The purpose of the work is to determine the features of correlations of indicators of cerebral circulation with constitutional parameters of the body of practically healthy young men from Podillia with mesomorphic somatotype. On the base of the research center of the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya, conducted a comprehensive study of 62 practically healthy urban youths of mesomorphic somatotype, of inhabitants of the Podillia region of Ukraine in the third generation. All of them have undergone a rheoencephalography using a computer diagnostic complex; anthropometric study according to the scheme of V. V. Bunak; craniometry; determination of components and type of somatotype by J. Carter and B. Heath and components of body mass index by J. Matiegka and American Institute of Nutrition. The correlation analysis was performed using the Pearson method in the statistical package “Statistica 6.1”. In the practically healthy young men of the mesomorphic somatotype, the following multiple correlations of cerebral blood flow parameters with constitutional parameters of the body are established: direct of middle power (r = 0.36 to 0.38) correlations of the base impedance with indicators of the thickness of skin and fat folds on the lower extremity, the endomorphic component of the somatotype and the fat component of the body mass using the Matejko method; direct, predominantly average strength (r = 0.30 to 0.40), correlations of the rising part of the rheogram and time of rapid blood filling with all total and longitudinal body dimensions, distal epiphysis widths of the upper extremity, muscle mass component of the body by the Matiegka method, and the bone component of the body mass using the Matiegka method (only for the time of rapid blood filling), as well as the direct mean (r = 0.31 to 0.37) and weak strength (r = 0.26 in all cases), correlations of slow blood flow time with most longitudinal body sizes; inverse, mainly average strength (r = -0.30 to -0.44), correlations of the dicrotic index with all total, most of the longitudinal body sizes, most of the girth indices of the limbs, muscle and bone components of the mass of the body by the method of Matiegka and muscular by the method of the American Institute of Nutrition method, as well as direct, mostly average forces (r = from 0.30 to 0.47), correlations of indicators of tone of all arteries, tone of arteries of large caliber and tone of arteries of medium and small caliber with most longitudinal body sizes. Attention is drawn to the lack of reliable correlations of only the amplitude indicators with total body sizes. In the analysis of correlations of rheoencephalography indicators with constitutional parameters of the body in practically healthy young men of mesomorphic somatotype among all groups of indicators of cerebral circulation for time indicators, the largest number of reliable connections found, mostly with total body sizes (53.3%, here and thereafter from the total number of these indicators), longitudinal body dimensions (52.0%), body mass index components (20.0%), circumferential body dimensions (18.7%), width distal epiphyses long limb bone (15.0%) and cephalometric indexes (14.3%). The highest percentage of correlations with body diameters (14.3%), components of somatotype (13.3%), cephalometric indices (11.4%) and components of body composition (10.0%) were established for amplitude parameters; and for derivative indicators - with longitudinal body dimensions (45.0%), body total dimensions (29.2%), body sizes (16.7%), body composition components (15.6%), width distal epiphyses of long limb bones (12.5%) and diameters of the body (10.7%) Особливості зв’язків реоенцефалографічних показників з антропометричними показниками у здорових досліджуваних вітчизняної вибірки є важливим діагностичним критерієм та маркером патологічних станів з боку мозкових судин у досліджуваних певного соматотипу. Мета роботи – встановити особливості кореляцій показників церебрального кровообігу з конституціональними параметрами тіла практично здорових юнаків Поділля мезоморфного соматотипу. На базі науково-дослідного центру Вінницького національного медичного університету ім. М. І. Пирогова проведені комплексні дослідження 62 практично здорових міських юнаків мезоморфного