matiegka method, and the bone component of the body mass using the Matiegka method (only for the time of rapid blood filling), as well as the direct mean (r = 0.31 to 0.37) and weak strength (r = 0.26 in all cases), correlations of slow blood flow time with most longitudinal body sizes; inverse, mainly average strength (r = -0.30 to -0.44), correlations of the dicrotic index with all total, most of the longitudinal body sizes, most of the girth indices of the limbs, muscle and bone components of the mass of the body by the method of Matiegka and muscular by the method of the American Institute of Nutrition method, as well as direct, mostly average forces (r = from 0.30 to 0.47), correlations of indicators of tone of all arteries, tone of arteries of large caliber and tone of arteries of medium and small caliber with most longitudinal body sizes. Attention is drawn to the lack of reliable correlations of only the amplitude indicators with total body sizes. In the analysis of correlations of rheoencephalography indicators with constitutional parameters of the body in practically healthy young men of mesomorphic somatotype among all groups of indicators of cerebral circulation for time indicators, the largest number of reliable connections found, mostly with total body sizes (53.3%, here and thereafter from the total number of these indicators), longitudinal body dimensions (52.0%), body mass index components (20.0%), circumferential body dimensions (18.7%), width distal epiphyses long limb bone (15.0%) and cephalometric indexes (14.3%). The highest percentage of correlations with body diameters (14.3%), components of somatotype (13.3%), cephalometric indices (11.4%) and components of body composition (10.0%) were established for amplitude parameters; and for derivative indicators - with longitudinal body dimensions (45.0%), body total dimensions (29.2%), body sizes (16.7%), body composition components (15.6%), width distal epiphyses of long limb bones (12.5%) and diameters of the body (10.7%)Особливості зв’язків реоенцефалографічних показників з антропометричними показниками у здорових досліджуваних вітчизняної вибірки є важливим діагностичним критерієм та маркером патологічних станів з боку мозкових судин у досліджуваних певного соматотипу. Мета роботи – встановити особливості кореляцій показників церебрального кровообігу з конституціональними параметрами тіла практично здорових юнаків Поділля мезоморфного соматотипу. На базі науково-дослідного центру Вінницького національного медичного університету ім. М. І. Пирогова проведені комплексні дослідження 62 практично здорових міських юнаків мезоморфного соматотипу, у третьому поколінні мешканців Подільського регіону України. Усім їм проведено реоенцефалографію за допомогою комп’ютерного діагностичного комплексу; антропометричне дослідження за схемою В. В. Бунака; краніометрію; визначення компонентів і типу соматотипу за методикою J. Carter і B. Heath та показників компонентного складу маси тіла за методикою J. Matiegka та Американського інституту харчування. Аналіз кореляцій проводили з використанням методу Пірсона в ліцензійному статистичному пакеті “Statistica 6.1”. У практично здорових юнаків мезоморфного соматотипу встановлені наступні множинні зв’язки показників церебрального кровообігу з конституціональними параметрами тіла: прямі середньої сили (r= від 0,36 до 0,38) зв’язки базового імпедансу з показниками товщини шкірно-жирових складок на нижній кінцівці, ендоморфним компонентом соматотипу та жировим компонентом маси тіла за методом Матейко; прямі, переважно середньої сили (r= від 0,30 до 0,40), зв’язки часу висхідної частини реограми та часу швидкого кровонаповнення з усіма тотальними й поздовжніми розмірами тіла, показниками ширини дистальних епіфізів верхньої кінцівки, м’язовим компонентом маси тіла за методом Матейко та кістковим компонентом маси тіла за методом Матейко (лише для часу швидкого кровонаповнення), а також прямі середньої (r= від 0,31 до 0,37) й слабкої сили (r= 0,26 в усіх випадках) зв’язки часу повільного кровонаповнення з більшістю поздовжніх розмірів тіла; зворотні, переважно середньої сили (r= від -0,30 до -0,44), зв’язки дикротичного індексу з усіма тотальними, більшістю поздовжніх розмірів тіла, більшістю показників обхватів кінцівок, м’язовим і кістковим компонентами маси тіла за методом Матейко й м’язовим за методом за методом Американського інституту харчування, а також прямі, переважно середньої сили (r= від 0,30 до 0,47), зв’язки показників тонусу всіх артерій, тонусу артерій великого діаметру й тонусу артерій середнього та мілкого діаметру з більшістю поздовжніх розмірів тіла. Привертає увагу відсутність достовірних кореляцій лише амплітудних показників із тотальними розмірами тіла. При аналізі кореляцій показників реоенцефалогами з конституціональними параметрами тіла у практично здорових юнаків мезоморфного соматотипу серед усіх груп показників церебрального кровообігу для часових показників встановлено найбільшу кількість достовірних зв’язків, переважно з тотальними розмірами тіла (53,3 %, тут і в подальшому від загальної кількості даних показників), поздовжніми розмірами тіла (52,0 %), показниками компонентного складу маси тіла (20,0 %), обхватними розмірами тіла (18,7 %), показниками ширини дистальних епіфізів довгих трубчастих кісток кінцівок (15,0 %) та кефалометричними показниками (14,3 %). Для амплітудних показників встановлено найбільший відсоток зв’язків із діаметрами тіла (14,3 %), компонентами соматотипу (13,3 %), кефалометричними показниками (11,4 %) та показниками компонентного складу маси тіла (10,0 %); а для похідних показників – із поздовжніми розмірами тіла (45,0 %), тотальними розмірами тіла (29,2 %), обхватними розмірами тіла (16,7 %), показниками компонентного складу маси тіла (15,6 %), показниками ширини дистальних епіфізів довгих трубчастих кісток кінцівок (12,5 %) і діаметрами тіла (10,7 %)

Аннотация: The aim of the study was to examine the differences in lipid, carbohydrate metabolism and renal function in patients with type 1 diabetes (T1D) with different levels of albumin in the urine depending on the level of cystatin C. The sample was 78 men and 62 women aged 22-26 years, T1D patients. The control group consisted of 8 almost healthy men and 13 almost healthy women of the same age. The level of microalbuminuria and cystatin C was determined in all patients by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Biochemical evaluation of fasting glucose, fasting blood glucose, glucose 2 h after exercise, mean value of glucose, glycated hemoglobin, total cholesterol, triglycerides, GFR according to Cockcroft-Gault, CKD EPI and GFR according to cystatin C. Statistical processing of the obtained results was performed in the license package “Statistica 5.5”, using non-parametric evaluation methods. In T1D patients compared to the control group found significantly higher values – fasting blood glucose, glucose 2 hours after exercise, the average value of glucose, glycated hemoglobin, total cholesterol and triglycerides, cystatin C and lower values – international normal ratio, GFR according to Cockcroft-Gault, GFR by CKD EPI and GFR by cystatin C. With increasing levels of albumin in urine in patients with cystatin C0.9, there were changes in the following indicators: higher values of total cholesterol in men with proteinuria compared to men with normo- and microalbumin ; and lower values – the international normal ratio in women with microalbuminuria, compared with women with normoalbuminuria; Cockcroft-Gault GFR in men with proteinuria and GFR by CKD EPI in men with proteinuria and microalbuminuria compared to men with normoalbuminuria. With increasing levels of albumin in the urine in patients with cystatin C0.9 there were changes in the level of the following indicators: higher values – fasting blood glucose and triglycerides in women with proteinuria compared with women with normoalbuminuria, and glycated hemoglobin and total cholesterol compared with and microalbuminuria; international normal ratio in men with microalbuminuria, compared with men with normoalbuminuria; and smaller values – GFR level by Cockcroft-Gault in men with microalbuminuria compared to men with normoalbuminuria; GCF levels by Cockcroft-Gault in women with