Аннотация: To synthesize the series of 7-arenesulfonyl-3-arylmethyl-1,3,7-triazaspiro[4.4]nonane-2,4-dione, to study their spectral properties and antibacterial activity. Materials and methods. The methods of organic synthesis, instrumental methods of organic compounds analysis, as well as the agar diffusion method were used. Results and discussion. By the interaction of 3-arymethyl-1,3,7-triazaspiro[4.4]nonane-2,4-diones with arenesulfonyl cholrides in the presence of triethylamine the series of 7-arenesulfonyl-3-arylmethyl-1,3,7-triazaspiro[4.4]nonane-2,4-dione was obtained. For the compounds containing the fragments of 1-sulfonylamido-(2,4)- and 3,4-difluorobenzene the1 H-1 H coupling constants in their 1Н{19F}-NMR fluorine decoupled spectra, as well as the 19 F-19 F coupling constants in the 19F{1Н}-NMR proton decoupled spectra were measured. The antimicrobial activity screening showed that the growth of such bacterial strains as Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis was inhibited by the compounds of the series obtained. Conclusions. It has been found that the interaction of 3-arymethyl-1,3,7-triazaspiro[4.4]nonane-2,4-diones with arenesulfonyl cholrides is an effective way for the synthesis of 7-arenesulfonyl-3-arylmethyl-1,3,7-triazaspiro[4.4]nonane-2,4-diones with the promising biological activity against the strains of gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis. Among 7-renesulfonyl-3-arylmethyl-1,3,7-triazaspiro[4.4]nonane-2,4-dione derivatives 3-(3-methylbenzyl)-7-(toluene-4-sulfonyl)-1,3,7-triazaspiro[4.4]nonane-2,4-dione exhibited the highest activity

Аннотация: Rose hips are the pharmacopoeial raw material, and its roots have been widely used in folk medicine. Therefore, these roots attracted our attention. The chemical composition of roots of both Rosa species has been poorly studied. The data of literature sources show that roots contain phenolic compounds, organic acids and amino acids. Rose hips are standardized by the quantitative content of the amount of organic acids and ascorbic acid according to the State Pharmacopoeia of the USSR of the XI-th edition. According to the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine (SPhU) 2.0 this raw material is standardized by the quantitative content of ascorbic acid

Аннотация: The uncontrolled and excessive use of antibiotics in infectious diseases significantly reduces the effectiveness of the drug therapy, increases the risk of adverse reactions, increases the cost of treatment and, most importantly, promotes the growth and spread of antibiotic resistance. Monitoring of the consumption of this group of drugs for systemic use is one of the most important methods used in the system of measures to improve prescribing practices of this group. Aim. To analyze the consumption of antimicrobial agents in the pulmonary department of the multipecialty hospital using the DDD-methodology. Materials and methods. The retrospective descriptive analysis of prescribing pharmacotherapy for patients being treated in the pulmonary department of the Sughd regional clinical hospital (Khujand, Tajikistan) was performed. Using the ATC/DDD-methodology the consumption of antimicrobial agents was studied. As a unit of measurement the grams of the active substance was used with the subsequent calculation of the indicator of DDD/100 bed-days and the percentage of the total DDD
