У невеликій кількості робіт встановлено кореляції лінійних розмірів селезінки з антропометричними показниками тіла, з компонентним складом маси тіла і первинними компонентами статури, які зрозумілим чином відрізняються в осіб певного соматотипу різної статі. Це є частиною загальної проблеми встановлення кореляцій між особливостями морфофункціональної організації людини з реактивністю і резистентністю організму до факторів стресу або вивчення “норми реакції” організму

Аннотация: Disruption of the metabolism of the essential amino acid methionine causes the syndrome of hyperhomocysteinemia. This pathological condition is associated with the risk of developing a number of diseases, including chronic liver disease. The mechanisms of liver tissue damage in hyperhomocysteinemia remain poorly understood and require more detailed study. The aim of the study is to establish the features of submicroscopic changes in the liver structure of old rats with hyperhomocysteinemia. The experimental study was performed on 22 white nonlinear old (24-26 months) male rats, which were divided into a control group and an experimental group. A model of persistent hyperhomocysteinemia was created by administering to rats of experimental group of thiolactone homocysteine at a dose of 200 mg/kg body weight intragastrically for 60 days. The study of ultrastructural changes in the lungs of rats was performed using an electron microscope PEM-125K. At experimental hyperhomocysteinemia in a liver of old rats there are changes in all structural components. Mitochondrial destruction and edema were observed in the vascular endothelium. Organelles have an enlightened matrix, a reduced number of cristae. A significant content of destructively altered mitochondria in endothelial cells indicates a failure of adaptation mechanisms. Erythrocyte sludges are observed in the lumens of the sinusoids. The number of fat-accumulating cells decreases, which indicates their transformation into fibroblasts and leads to the growth of collagen fibers, expansion of the sinusoidal spaces and the development of stromal fibrosis
Порушення обміну есенціальної амінокислоти метіоніну стає причиною виникнення синдрому гіпергомоцистеїнемії. Даний патологічний стан асоціюється з ризиком розвитку цілого ряду захворювань, в тому числі і з хронічними хворобами печінки. Механізми ураження тканини печінки за умов гіпергомоцистеїнемії залишаються недостатньо розкритими та потребують більш детального вивчення. Метою дослідження є встановлення особливостей субмікроскопічних змін структури печінки старих щурів при гіпергомоцистеїнемії. Експериментальне дослідження проведене на 22 білих нелінійних старих (24-26 місяців) щурах-самцях, яких було поділено на групу контролю та дослідну групу. Модель стійкої гіпергомоцистеїнемії створювали шляхом введення щурам дослідної групи тіолактону гомоцистеїну в дозі 200 мг/кг маси тіла інтрагастрально протягом 60 днів. Вивчення ультраструктурних змін в легенях щурів проводили за допомогою електронного мікроскопу ПЕМ-125К. При експериментальній гіпергомоцистеїнемії в печінці старих щурів відбуваються зміни в усіх структурних компонентах. В ендотелії судин спостерігали деструкцію та набряк мітохондрій. Органели мають просвітлений матрикс, зменшену кількість крист. Значний вміст деструктивно змінених мітохондрій в ендотеліоцитах вказує на зрив адаптаційних механізмів. Спостерігаються сладжі еритроцитів в просвітах синусоїдів. Зменшується кількість жиронакопичувальних клітин, що свідчить про трансформації їх в фібробласти та призводить до розростання колагенових волокон, розширення пересинусоїдальних просторів і розвитку фіброзу строми

Аннотация: The increase in the prevalence and age of seborrhea, its significant impact on the psycho-emotional sphere, social status and social adaptation of patients determines the relevance of further study of the causes of dermatosis in the key of constitutional psychodermatology, namely – the study of relationships between oily skin and emotional impact of oily skin with anthropometric indicators. The aim of the study was to analyze the correlations between Oily Skin Self Assessment Scale (OSSAS) and Oily Skin Impact Scale (OSIS) in men and women with seborrheic dermatitis with body structure and size indicators. A survey of 40 men and 40 young women with generalized fatty seborrheic dermatitis done. The OSSAS and OSIS scoring system was used to assess the severity of oily skin and the emotional impact of oily skin in seborrheic dermatitis. Anthropometric survey was carried out according to the scheme of Bunak V. V. (1941). The mathematical scheme of Carter J. and Heath B. (1990) was used to evaluate the somatotype. Matiegka J. (1921) formulas were used to calculate body weight components. In addition, the muscle component of body weight was assessed by the American Nutrition Institute. Correlation analysis was performed in the license package "Statistica 6.0" using the non-parametric Spearman’s method. As a result of the conducted researches multiple reliable and moderate unreliable correlations of OSSAS or OSIS with anthropo-somatotypological indicators of men and women of patients with generalized fatty form of seborrheic dermatitis of mild and severe course were established. The practical lack of similar correlations between OSIS and anthropo-somatotypological parameters in men and women with severe seborrheic dermatitis is noteworthy. Quantitative analysis of reliable and moderate unreliable correlations of OSSAS or OSIS with anthropo-somatotypological parameters in men and women with seborrheic dermatitis of mild and severe course showed that the vast majority of such correlations are inverse, and unreliable average correlations are often observed (except for OSSAS correlations with anthropo-somatotypological parameters in women with mild disease). It was also found that regardless of sex, most of the reliable or moderately unreliable correlations between OSSAS or OSIS and anthropo-somatotypological indicators are observed in the mild course of the disease. The obtained results of the correlation analysis expand the current understanding of the risk criteria and unfavorable prognosis of seborrheic dermatitis