proteinuria compared to women with microalbuminuria and GFR levels by CKD EPI in women with proteinuria compared to women with normoalbuminuria and microalbuminuria. With increasing levels of cystatin C, a decrease in glycated hemoglobin in men and women with microalbuminuria and triglycerides in women with microalbuminuria, as well as greater values of the international normal ratio in men with normoalbuminuria and GFR on cystatin C in men and women with normoalbuminuria and micro. Thus, the study obtained results that indicate the existence of differences in the studied indicators between healthy and sick subjects, between men and women and between groups of T1D patients’ men or women with different levels of albumin and cystatin CМета дослідження – вивчити відмінності показників ліпідного, вуглеводного обміну та функції нирок у хворих на цукровий діабет 1 типу (ЦД 1) з різним рівнем альбуміну в сечі залежно від рівня цистатину С. Вибірка сформована з 78 чоловіків і 62 жінок віком 22-26 років, хворих на ЦД 1. Контрольна група складалась з 8 практично здорових чоловіків і 13 практично здорових жінок аналогічного віку. Усім пацієнтам імуноферментним методом визначали рівень мікроальбумінурії та цистатину С. Проводили біохімічну оцінку глюкози натще, глюкози крові натще, глюкози через 2 год. після навантаження, середнє значення глюкози, глікованого гемоглобіну, загального холестерину, тригліцеридів, міжнародного нормального відношення, ШКФ за Кокрофтом–Голтом, ШКФ за CKD EPI та ШКФ за цистатином С. Статистична обробка отриманих результатів проведена в ліцензійному пакеті “Statistica 5.5” з використанням непараметричних методів оцінки. У хворих на ЦД 1 порівняно із контрольною групою встановлено достовірно більші величини – глюкози крові натще, глюкози через 2 год. після навантаження, середнє значення глюкози, глікованого гемоглобіну, загального холестерину та тригліцеридів, цистатину С та менші величини – міжнародного нормального відношення, ШКФ за Кокрофтом–Голтом, ШКФ за CKD EPI і ШКФ за цистатином С. З наростанням рівня альбуміну в сечі у хворих із рівнем цистатину С0,9, відмічались зміни наступних показників: більші значення – загального холестерину у чоловіків із протеїнурією порівняно з чоловіками з нормо- і мiкроальбумiнурiєю; та менші значення – міжнародного нормального відношення у жінок з мікроальбумінурією, порівняно з жінками із нормоальбумінурією; ШКФ за Кокрофтом–Голтом у чоловіків із протеїнурією та ШКФ за CKD EPI у чоловіків із протеїнурією й мiкроальбумiнурiєю порівняно з чоловіками з нормоальбумінурією. З наростанням рівня альбуміну в сечі у хворих із рівнем цистатину С0,9 відмічалось зміни рівня наступних показників: більші значення – глюкози крові натще та тригліцеридів у жінок із протеїнурією порівняно з жінками з нормоальбумінурією, а також глікованого гемоглобіну та загального холестерину порівняно з жінками з нормоальбумінурією та мікроальбумінурією; міжнародного нормального відношення у чоловіків з мікроальбумінурією, порівняно з чоловіками із нормоальбумінурією; та менші значення – рівня ШКФ за Кокрофтом–Голтом у чоловіків із мiкроальбумiнурiєю порівняно з чоловіками з нормоальбумiнурiєю; рівня ШКФ за Кокрофтом–Голтом у жінок із протеїнурією порівняно з жінками з мiкроальбумiнурiєю та рівня ШКФ за CKD EPI у жінок із протеїнурією порівняно з жінками з нормоальбумінурією та мiкроальбумiнурiєю. З наростанням рівня цистатину С встановлено зменшення рівня глікованого гемоглобіну у чоловіків і жінок з мікроальбумінурією та тригліцеридів у жінок з мікроальбумінурією, а також більші значення міжнародного нормального відношення у чоловіків з нормоальбумінурією та ШКФ за цистатином С у чоловіків і жінок з нормоальбумінурією і мікроальбумінурією. Таким чином, в ході дослідження отримано результати, які свідчать про існування відмінностей досліджуваних показників між здоровими та хворими досліджуваними, між чоловіками та жінками та між групами хворих на ЦД 1 чоловіків або жінок з різним рівнем альбуміну та цистатину С