соматотипу, у третьому поколінні мешканців Подільського регіону України. Усім їм проведено реоенцефалографію за допомогою комп’ютерного діагностичного комплексу; антропометричне дослідження за схемою В. В. Бунака; краніометрію; визначення компонентів і типу соматотипу за методикою J. Carter і B. Heath та показників компонентного складу маси тіла за методикою J. Matiegka та Американського інституту харчування. Аналіз кореляцій проводили з використанням методу Пірсона в ліцензійному статистичному пакеті “Statistica 6.1”. У практично здорових юнаків мезоморфного соматотипу встановлені наступні множинні зв’язки показників церебрального кровообігу з конституціональними параметрами тіла: прямі середньої сили (r= від 0,36 до 0,38) зв’язки базового імпедансу з показниками товщини шкірно-жирових складок на нижній кінцівці, ендоморфним компонентом соматотипу та жировим компонентом маси тіла за методом Матейко; прямі, переважно середньої сили (r= від 0,30 до 0,40), зв’язки часу висхідної частини реограми та часу швидкого кровонаповнення з усіма тотальними й поздовжніми розмірами тіла, показниками ширини дистальних епіфізів верхньої кінцівки, м’язовим компонентом маси тіла за методом Матейко та кістковим компонентом маси тіла за методом Матейко (лише для часу швидкого кровонаповнення), а також прямі середньої (r= від 0,31 до 0,37) й слабкої сили (r= 0,26 в усіх випадках) зв’язки часу повільного кровонаповнення з більшістю поздовжніх розмірів тіла; зворотні, переважно середньої сили (r= від -0,30 до -0,44), зв’язки дикротичного індексу з усіма тотальними, більшістю поздовжніх розмірів тіла, більшістю показників обхватів кінцівок, м’язовим і кістковим компонентами маси тіла за методом Матейко й м’язовим за методом за методом Американського інституту харчування, а також прямі, переважно середньої сили (r= від 0,30 до 0,47), зв’язки показників тонусу всіх артерій, тонусу артерій великого діаметру й тонусу артерій середнього та мілкого діаметру з більшістю поздовжніх розмірів тіла. Привертає увагу відсутність достовірних кореляцій лише амплітудних показників із тотальними розмірами тіла. При аналізі кореляцій показників реоенцефалогами з конституціональними параметрами тіла у практично здорових юнаків мезоморфного соматотипу серед усіх груп показників церебрального кровообігу для часових показників встановлено найбільшу кількість достовірних зв’язків, переважно з тотальними розмірами тіла (53,3 %, тут і в подальшому від загальної кількості даних показників), поздовжніми розмірами тіла (52,0 %), показниками компонентного складу маси тіла (20,0 %), обхватними розмірами тіла (18,7 %), показниками ширини дистальних епіфізів довгих трубчастих кісток кінцівок (15,0 %) та кефалометричними показниками (14,3 %). Для амплітудних показників встановлено найбільший відсоток зв’язків із діаметрами тіла (14,3 %), компонентами соматотипу (13,3 %), кефалометричними показниками (11,4 %) та показниками компонентного складу маси тіла (10,0 %); а для похідних показників – із поздовжніми розмірами тіла (45,0 %), тотальними розмірами тіла (29,2 %), обхватними розмірами тіла (16,7 %), показниками компонентного складу маси тіла (15,6 %), показниками ширини дистальних епіфізів довгих трубчастих кісток кінцівок (12,5 %) і діаметрами тіла (10,7 %) Дод.точки доступу: Datsenko, G. The purpose of the study – by studying teleroentgenographic indices and conducting direct stepwise regression analysis in young men and young women of Ukraine with orthognathic bite, to develop and analyze the mathematical models of individual characteristics of the position of the lower medial incisors. With the Veraviewepocs 3D device, Morita (Japan) in 38 young men (17 to 21 years of age) and 55 young women (aged from 16 to 20 years) with occlusion close to orthognathic bite and balanced faces received side teleroentgenograms. Cephalometric analysis was performed using OnyxCeph3TM software. Cephalometric points and measurements were performed according to the recommendations of A.M. Schwarz, J. McNamara, W.B. Downs, R.A. Holdway, P.F. Schmuth, C.C. Steiner and C.H. Tweed. According to the above methods, in the licensed package “Statistica 6.0” using direct straight line regression analysis, the teleroentgenographic characteristics of the position of the lower medial incisors (distance 1l_NB, distance 