Аннотация: The determination of the subsequent comprehensive assessment of the peculiarities of the course of adaptation processes, which are characteristic of modern student youth who acquire a certain profession, are closely related to the establishment of the regularities of the course of numerous adaptive mechanisms in the plane of implementation of psychophysiological, mental, and socio-psychological adaptation. The purpose of the work is to carry out a comprehensive hygienic assessment of the adaptation capabilities of the organism based on the definition of its social and psychological component and aggressive personality manifestations of modern students at various stages of education in a higher education institution. Scientific studies were conducted using questionnaires by Rogers and Diamond and Bass-Darky. 307 students, including 150 young women and 157 young men, who studied in the first, third and sixth years of the medical faculty were under supervision during the observation period. The analysis of the obtained data involved the application of descriptive statistics procedures based on the application of the statistical analysis program package “Statistica 6.1” (license number ВXXR901E245722FA). It was established that the highest level of expression of integral indicators of social and psychological adaptation of students, regardless of the time of study in a higher education institution, is characteristic of the characteristics of adaptation manifestations regarding the desire to dominate and accept others; at the same time, the lowest level of expression is for the characteristics of internality and therefore, determines the presence of pronounced signs of transformations of the adaptive content, which mark the tense course of the processes of social and psychological adaptation of students to the conditions of stay in a medical institution of higher education. It was found that among the overwhelming number of students who were studied, the indicators of aggressive personality manifestations exceed the values typical for normative age-sex indicators. This situation determines the need for the development of methods for a comprehensive assessment of the state of adaptive resources of the body of young men and women studying and scientific substantiation of health-preserving technologies, based on which measures of psychohygienic correction should take the leading place
Визначення комплексної оцінки особливостей перебігу адаптаційних процесів, котрі властиві для сучасної студентської молоді, що здобуває певний фах, тісно пов’язані зі встановленням закономірностей перебігу численних пристосувальних механізмів у площині реалізації психофізіологічної, психічної та соціально-психологічної адаптації. Метою роботи є здійснення комплексної гігієнічної оцінки особливостей адаптаційних можливостей організму на підставі визначення її соціально-психологічної складової та агресивних проявів особистості сучасних студентів на різних етапах навчання у закладі вищої освіти. Наукові дослідження проводили з використанням опитувальників Роджерса і Даймонда та Басса-Дарки. Під наглядом впродовж періоду спостережень знаходились 307 студентів, в тому числі 150 дівчат і 157 юнаків, які навчались на першому, третьому та шостому курсах медичного факультету. Аналіз отриманих даних передбачав застосування процедур описової статистики на підставі застосування пакету програм статистичного аналізу “Statistica 6.1” (ліцензійний № ВXXR901E245722FA). Встановлено, що найвищий рівень вираження інтегральних показників соціально-психологічної адаптації студентів, незалежно від часу навчання у закладі вищої освіти, властивий для характеристик адаптаційних проявів щодо прагнення до домінування та прийняття інших; разом із тим, найнижчий рівень вираження – для характеристик інтернальності і, отже, визначає наявність виражених ознак перетворень пристосувального змісту, які відзначають напружений перебіг процесів соціально-психологічної адаптації студентів до умов перебування у медичному закладі вищої освіти. Виявлено, що серед переважної кількості студентів, які досліджувались, показники агресивних проявів особистості перевищують значення, властиві для нормативних віково-статевих показників. Таке становище визначає потребу у розробленні методик комплексної оцінки стану адаптаційних ресурсів організму юнаків і дівчат, що навчаються, та наукового обґрунтування здоров’язберігаючих технологій, в основі яких провідне місце мають займати заходи психогігієнічної корекції

Аннотация: Human skin is the first barrier to protect the body from external factors. Combinations of certain external and internal (genetically determined) factors can lead to cancer of this organ. One of such pathologies is nevi – still little studied disease. At the same time, modern medicine is interested in inventing mechanisms to predict their occurrence and course. The purpose of the study is to build and analyze discriminant models of the possibility of benign nevi in Ukrainian men depending on the characteristics of dermatoscopic parameters. Ukrainian men aged 22 to 35 years, patients with melanocyte benign simple nevi (n=34), melanocyte benign dysplastic nevi (n=27), melanocyte benign congenital nevi (n=14) and non-melanocyte benign nevi (n=17) get dermatoscopic examination. The possibility of benign nevi occurrence depending on the characteristics of dermatoscopic parameters was carried out using discriminant analysis in the licensed statistical package “Statistica 5.5”. With the help of discriminant analysis, reliable models of the possibility of occurrence of benign nevi depending on the characteristics of dermatoscopic parameters are built. It was found that among patients with melanocyte benign simple, dysplastic, congenital and non-melanocyte benign nevi, a reliable interpretation of the obtained classification indicators is possible (discriminant function covers 70.7 % of cases; statistics Wilks’ Lambda=0.185; p0.001). The models include the general dermatoscopic index, the dermatoscopic criterion “Asymmetry” according to the ABCD system, the number of nevi on the body more than 1 cm and the dermatoscopic criterion “Color” according to the ABCD system. Moreover, the general dermatoscopic index and the dermatoscopic criterion “Asymmetry” according to the ABCD system make the greatest contribution to discrimination between Ukrainian men with benign nevi.