Аннотация: As a result of the research set limits of percentile scale sonographic liver size in healthy men from Podilia region of Ukraine with different somatotypes. When comparing the data of sizes between men of different somatotypes only the thickness of the right lobe of the liver on inhaling in representatives of endo-mesomorphic somatotype was significantly higher compared with representatives of ecto-mesomorphic somatotype and the thickness of the caudate lobe of the liver in representatives of endo- mesomorphic somatotype significantly smaller or has the tendency to lower values compared with men mesomorphic and ecto- mesomorphic somatotype. The rest of the sonographic liver size had not significant differences or trends between healthy men of different somatotypes

Аннотация: Exacerbation and aggravation of psoriasis increases the chances of neurosis, depression, can significantly impair mental health through social stigma and leads to social isolation and maladaptation, a significant reduction in quality of life. Studying this problem from the standpoint of comparative assessment of the distribution of character accentuations in patients with different dermatoses can provide insight into how a certain level of adequacy of psychological adaptive response is associated with organic pathological process or genetically existing expression of certain traits. The aim of the study was to found the features of indicators of expression and features of accentuated personality traits in men with psoriasis without taking into account somatotype and in representatives of meso- and endo-mesomorphic somatotypes. Men aged 22 to 35 years, patients with psoriasis (n=100, including 32 with mild and 68 with severe course) at the Department of Skin and Venereal Diseases with a course of postgraduate education National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya and Military Medical Clinical Center of the Central Region, conducted an anthropometric survey by V. V. Bunak Estimation of the expression and features of accentuated personality traits made according to G. Shmishek The reliability of the difference between the values between the independent quantitative values was determined using the U-Mann-Whitney test. In healthy subjects, taking into account and without taking into account the somatotype, it is seen that the type of physique did not significantly affect the severity of individual traits and their combinations in this group of people. With the increase in the course of psoriasis among subjects without somatotype, there is a decrease in the percentage of persons with hyperthymic and demonstrative and an increase – with emotional, pedantic, anxious, cyclothymic, excitable, dysthymic and exalted type of character accentuation; among patients of mesomorphic somatotype there is a decrease in the percentage of people with stuck and demonstrative and an increase – with emotional, pedantic, anxious, cyclothymic, excitable, dysthymic and exalted type of character accentuation; among patients of endo-mesomorphic somatotype there is a decrease in the percentage of people with hypertension and an increase – with stuck, demonstrative and excitable type of character accentuation. All this maintains a pathologically high level of affective tension, which disrupts the autonomic balance in the body, can be a pathogenic factor in the development of psychosomatic illness and leads to ineffective treatment of psoriasis
Загострення та поважчання перебігу псоріазу підвищує шанси розвитку неврозів, депресії, може значно погіршувати психічне здоров’я через суспільну стигматизацію та призводить до соціальної ізоляції і дезадаптації, суттєвого зниження якості життя. Вивчення цієї проблеми з позиції порівняльної оцінки розподілу акцентуацій характеру у хворих з різним перебігом дерматозу може дати розуміння того, наскільки визначений рівень адекватності психологічної адаптивної реакції пов’язаний з органічним патологічним процесом або з генетично існуючою виразністю окремих рис характеру. Мета дослідження – вивчити особливості показників вираженості та особливостей акцентуйованих рис особистості у хворих на псоріаз чоловіків без урахування соматотипу та у представників мезо- і ендо-мезоморфного соматотипів. Чоловікам віком від 22 до 35 років, хворим на псоріаз (n=100, серед яких 32 із легким перебігом і 68 із тяжким перебігом) на базі кафедри шкірних і венеричних хвороб з курсом післядипломної освіти Вінницького національного медичного університету ім. М. І. Пирогова та Військово-медичного клінічного центру Центрального регіону, проведено антропометричне обстеження за В. В. Бунаком. Оцінка вираженості та особливості акцентуйованих рис особистості за G. Shmishek. Статистична обробка проведена в ліцензійному пакеті “Statistica 5.5” із використанням непараметричних методів оцінки. Достовірність різниці значень між незалежними кількісними величинами визначено за допомогою U-критерія Мана-Уітні. У здорових досліджуваних з урахуванням і без урахування соматотипу видно, що тип тілобудови суттєво не вплинув на вираженість окремих рис характеру та їх комбінацій у даного контингенту осіб. При поважчанні перебігу псоріазу серед досліджуваних без урахування соматотипу відмічається зменшення відсоткової частки осіб із гіпертимним і демонстративним і збільшення – з емотивним, педантичним, тривожним, циклотимним, збудливим, дистимним і екзальтованим типом акцентуації характеру; серед пацієнтів мезоморфного соматотипу відмічається зменшення відсоткової частки осіб із застрягаючим і демонстративним і збільшення – з емотивним, педантичним, тривожним, циклотимним, збудливим, дистимним і екзальтованим типом акцентуації характеру; серед пацієнтів ендо-мезоморфного соматотипу відмічається зменшення відсоткової частки осіб із гіпертивним і збільшення – із застрягаючим, демостративним і збудливим типом акцентуації характеру. Все це підтримує патологічно високий рівень афективної напруженості, що порушує вегетативний баланс в організмі, може виступати патогенним фактором розвитку психосоматичного захворювання та призводить до неефективності лікування псоріазу