1l_APog, angle 1l_DOP, IMPA angle, Mand1_NB angle, FMIA angle and Mand1_MeIm angle) were performed. In young men with orthognathic bite of 7 possible models of teleroentgenographic characteristics of the lower medial incisors, 5 were constructed with determination coefficient R2 from 0.694 to 0.849, and in young women, all 7 possible models with determination coefficient R2 from 0.595 to 0.794. In young men most often the regression equations included - the angle ANB and facial vertical index GL_SN_S (by 11.5%); lower face height ANS_ME, face angle NBA_PTGN and distance S_E (by 7.7%). In young women most often the regression equations included – the angle of N_POG (16.7%); Wits indicator (13.9%); inclination angle I (8.3%); H-angle, maxillo-mandibular angle MM and angle of facial axis NBA_PTGN (by 5.6%). Thus, in the work with the help of the method of stepwise regression with inclusion, among Ukrainians of juvenile age, on the basis of features teleroentgenographic indicators, the analysis of reliable models of individual teleroentgenographic characteristics of the position of the lower medial incisors was developed and carried out Етнічні, статеві та вікові особливості положення різців вказують на необхідність розробки методик, що дозволяють визначити їх індивідуальні характеристики, оскільки загально прийняті стандарти, рекомендовані для оптимального позиціонування різців, можуть бути використані лише як орієнтовні. Мета дослідження – шляхом вивчення телерентгенографічних показників і проведення прямого покрокового регресійного аналізу в юнаків і дівчат України з ортогнатичним прикусом розробити та провести аналіз математичних моделей індивідуальних характеристик положення нижніх присередніх різців. За допомогою пристрою Veraviewepocs 3D, Моріта (Японія) у 38 юнаків (віком від 17 до 21 року) та 55 дівчат (віком від 16 до 20 років) з оклюзією, наближеною до ортогнатичного прикусу та збалансованими обличчями, були отримані бокові телерентгенограми. Цефалометричний аналіз проводили за допомогою програмного забезпечення OnyxCeph3TM. Цефалометричні точки та виміри проводили згідно рекомендацій A.M. Schwarz, J. McNamara, W.B. Downs, R.A. Holdway, P.F. Schmuth, C.C. Steiner та C.H. Tweed. Згідно вищенаведених методик, в ліцензійному пакеті “Statistica 6,0” з використанням прямого покрокового регресійного аналізу проведено моделювання телерентгенографічних характеристик положення нижніх присередніх різців (відстань 1l_NB, відстань 1l_APog, кут 1l_DOP, кут IMPA, кут Mand1_NB, кут FMIA та кут Mand1_MeIm). В юнаків із ортогнатичним прикусом із 7 можливих моделей телерентгенографічних характеристик положення нижніх присередніх різців побудовано 5 з коефіцієнтом детермінації R2 від 0,694 до 0,849, а у дівчат – усі 7 можливих моделей з коефіцієнтом детермінації R2 від 0,595 до 0,794. В юнаків найбільш часто до регресійних рівнянь входили – кут ANB та лицевий вертикальний індекс GL_SN_S (по 11,5%); нижня висота обличчя ANS_ME, кут лицевої вісі NBA_PTGN та відстань S_E (по 7,7%). У дівчат найбільш часто до моделей входили – кут N_POG (16,7%); показник Wits (13,9%); інклінаційний кут І (8,3%); H-кут, верхньощелепно-нижньощелепний кут ММ та кут лицевої вісі NBA_PTGN (по 5,6%). The purpose of the work is to establish the features of social and psychological adaptation of girls and boys aged 15-17 during their stay in the senior classes of a modern school. To determine the leading features of social-psychological adaptation during the scientific work used a personal questionnaire of Rogers and Diamond, the use of which involved the assessment of a number of both nominal and integrated indicators of adaptation processes, namely indicators of adaptation, self-acceptance, perception of others, internality, internality to dominance. Analysis of the obtained results led to the use of descriptive statistics procedures based on the use of a standard application package of multidimensional statistical analysis “Statistica 6.1 for Windows” (licensed №AXX910A374605FA). The results of the research show mainly the average level of expression of the leading nominal indicators of social-psychological adaptation of pupils 15-17 years old, who are in a modern school, and determine the features of the process of active adaptation of girls and boys to environmental conditions, their