Аннотация: The use of multi-label biochemical panels is justified by the fact that different markers reflect the severity of various pathological processes (disorders of carbohydrate and fat metabolism), which in their interaction are indicators of decompensation of a single pathology – diabetes in particular. The aim of the work was to study the differences in biochemical parameters in healthy and patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1D) depending on the level of albumin in the urine. 78 men and 62 women aged 22-26 years, patients with diabetes mellitus type 1, who were hospitalized in the therapeutic department в № 1 and № 2 of Vinnytsia Regional Highly Specialized Endocrinology Center and 8 practically healthy men and 13 practically healthy women of the same age were examined. The level of microalbuminuria was determined in all patients by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Fasting blood glucose and 2 hours after a meal were determined by enzymatic, amperometric analysis on a biochemical analyzer Biosen C_Line, manufactured by EKF Diagnostic (Germany). The average value of blood glucose was calculated mathematically. To determine glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), we used the method of high performance liquid chromatography on a D 10 analyzer, manufactured by Bio-Rad (USA). The International Normal Ratio (INR) was determined using a set of reagents to determine the prothrombin time, prothrombin ratio and international sensitivity index, which is specified in the passport to the set (manufacturer of PC-K-TEST "Granum"). Total cholesterol and triglycerides were determined by colorimetric photometric method (using enzymes) on a biochemical analyzer using standard kits from Olympus AU480 (USA). Statistical processing of the results was performed in the license package "Statistica 5.5", using non-parametric evaluation methods. When comparing the level of biochemical parameters between patients with T1D and normo-, microalbuminuria and proteinuria with healthy men or women, patients found higher values: fasting glucose (in men – by 29.1 %, 30.9 % and 42.0 %; in women – by 29.7 %, 33.2 % and 46.0 %); glucose 2 hours after exercise (for men – by 27.4 %, 30.8 % and 36.1 %; for women – by 30.4 %, 32.4 % and 40.2 %); the average value of glucose (for men – by 26.2 %, 30.8 % and 39.3 %; for women – by 28.7 %, 34.0 % and 43.1 %); glycated hemoglobin (47.8 %, 48.8 % and 45.8 % for men; 27.2 %, 50.2 % and 54.4 % for women). Also, in patients with T1D men and proteinuria and women with normoalbuminuria and proteinuria compared with healthy men or women found higher cholesterol values (17.8 % in men and 7.6 % and 26.0 % in women); and in patients with T1D men with proteinuria compared to healthy men – 31.3 % higher triglyceride levels. When comparing the level of biochemical parameters between patients with T1D in men or women with proteinuria, higher values were found: fasting glucose compared with men with normoalbuminuria by 22.2 % and with women with normoalbuminuria by 30.3 % and microalbuminuria by 23.7 %; the average value of glucose compared with men with normoalbuminuria by 20.8 % and microalbuminuria by 14.0 %; glycated hemoglobin compared to women with normoalbuminuria by 15.9 %; compared with men with normoalbuminuria and microalbuminuria – by 24.8 % and 20.3 %, or with women with normoalbuminuria and microalbuminuria – by 24.9 % and 28.0 %; triglycerides compared with men with normoalbuminuria by 23.0 %. When comparing the sex differences in the level of biochemical parameters between healthy or between patients with T1D and normo-, microalbuminuria and proteinuria in men and women, only higher values of glycated hemoglobin by 14.1 % in women with proteinuria and total cholesterol by 8.3 % in women with normoalbuminuria were found. Thus, between healthy and patients with T1D and different levels of albuminuria there are differences in biochemical parameters, and they are greater the higher the level of albumin in the urine