Шкіра людини є найпершим бар’єром захисту організму від зовнішніх чинників. Комбінації дії певних зовнішніх та внутрішніх (генетично детермінованих) чинників можуть призводити до виникнення онкологічних захворювань даного органу. Однією з таких патологій є невуси – досі мало вивченого захворювання. В той же час сучасна медицина зацікавлена у винайденні механізмів передбачення їх виникнення та перебігу. Мета дослідження – побудувати та провести аналіз дискримінантних моделей можливості виникнення доброякісних невусів в українських чоловіків залежно від особливостей дерматоскопічних показників. Українським чоловікам віком від 22 до 35 років, хворим на меланоцитарні доброякісні прості невуси (n=34), меланоцітарні доброякісні диспластичні невуси (n=27), меланоцітарні доброякісні вроджені невуси (n=14) та немеланоцитарні доброякісні невуси (n=17) проведено дерматоскопічне обстеження. Можливість виникнення доброякісних невусів залежно від особливостей дерматоскопічних показників проведено за допомогою дискримінантного аналізу в ліцензійному статистичному пакеті “Statistica 5.5”. За допомогою дискримінантного аналізу побудовані достовірні моделі можливості виникнення доброякісних невусів в залежності від особливостей дерматоскопічних показників. Встановлено, що між хворими на меланоцитарні доброякісні прості, диспластичні, вроджені та немеланоцитарні доброякісні невуси можлива достовірна інтерпретація отриманих показників класифікації (дискримінантна функція охоплює 70,7 % випадків; статистика Wilks’ Lambda=0,185; р0,001). До складу моделей входять загальний дерматоскопічний індекс, дерматоскопічний критерій “Asymmetry” по системі АВCD, кількість невусів на тілі більше 1 см та дерматоскопічний критерій “Color” по системі АВCD. Причому, загальний дерматоскопічний індекс і дерматоскопічний критерій “Asymmetry” по системі АВCD вносять найбільший внесок у дискримінацію між хворими на доброякісні невуси українськими чоловіками.

Аннотация: It is known that both genetic factors and environmental influences affect the development of the human body. This statement also applies to a person’s personality, ie the big five – the main features that make it up. The study of the relationship between physique and personality traits among a healthy population is very relevant and is a promising area for anthropology and psychology. The purpose of the work is to conduct a prognostic assessment of the influence of anthropo-somatotypological indicators on the personality indicators in practically healthy Ukrainian women without and taking into account the somatotype. Primary anthropo-somatotypological (anthropometry according to Bunak’s scheme, Heath-Carter somatotype determination, Matiegka and American Institute of Nutrition weight composition) and personality indicators (determination of leading typological characteristics of temperament according to Eysenck, psychodynamic features of personality according to Spielberger and features of accentuated personality traits according to Shmishek, components of internality according to Rotter) of practically healthy Ukrainian women of the first mature age are selected from the data bank of materials of the research center of National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya. Factor analysis was performed in the license package "Statistica 6.1". The main factors that indicate the association of personality traits of practically healthy Ukrainian women of different somatotypes with some anthropo-somatotypological indicators: mesomorphs – "the size of the girth and fat size of the body" and "the size of the longitudinal size of the body"; in ectomorphs – "the size of the girth of the body" and "the size of the fat size of the body"; in endo-mesomorphs - "the magnitude of the circumferential size of the body" and "the magnitude of the width of the mandible"; in representatives of the middle intermediate somatotype – "the magnitude of the longitudinal and circumferential dimensions of the body" and "the magnitude of SFT on the posterior surface of the shoulder." In the general group of women, it is impossible to single out the second factor that has a significant load. Analysis of the obtained relationships of interdependence of personality traits, which have the greatest prognostic value in terms of formation of human personality with anthropo-somatotypological indicators showed that women of different somatotypes identified interdependencies have certain features. Thus, the application of factor analysis made it possible to determine the most significant relationships of personality indicators with the constitutional parameters of the body in practically healthy Ukrainian women of different somatotypes