socially significant attitude to the world. from the standpoint of ensuring a stable and stable standard of living, the peculiarities of behavioral decisions that contribute to this. These trends are confirmed by the analysis of integrated indicators of the processes of social-psychological adaptation of pupils, especially the characteristics of adaptability and maladaptation, self-acceptance and acceptance of others, as well as emotional comfort and internality. The aim of the work was to study the differences in biochemical parameters in healthy and patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1D) depending on the level of albumin in the urine. 78 men and 62 women aged 22-26 years, patients with diabetes mellitus type 1, who were hospitalized in the therapeutic department в № 1 and № 2 of Vinnytsia Regional Highly Specialized Endocrinology Center and 8 practically healthy men and 13 practically healthy women of the same age were examined. The level of microalbuminuria was determined in all patients by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Fasting blood glucose and 2 hours after a meal were determined by enzymatic, amperometric analysis on a biochemical analyzer Biosen C_Line, manufactured by EKF Diagnostic (Germany). The average value of blood glucose was calculated mathematically. To determine glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), we used the method of high performance liquid chromatography on a D 10 analyzer, manufactured by Bio-Rad (USA). The International Normal Ratio (INR) was determined using a set of reagents to determine the prothrombin time, prothrombin ratio and international sensitivity index, which is specified in the passport to the set (manufacturer of PC-K-TEST "Granum"). Total cholesterol and triglycerides were determined by colorimetric photometric method (using enzymes) on a biochemical analyzer using standard kits from Olympus AU480 (USA). Statistical processing of the results was performed in the license package "Statistica 5.5", using non-parametric evaluation methods. When comparing the level of biochemical parameters between patients with T1D and normo-, microalbuminuria and proteinuria with healthy men or women, patients found higher values: fasting glucose (in men – by 29.1 %, 30.9 % and 42.0 %; in women – by 29.7 %, 33.2 % and 46.0 %); glucose 2 hours after exercise (for men – by 27.4 %, 30.8 % and 36.1 %; for women – by 30.4 %, 32.4 % and 40.2 %); the average value of glucose (for men – by 26.2 %, 30.8 % and 39.3 %; for women – by 28.7 %, 34.0 % and 43.1 %); glycated hemoglobin (47.8 %, 48.8 % and 45.8 % for men; 27.2 %, 50.2 % and 54.4 % for women). Also, in patients with T1D men and proteinuria and women with normoalbuminuria and proteinuria compared with healthy men or women found higher cholesterol values (17.8 % in men and 7.6 % and 26.0 % in women); and in patients with T1D men with proteinuria compared to healthy men – 31.3 % higher triglyceride levels. When comparing the level of biochemical parameters between patients with T1D in men or women with proteinuria, higher values were found: fasting glucose compared with men with normoalbuminuria by 22.2 % and with women with normoalbuminuria by 30.3 % and microalbuminuria by 23.7 %; the average value of glucose compared with men with normoalbuminuria by 20.8 % and microalbuminuria by 14.0 %; glycated hemoglobin compared to women with normoalbuminuria by 15.9 %; compared with men with normoalbuminuria and microalbuminuria – by 24.8 % and 20.3 %, or with women with normoalbuminuria and microalbuminuria – by 24.9 % and 28.0 %; triglycerides compared with men with normoalbuminuria by 23.0 %. When comparing the sex differences in the level of biochemical parameters between healthy or between patients with T1D and normo-, microalbuminuria and proteinuria in men and women, only higher values of glycated hemoglobin by 14.1 % in women with proteinuria and total cholesterol by 8.3 % in women with normoalbuminuria were found. The sample was 78 men and 62 women aged 22-26 years, T1D patients. The control group consisted of 8 almost healthy men and 13 almost healthy women of the same age. The level of microalbuminuria and cystatin C was determined in all patients by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Biochemical