Аннотация: To date, there are no clear recommendations on the use of a particular indicator, cephalometric method, normative basis for the inhabitants of Ukraine when assessing the cephalometric characteristics of the occlusal plane. The purpose of the study - by studying cephalometric indices and conducting direct stepwise regression analysis - develop in young men and women of Ukraine with orthognathic bite mathematical models of individual characteristics of the position of the occlusal plane. In 38 young men (aged 17-21 years) and 55 young women (aged from 16 to 20 years) with occlusion close to orthognathic bite and balanced faces, lateral teleroentgenograms were obtained using the Veraviewepocs 3D device, Morita (Japan). Cephalometric analysis was performed using OnyxCeph³™ software. Cephalometric points and measurements were performed according to the recommendations of W. B. Downs, J. McNamara, R. A. Holdway, P. F. Schmuth, A. M. Schwarz, C. C. Steiner and C. H. Tweed. In the licensed statistical package "Statistica 6.0", using regression analysis, the following teleroentgenographic characteristics of the position of the occlusal plane were simulated: the angle YGOCLPl, the angle POR_DOP, the angle POR_OCP, and the SN_OSP angle. It was established that in both young men and women, all four possible models with a determination coefficient from 0.808 to 0.998 in young men and from 0.832 to 0.974 in young women were constructed. In the analysis of models of teleroentgenographic characteristics of the position of the occlusal plane, depending on the peculiarities of the metric characteristics of the craniofacial complex, it was found that in young men the most frequent regression equations include - the Wits indicator (21.1% for all four equations), the angle AB_NPOG (15.8%) and the distance PN_POG (10.5%). In young women, most often the regression equations include - Wits indicator (17.4% - also to all 4 equations); angle AB_NPOG, distance AFH, angle MM and angle SN_GoGn (by 8.7%). So, using the method of stepwise regression, among Ukrainians of juvenile, based on the features of teleroentgenographic indicators, reliable models of individual cephalometric characteristics of the occlusal plane were createdНа сьогоднішній день немає чітких рекомендацій щодо застосування того чи іншого показника, цефалометричного методу, нормативної бази для мешканців України при оцінці цефалометричних характеристик змикальної площини. Мета дослідження – шляхом вивчення цефалометричних показників і проведення прямого покрокового регресійного аналізу розробити у юнаків і дівчат України з ортогнатичним прикусом математичні моделі індивідуальних характеристик положення змикальної площини. У 38 юнаків (віком від 17 до 21 року) та 55 дівчат (віком від 16 до 20 років) з оклюзією наближеною до ортогнатичного прикусу та збалансованими обличчями були отримані бокові телерентгенограми за допомогою пристрою Veraviewepocs 3D, Моріта (Японія). Цефалометричний аналіз проводили за допомогою програмного забезпечення OnyxCeph³™. Цефалометричні точки та вимірювання проводили згідно рекомендацій W. B. Downs, J. McNamara, R. A. Holdway, P. F. Schmuth, A. M. Schwarz, C. C. Steiner та C. H. Tweed. В ліцензійному статистичному пакеті "Statistica 6.0", з використанням регресійного аналізу, проведено моделювання наступних телерентгенографічних характеристик положення змикальної площини: кута YGOCLPl, кута POR_DOP, кута POR_OCP та кута SN_OСP. Встановлено, що як в юнаків, так і у дівчат побудовані усі 4 можливих моделі з коефіцієнтом детермінації від 0,808 до 0,998 в юнаків і від 0,832 до 0,974 у дівчат. При аналізі моделей телерентгенографічних характеристик положення змикальної площини в залежності від особливостей метричних характеристик краніофаціального комплексу встановлено, що в юнаків найбільш часто до регресійних рівнянь входять – показник Wits (21,1% – до усіх 4 рівнянь), кут AB_NPOG (15,8%) та відстань РN_POG (10,5%). У дівчат найбільш часто до регресійних рівнянь входять – показник Wits (17,4% – також до усіх 4 рівнянь); кут AB_NPOG, відстань AFH, кут ММ та кут SN_GoGn (по 8,7%). Таким чином, за допомогою методу покрокової регресії з включенням, у українців юнацького віку, на основі особливостей телерентгенографічних показників розроблені достовірні моделі індивідуальних телерентгенографічних характеристик положення змикальної площини