Відомо, що як генетичні фактори, так і вплив зовнішнього середовища впливають на розвиток тілобудови людини. Дане твердження так само стосується і особистості людини, тобто великої п’ятірки – основних рис, що її складають. Дослідження взаємозв’язку між показниками тілобудови та особливостей особистості людини серед здорового населення має значну актуальність і є перспективним напрямком для антропології та психології. Мета роботи – провести прогностичну оцінку впливу антропо-соматотипологічних показників на показники особливостей особистості практично здорових українських жінок без та з урахуванням соматотипу. Первинні антропо-соматотипологічні (антропометрія за схемою Бунака, визначення соматотипу за схемою Heath-Carter, визначення компонентного складу маси тіла за Matiegka та Американським інститутом харчування) та показники особливостей особистості (визначення провідних типологічних характеристик темпераменту за Eysenck, психодинамічних особливостей особистості за Spielberger, вираженості та особливості акцентуйованих рис особистості за Shmishek, складових інтернальності за Rotter) практично здорових українських жінок першого зрілого віку відібрані з банку даних матеріалів науково-дослідного центру Вінницького національного медичного університету ім. М.І. Пирогова. Факторний аналіз проведено в ліцензійному пакеті “Statistica 6.1”. Встановлені головні чинники, які свідчать про асоційованість особливостей особистості практично здорових українських жінок різних соматотипів з деякими антропо-соматотипологічними показниками: у мезоморфів – “величина обхватних і жирових розмірів тіла” і “величина поздовжніх розмірів тіла”; у ектоморфів – “величина обхватних розмірів тіла” і “величина жирових розмірів тіла”; у ендо-мезоморфів – “величина обхватних розмірів тіла” і “величина ширини нижньої щелепи”; у представниць середнього проміжного соматотипу – “величина поздовжніх і обхватних розмірів тіла” і “величина ТШЖС на задній поверхні плеча”. У загальній групі жінок виділити другий фактор, що має значущі навантаження, неможливо. Аналіз отриманих взаємовідношень взаємозалежності показників особливостей особистості, які мають найбільше прогностичне значення з точку зору формування особистості людини з антропо-соматотипологічними показниками показав, що у жінок різних соматотипів виявлені взаємозалежності мають певні особливості. Таким чином, застосування факторного аналізу, надало можливість визначити найбільш значущі взаємозв’язки показників особливостей особистості з конституціональними параметрами тіла практично здорових українських жінок різних соматотипів

Аннотация: The category of personality is one of the basic concepts for psychology, but at the same time the most controversial in theoretical and methodological terms. That is why the study of personal characteristics in different populations, ethnicities, ages, professional groups, etc. still does not lose its relevance in the scientific field. Given that certain components of individual personality traits are innate, it is advisable to find connections between them and the characteristics of the human body. The purpose of the work is to determine and analyze the peculiarities of correlations between indicators of body structure and size and personality indicators of practically healthy women with mesomorphic somatotype. Primary anthropo-somatotypological and personality indicators of 33 practically healthy Ukrainian women of the first mature age of mesomorphic somatotype were selected from the data bank of materials of the research center of National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya. The analysis of correlations between anthropo-somatotypological and indicators of personality traits was performed in the licensed package "Statistica 6.1" using the non-parametric Spearman’s method. Multiple, mostly reliable, medium-strength straight lines (r = -0.35 to -0.50), Eysenck G. insincerity scales with the majority of girth dimensions, thickness of skin and fat folds, somatotype components, and body weight component composition; multiple, mostly significant medium-strength inverse (r = -0.37 to -0.52) correlations of the exaltation character of the exalted type according to Shmishek G. with the majority of girth dimensions, the majority of pelvic sizes, somatotype components and components of body weight composition; multiple significant mean strength inverse (r = -0.38 to -0.49) correlations of the extraversion-introversion scale according to Eysenck G. with the thickness of the skin and fat folds of the upper limb and under the shoulder blade. In other cases, single, medium-strength, reliable and unreliable direct and inverse correlations of anthropo-somatotypological indicators with the leading typological characteristics of temperament, psychodynamic features of personality and indicators of severity and features of accentuated personality traits. As a result of quantitative analysis of reliable and unreliable average correlations of anthropo-somatotypological indicators with personality traits of practically healthy women of mesomorphic somatotype, the highest relative percentage of correlations was found between: leading typological characteristics of temperament according to Eysenck G. and somatotype components body weight composition and body girth; psychodynamic personality traits according to Spielberger C. D. and longitudinal body size, thickness of skin and fat folds and components of the somatotype; indicators of severity and features of accentuated personality traits according to Shmishek G. and indicators of the component composition of body weight, somatotype components, body circumference and thickness of skin and fat folds; indicators of the level of subjective control over Rotter J. and the width of the distal epiphyses of the extremities and the transverse dimensions of the body