evaluation of fasting glucose, fasting blood glucose, glucose 2 h after exercise, mean value of glucose, glycated hemoglobin, total cholesterol, triglycerides, GFR according to Cockcroft-Gault, CKD EPI and GFR according to cystatin C. Statistical processing of the obtained results was performed in the license package “Statistica 5.5”, using non-parametric evaluation methods. In T1D patients compared to the control group found significantly higher values – fasting blood glucose, glucose 2 hours after exercise, the average value of glucose, glycated hemoglobin, total cholesterol and triglycerides, cystatin C and lower values – international normal ratio, GFR according to Cockcroft-Gault, GFR by CKD EPI and GFR by cystatin C. With increasing levels of albumin in urine in patients with cystatin C0.9, there were changes in the following indicators: higher values of total cholesterol in men with proteinuria compared to men with normo- and microalbumin ; and lower values – the international normal ratio in women with microalbuminuria, compared with women with normoalbuminuria; Cockcroft-Gault GFR in men with proteinuria and GFR by CKD EPI in men with proteinuria and microalbuminuria compared to men with normoalbuminuria. With increasing levels of albumin in the urine in patients with cystatin C0.9 there were changes in the level of the following indicators: higher values – fasting blood glucose and triglycerides in women with proteinuria compared with women with normoalbuminuria, and glycated hemoglobin and total cholesterol compared with and microalbuminuria; international normal ratio in men with microalbuminuria, compared with men with normoalbuminuria; and smaller values – GFR level by Cockcroft-Gault in men with microalbuminuria compared to men with normoalbuminuria; GCF levels by Cockcroft-Gault in women with proteinuria compared to women with microalbuminuria and GFR levels by CKD EPI in women with proteinuria compared to women with normoalbuminuria and microalbuminuria. With increasing levels of cystatin C, a decrease in glycated hemoglobin in men and women with microalbuminuria and triglycerides in women with microalbuminuria, as well as greater values of the international normal ratio in men with normoalbuminuria and GFR on cystatin C in men and women with normoalbuminuria and micro. Thus, the study obtained results that indicate the existence of differences in the studied indicators between healthy and sick subjects, between men and women and between groups of T1D patients’ men or women with different levels of albumin and cystatin C Мета дослідження – вивчити відмінності показників ліпідного, вуглеводного обміну та функції нирок у хворих на цукровий діабет 1 типу (ЦД 1) з різним рівнем альбуміну в сечі залежно від рівня цистатину С. Вибірка сформована з 78 чоловіків і 62 жінок віком 22-26 років, хворих на ЦД 1. Контрольна група складалась з 8 практично здорових чоловіків і 13 практично здорових жінок аналогічного віку. Усім пацієнтам імуноферментним методом визначали рівень мікроальбумінурії та цистатину С. Проводили біохімічну оцінку глюкози натще, глюкози крові натще, глюкози через 2 год. після навантаження, середнє значення глюкози, глікованого гемоглобіну, загального холестерину, тригліцеридів, міжнародного нормального відношення, ШКФ за Кокрофтом–Голтом, ШКФ за CKD EPI та ШКФ за цистатином С. Статистична обробка отриманих результатів проведена в ліцензійному пакеті “Statistica 5.5” з використанням непараметричних методів оцінки. У хворих на ЦД 1 порівняно із контрольною групою встановлено достовірно більші величини – глюкози крові натще, глюкози через 2 год. після навантаження, середнє значення глюкози, глікованого гемоглобіну, загального холестерину та тригліцеридів, цистатину С та менші величини – міжнародного нормального відношення, ШКФ за Кокрофтом–Голтом, ШКФ за CKD EPI і ШКФ за цистатином С. З наростанням рівня альбуміну в сечі у хворих із рівнем цистатину С0,9, відмічались зміни наступних показників: більші значення – загального холестерину у чоловіків із протеїнурією порівняно з чоловіками з нормо- і мiкроальбумiнурiєю; та менші значення – міжнародного нормального відношення у жінок з мікроальбумінурією, порівняно з жінками із нормоальбумінурією; ШКФ за Кокрофтом–Голтом у чоловіків із протеїнурією та ШКФ за