Аннотация: The category of personality is one of the basic concepts for psychology, but at the same time the most controversial in theoretical and methodological terms. That is why the study of personal characteristics in different populations, ethnicities, ages, professional groups, etc. still does not lose its relevance in the scientific field. Given that certain components of individual personality traits are innate, it is advisable to find connections between them and the characteristics of the human body. The purpose of the work is to determine and analyze the peculiarities of correlations between indicators of body structure and size and personality indicators of practically healthy women with mesomorphic somatotype. Primary anthropo-somatotypological and personality indicators of 33 practically healthy Ukrainian women of the first mature age of mesomorphic somatotype were selected from the data bank of materials of the research center of National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya. The analysis of correlations between anthropo-somatotypological and indicators of personality traits was performed in the licensed package "Statistica 6.1" using the non-parametric Spearman’s method. Multiple, mostly reliable, medium-strength straight lines (r = -0.35 to -0.50), Eysenck G. insincerity scales with the majority of girth dimensions, thickness of skin and fat folds, somatotype components, and body weight component composition; multiple, mostly significant medium-strength inverse (r = -0.37 to -0.52) correlations of the exaltation character of the exalted type according to Shmishek G. with the majority of girth dimensions, the majority of pelvic sizes, somatotype components and components of body weight composition; multiple significant mean strength inverse (r = -0.38 to -0.49) correlations of the extraversion-introversion scale according to Eysenck G. with the thickness of the skin and fat folds of the upper limb and under the shoulder blade. In other cases, single, medium-strength, reliable and unreliable direct and inverse correlations of anthropo-somatotypological indicators with the leading typological characteristics of temperament, psychodynamic features of personality and indicators of severity and features of accentuated personality traits. As a result of quantitative analysis of reliable and unreliable average correlations of anthropo-somatotypological indicators with personality traits of practically healthy women of mesomorphic somatotype, the highest relative percentage of correlations was found between: leading typological characteristics of temperament according to Eysenck G. and somatotype components body weight composition and body girth; psychodynamic personality traits according to Spielberger C. D. and longitudinal body size, thickness of skin and fat folds and components of the somatotype; indicators of severity and features of accentuated personality traits according to Shmishek G. and indicators of the component composition of body weight, somatotype components, body circumference and thickness of skin and fat folds; indicators of the level of subjective control over Rotter J. and the width of the distal epiphyses of the extremities and the transverse dimensions of the body

Аннотация: Endometriosis-associated infertility is characterized by a number of specific features that must be considered when choosing treatment methods. In each case, treatment should be individual, taking into account all clinical factors, as well as the impact of the disease and the effect of treatment on the quality of woman’s life. Objective – to analyze the concentration of the reproductive system hormones in women with endometriosis-associated infertility before and after sclerotherapy using pregravidary preparation with a complex vitamin medication with inositol and vitamin D3. The study included 70 women aged 21-40 years with endometriosis-associated infertility. The comparison group included 30 women with tuboperitoneal infertility factor. Determination of the concentration of the reproductive system hormones was performed in an accredited laboratory of the “Professor S. Khmil Clinic Medical Center” with the help of “Diagnostic Systems Laboratories, Inc.” test system (USA) using the analyzer “StatFax”. The medicament FT 500 plus was prescribed in a dosage of 1 sachet – once a day from the 2nd or 3rd day of the cycle during 2 menstrual cycles (cycle in which sclerotherapy was performed and subsequent cycle) for 1 group. Vitamin D3 was prescribed in prophylactic doses of 2.000 IU to women who were not diagnosed with a deficiency of this vitamin and in medium therapeutic doses for hypovitaminosis during 2 menstrual cycles. The sclerotherapy procedure was performed in a sterile operating room on the 6th – 8th day of the menstrual cycle by transvaginal puncture of the cyst and aspiration of its contents under the control of transvaginal ultrasound, introduction into the cyst capsule 95 % ethanol solution. Women with endometriosis-associated infertility, who were prescribed pregravidary preparation with a complex vitamin medication with inositol and vitamin D3 and sclerotherapy had probably lower levels of AMH (by 12.90 %), progesterone (by 9.84 %) and probably higher levels of FSH (by 14.47 %), LH (by 21.14 %) estradiol (by 35.55 %) relative to the comparison group. At the same time, significantly lower indicators of FSH (by 21.98 %), LH (by 32.89 %) and estradiol (by 32.23 %) were found against their values before sclerotherapy. Performing of sclerotherapy with pregravidary preparation with a complex vitamin medication with inositol and vitamin D3 to women with endometriosis-associated infertility has a positive effect on the hormonal background

Аннотация: The study surveyed 47 women with unstable angina. The patients wewe devided in two groups: the group I (n=23 female smokers, 44.31 ± 0.27 years), and the group II (n=24 non-smokers, 51.82 ± 0.31 years). Women of the group I had an average smoking history of 16.54 ± 0.29 years, and approximately smoked more than 10 cigarettes per day (in 78.4% of cases women smoked cigarettes with "low" nicotine content). The following parameters were investigated: total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDLc), lipoproteins of very low density cholesterol (VLDLc), lipoproteins of high density cholesterol (HDLc), triglycerides (TG), and malonic dyaidehid (MDA)