Аннотация: An important place in the structure of personality traits of student youth, who possesses a certain specialty and is in the conditions of pre-examination and examination academic stress, belongs to the leading characteristics of the level of expression of emotional burnout, which is an indisputable factor of formation of high level of emotional instability of young women and young men to the effects of environmental factors and social and professional living conditions. The aim of the study is to study the peculiarities of emotional burnout of students of higher medical education institutions, who are in the conditions of pre-examination and examination academic stress. The studies were conducted at the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University among 67 students of the 3rd year of the Faculty of Medicine, respectively, 1 month before the preparation and immediately before the period of differentiated tests and the examination session with the use of a personal Boyko questionnaire. The statistical analysis of the data obtained, which involved the use of descriptive statistics procedures, was carried out on the basis of using the standard statistical analysis application package “Statistica 6.1” (license number AXX910A374605FA). The results show a significant increase in the level of expression of all the leading phases of emotional burnout of students during the pre-examination and examination periods, and most of all this phenomenon relates to the most unfavorable in its content of phases of resistance and exhaustion. It is established that the level of expression of the leading characteristics of emotional burnout in the highest proportion of young women and young men is characterized by being in the phase of resistance. The highest level of expression of emotional burnout phase indicators in both young women and young men is characteristic for the period of 1 month before the examination session, however, the highest level of expression of phase indicators depletion in both young women and young men is observed immediately before the examination session. Young women have a more significant degree of expression of values that mark the leading components of the resistance phase, among young men – values that mark the leading indicators of the phases of stress and exhaustion. The determined data are of significant importance both from the standpoint of determining the features of the formation of adaptation resources of the organism, and from the standpoint of establishing practically significant approaches to the formation of students’ personality, which provide the necessary for successful mastering of the future profession of the working dynamic stereotype of the teaching and professional activity prevention of unwanted emotional reactions in response to the factors of educational or work process
Важливе місце у структурі особливостей особистості студентської молоді, яка оволодіває певним фахом і перебуває в умовах передекзаменаційного та екзаменаційного навчального стресу, належить провідним характеристикам рівня вираження емоційного вигорання, що є незаперечним чинником формування високого рівня емоційної нестійкості дівчат і юнаків до дії чинників довкілля та соціальних і професійних умов життя. Метою роботи є дослідження особливостей емоційного вигорання студентів закладів вищої медичної освіти, які перебувають в умовах передекзаменаційного та екзаменаційного навчального стресу. Дослідження проводились на базі Вінницького національного медичного університету ім. М. І. Пирогова серед 67 студентів 3 курсу медичного факультету відповідно за 1 місяць до складання та безпосередньо перед періодом складання диференційованих заліків і проведенням екзаменаційної сесії із використанням особистісного опитувальника Бойка. Статистичний аналіз одержаних даних, що передбачав застосування процедур описової статистики, здійснювався на основі використання стандартного пакету прикладних програм статистичного аналізу “Statistica 6.1” (ліцензійний № AXX910A374605FA). Отримані результати засвідчують суттєве збільшення показників ступеня вираження усіх провідних фаз емоційного вигорання студентів протягом передекзаменаційного та екзаменаційного періодів, причому в найбільшій мірі це явище стосується найбільш несприятливих за своїм змістом фаз резистентності та виснаження. Встановлено, що рівень вираження провідних характеристик емоційного вигорання у найбільшої частки дівчат і юнаків характеризується перебуванням у фазі резистентності. Найбільш високий ступінь вираження показників фази напруження емоційного вигорання і у дівчат, і у юнаків властивий для періоду за 1 місяць до екзаменаційної сесії, разом з тим, найбільш високий рівень вираження показників фази виснаження і у дівчат, і у юнаків спостерігається безпосередньо перед екзаменаційною сесією. Серед дівчат реєструється більш значущий ступінь вираження величин, які відзначають провідні складові фази резистентності, серед юнаків – величин, які відзначають провідні показники фаз напруження та виснаження. Одержані результати мають суттєву значущість як з позицій визначення особливостей формування адаптаційних ресурсів організму, так і з позицій встановлення практично-значущих підходів до формування особистості студентів, що забезпечують становлення необхідного для успішного засвоєння майбутнього фаху робочого динамічного стереотипу виконання навчальної і професійної діяльності та запобігання виникненню небажаних емоційних реакцій у відповідь на дію чинників навчального або трудового процесу