CKD EPI у чоловіків із протеїнурією й мiкроальбумiнурiєю порівняно з чоловіками з нормоальбумінурією. З наростанням рівня цистатину С встановлено зменшення рівня глікованого гемоглобіну у чоловіків і жінок з мікроальбумінурією та тригліцеридів у жінок з мікроальбумінурією, а також більші значення міжнародного нормального відношення у чоловіків з нормоальбумінурією та ШКФ за цистатином С у чоловіків і жінок з нормоальбумінурією і мікроальбумінурією. The aim of the study was to investigate the differences between longitudinal and transverse body sizes between healthy and/or patients with eczema men depending on the severity of the dermatosis. Patients with idiopathic (n=34) and microbial (n=38) eczema men of the first mature age underwent an anthropometric examination according to Bunak. The diagnosis of eczema was made according to the nomenclature of ICD-10. As a control from the data bank of the research center of National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya anthropometric data of 82 practically healthy men of the same age group were selected. Statistical data processing was performed in the license package “Statistica 5.5” using non-parametric methods of evaluation of the obtained results. In healthy men, compared with patients, higher values were found for: the height of the pubic anthropometric point by 3.5-5.7% and the height of the acetabular anthropometric point by 4.9-7.5% compared with sick men with idiopathic mild and severe eczema and mild and severe microbial eczema and lower values for: height of the suprathoracic anthropometric point by 1.7-2.6% for idiopathic eczema of mild, severe course and microbial eczema of mild course; height of the acromial anthropometric point by 1.6-2.3% compared with men with idiopathic eczema of mild and severe course; height of the finger anthropometric point by 3.0-5.9% compared with men with idiopathic eczema of mild and severe course and microbial eczema of mild and severe course. In healthy men, compared with patients, higher values were found: mid-thoracic diameter – by 3.1-11.1%, 5.5-14.4%, transverse lower thoracic diameter – by 8.6-14.1% and anterior-posterior mid-thoracic diameter – by 10.2-16.6% and smaller values: width of shoulders by 15.3-21.1% compared with men with idiopathic eczema of mild and severe course and microbial eczema of mild and severe course. In healthy individuals, the width of the distal epiphysis of the forearm is greater by 3.14% compared with patients with idiopathic severe eczema and the width of the distal epiphysis of the crus by 3.1% compared with patients with microbial eczema of mild course; smaller - the width of the distal epiphysis of the shoulder by 3.0% compared with patients with idiopathic eczema of severe course and the width of the distal epiphysis of the thigh by 5.2-7.6% compared with patients with idiopathic eczema of mild and severe course and microbial eczema of mild course. In healthy individuals, the values of the size of the pelvis are lower: interspinous distance – by 8.3-11.6%, intercristal distance – by 8.7-12.5% and intertrochanteric distance – by 7.7-10.5% compared with sick men with idiopathic mild and severe eczema and microbial eczema of the mild and severe course. When comparing anthropometric indicators between sick men, the following were found: the height of pubic and acetabular anthropometric points in sick men with idiopathic eczema of mild course is higher by 1.8% and 1.7%, respectively, compared with sick men with microbial eczema of similar severity; shoulder width in patients with idiopathic eczema of mild course is 4.8% less than in patients with idiopathic eczema of severe course. Thus, men with eczema have a subpathological constitutional type, which is characterized by an elongated “cylindrical” torso, shortened lower extremities, as well as more massive distal and less massive proximal epiphyses of the upper and lower extremities Розгляд аспекту адаптації, зокрема морфологічної, є доцільним з обов’язковим порівнянням морфометричних показників у здорових та хворих пацієнтів та між групами пацієнтів з різними ступенями важкості дерматозу. Мета дослідження – вивчити відмінності поздовжніх і поперечних розмірів тіла між здоровими та/або хворими на екзему чоловіками в залежності від тяжкості перебігу дерматоза. Хворим на істинну (n=34) та мікробну (n=38) екзему чоловікам першого зрілого віку проведено антропометричне обстеження за Бунаком. Встановлення діагнозу екземи проведено згідно номенклатури МКХ-10. В якості контролю з банку даних науково-дослідного центру Вінницького національного медичного університету ім. М.