Аннотация: To study the directions for creation of employee benefits for pharmacy professionals and calculation of the possible cost of the individual components (options) in a pharmacy institution. Materials and methods. The methodological basis of this study is general scientific and applied research methods, including methods of pairwise interactions, methods of multivariate analysis (Data Mining algorithms, Sequence, Association Rules, and Link Analysis), Friedman ANOVA for dependent samples. The abovementioned analyses were conducted using a StatSoft Statistica software package. Results and discussion. Using the methods of multidimensional statistical analysis and Data Mining the interaction between satisfaction with employee benefits in a pharmacy institution by pharmacy professionals (PhP) and the need to provide or review the current employee benefits and general satisfaction with it have been studied. The analysis of association rules has made it possible to identify stable blocks of interactions between individual components (options), which are peculiar to different degree of PhP satisfaction with employee benefits, and determine factors associated to the greatest extent with the poor, medium, high and total PhP satisfaction with employee benefits. Conclusions. The weight loads of individual components (options) of employee benefits have been calculated in order to form the balanced composition and cost. Based on the proposed scheme of the optimal filling of employee benefits the cost calculation has been made for their components (options), which provide the desired total cost of employee benefits estimated taking into account the data from the survey of PhP questionnaires in the pharmacy institutions of different forms of ownership. Four types of expenses have been offered depending on the position held by PhP

Аннотация: To substantiate the system of indicators and the information content of the social passport of pharmacy institutions. Materials and Methods. The formal and logical method, the method of expert assessments, system analysis, analogy and comparison methods, analysis of documents and results of sociological studies were used. Results. The article presents the relevance and the study results of development of methodological approaches to formation of a set of indicators, which reflect the social and economic situation and dynamics of a pharmacy institution using the social passport. The necessity of structuring the indicators characterizing the social and economic development of a pharmacy institution and determining relations between them have been substantiated. The directions for forming the system of the social passport of a pharmacy institution, its implementation and use of the information contained in the social passport regarding the employees of the pharmacy institution in practice are presented. It has been proposed to create an information card of an employee of a pharmacy institution for the information content of "Section II" of the social passport of the pharmacy institution in order to provide monitoring of human resources capacity and social and economic opportunities of the pharmacy institution. This is a relevant and pressing issue. Conclusions. It has been proven that development of the system of generalized social indicators and their reflection in the social passport of a pharmacy institution allow to assess reasonably, compare and analyze the level of social protection of pharmacy professionals, as well as to identify their main social needs
Мета: дослідження питань формування системи показників та інформаційного наповнювання соціального паспорта аптечних закладів. Методи. Формально-логічний метод, метод експертних оцінок, системного аналізу, аналогії і порівняльний методи, аналіз документів і результатів соціологічних досліджень. Результати дослідження. У статті представлено актуальність і результати дослідження з розробки методичних підходів до формування комплексу показників, що відображають соціально-економічну ситуацію і динаміку розвитку аптечного закладу за допомогою соціального паспорта. Обґрунтовано необхідність проведення структуризації показників, що характеризують соціально-економічний розвиток аптечного закладу, й установлення зв'язків між ними. Наведено напрямки створення структури соціального паспорта аптечного закладу й упровадження і використання в практиці обліку масиву інформації про працівників аптечного закладу, що міститься в соціальному паспорті аптечного закладу. Для забезпечення моніторингу кадрового потенціалу та соціально-економічних можливостей аптечного закладу запропоновано створення картки відомостей про працівника аптечного закладу для інформаційного наповнення «Блоку ІІ» соціального паспорта аптечного закладу, що є актуальним і своєчасним. Висновки. Встановлено, що розробка системи узагальнювальних показників соціальної сфери та їх відображення у соціальному паспорті аптечного закладу дозволить об'єктивно оцінювати, порівнювати й аналізувати рівень соціального захисту спеціалістів фармації, виявляти їх основні соціальні потреби