І. Пирогова були відібрані антропометричні дані 82 практично здорових чоловіків аналогічної вікової групи. Статистичну обробку даних проведено в ліцензійному пакеті “Statistica 5.5” із використанням непараметричних методів оцінки отриманих результатів. У здорових чоловіків встановлено більші значення: висоти лобкової антропометричної точки на 3,5-5,7% та висоти вертлюгової антропометричної точки на 4,9-7,5% порівняно з хворими чоловіками на істинну екзему легкого і тяжкого перебігу та мікробну екзему легкого і тяжкого перебігу та менші значення: висоти надгруднинної антропометричної точки на 1,7-2,6%, ніж у чоловіків, хворих на істинну екзему легкого і тяжкого перебігу, а також на мікробну екзему легкого перебігу; висоти акроміальної антропометричної точки на 1,6-2,3% порівняно з хворими чоловіками на істинну екзему легкого і тяжкого перебігу; висоти пальцевої антропометричної точки на 3,0-5,9% порівняно з хворими чоловіками на істинну екзему легкого і тяжкого перебігу та мікробну екзему легкого і тяжкого перебігу. У здорових чоловіків встановлено більші значення: середньогруднинного діаметра – на 3,1-11,1%, 5,5-14,4%, поперечного нижньогруднинного діаметра – на 8,6-14,1% і передньо-заднього середньогруднинного діаметра – на 10,2-16,6% та менші значення: ширини плечей на 15,3-21,1% порівняно з хворими чоловіками на істинну екзему легкого і тяжкого перебігу та мікробну екзему легкого і тяжкого перебігу. У здорових осіб більші були: ширина дистального епіфіза передпліччя на 3,14% порівняно з хворими на істинну екзему тяжкого перебігу і ширина дистального епіфіза гомілки на 3,1% порівняно з хворими на мікробну екзему легкого перебігу; менші – ширина дистального епіфіза плеча на 3,0% порівняно з хворими на істинну екзему тяжкого перебігу і ширина дистального епіфіза стегна на 5,2-7,6% порівняно з хворими чоловіками на істинну екзему легкого і тяжкого перебігу та мікробну екзему легкого перебігу. У здорових осіб менші значення розмірів таза: міжостьової відстані – на 8,3-11,6%, міжгребеневої відстані – на 8,7-12,5% і міжвертлюгової відстані – на 7,7-10,5% порівняно з хворими чоловіками на істинну екзему легкого і тяжкого перебігу та мікробну екзему легкого і тяжкого перебігу. Встановлені відмінності поздовжніх розмірів тіла у хворих з різними формами і ступенями важкості екземи. При порівнянні антропометричних показників між хворими чоловіками встановлено: висота лобкової і вертлюгової антропометричних точок у хворих чоловіків на істинну екзему легкого перебігу більша (відповідно) на 1,8% і 1,7% порівняно з хворими чоловіками на мікробну екзему аналогічної важкості; ширина плечей у хворих чоловіків на істинну екзему легкого перебігу на 4,8% менша порівняно з хворими чоловіками на істинну екзему тяжкого перебігу. Таким чином, у хворих на екзему чоловіків встановлений субпатологічний конституціональний тип, який характеризується витягнутим “циліндроподібним” тулубом, укороченими нижніми кінцівками, більш масивними дистальними, а також менш масивними проксимальними епіфізами верхніх і нижніх кінцівок Дод.точки доступу: Dmytrenko, S. Анотація: Cystatin C improves the risk stratification among people with diabetic nephropathy, the risk of mortality, cardiovascular disease, disorders of the visual organ and nervous system in the preclinical and early stages. The aim of the study was to study the frequency of angio-, retino- and neuropathy, as well as differences in general clinical and anthropometric parameters in patients with type 1 diabetes (T1D) with different levels of albumin in the urine depending on cystatin C. The sample was 78 men and 62 women aged 22-26 years, patients with T1D, who were hospitalized in the therapeutic department №1 and №2 of the Vinnytsia Regional Highly Specialized Endocrinology Center. The control group consisted of 8 healthy men and 13 healthy women of the same age. The level of microalbuminuria and cystatin C was determined for all patients by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The frequency of angio-, retino- and neuropathy, general clinical (systolic, diastolic, pulse) and anthropometric (height, weight, body surface area, waist circumference, body mass index) was assessed indicators. Statistical processing of the obtained results was performed in the license package “Statistica 5.5”, using non-parametric evaluation methods. It was found that in the group of men with cystatin C0.9, and in women with cystatin C0.9 with increasing albuminuria, the percentage of patients with more severe microvascular complications of T1D. In patients with diabetes mellitus 1 compared with the control group systolic blood pressure is significantly higher and increases with increasing albumin levels in the urine (with cystatin C0.9 – in men with normo-, microalbuminuria and proteinuria by 7.14%, 8.1% and 10.8%; in women with normo-, microalbuminuria by 7.5% and 10.0%, with cystatin C0.9 – in men with normo-, microalbuminuria by 4.9% and 7.2%, in women with proteinuria by 19.5%). Similar changes were found for diastolic blood pressure (with cystatin C0.9 – in men with proteinuria by 13.0%; in women with normo-, microalbuminuria by 11.4% and 13.4%; with cystatin C0.9 – in men with microalbuminuria by 9.0%; in women with normo- and proteinuria by 9.5% and 21.5%) and heart rate (with cystatin C0.9 – in men with microalbuminuria and proteinuria by 18.4% and 12.6%, in women with microalbuminuria by 9.13%; with cystatin C0.9 – in men with microalbuminuria by 12.0%, in women with normo-, microalbuminuria and proteinuria by 10.1%, 16.3% and 25.3%). In patients with T1D compared to the control group, the length of the body is significantly smaller and decreases with increasing levels of albumin in the urine (with cystatin C0.9 – in men with normo-, microalbuminuria and proteinuria by 3.6%, 6.7% and 9.0%; women with microalbuminuria by 1.9%, with cystatin C0.9 – in men with normo-, microalbuminuria by 5.2% and 7.3%, in women with normoalbuminuria and proteinuria by 2.6% and 4.3%). Similar changes were found in men for body weight (with cystatin C0.9 – with microalbuminuria and proteinuria by 13.6% and 30.1%; with cystatin C0.9 – with normo- and microalbuminuria by 10.2% and 25.4%) and body surface area (with cystatin C0.9 – with normo-, microalbuminuria and proteinuria by 5.8%, 10.8% and 18.9%; with cystatin C0.9 – with normo- and microalbuminuria by 8.2% and 16.2%). The size of the waist circumference in patients with T1D with normoalbuminuria is significantly higher, and in patients of other groups significantly less than in healthy subjects (with cystatin C0.9 – with normo-, microalbuminuria and proteinuria by 3.8%, 1.2% and 5.2%; cystatin C0.9 – with microalbuminuria by 5.1%). Compared to healthy women, the waist circumference was significantly higher in sick women (with cystatin C0.9 – with normo- and microalbuminuria by 11.2% and 10.7%; with cystatin C0.9 – with normo- and proteinuria by 9.7% and 6.0%). In patients with T1D men with proteinuria compared with the control group, the value of the body mass index was significantly lower by 9.7% (cystatin C0.9). The value of the body mass index was significantly higher in patients with normoalbuminuria and microalbuminuria – by 11.8% and 17.7% (cystatin C0.9), respectively, and in patients with proteinuria by 7.2% (cystatin C0.9) compared with healthy women. Thus, between healthy and patients with T1D with varying degrees of albuminuria, differences in general clinical and anthropometric parameters were found, and they are greater the higher the level of cystatin C Цистатин С поліпшує стратифікацію ризику серед осіб з діабетичною нефропатією щодо ризику смертності, серцево-судинних захворювань, порушень з боку органу зору і нервової системи на доклінічній і початковій стадії. Мета дослідження – вивчити частоту ангіо-, ретино- та нейропатії, а також відмінності загально-клінічних та антропометричних показників у хворих на цукровий діабет 1 типу (ЦД 1) з різним рівнем альбуміну в сечі в залежності від рівня цистатину С. Вибірка склала 78 чоловіків і 62 жінки віком 22-26 років, хворих на ЦД 1, які проходили стаціонарне лікування у терапевтичних відділеннях №1 і №2 Вінницького обласного високоспеціалізованого ендокринологічного центру. Контрольна група складалась з 8 практично здорових чоловіків і 13 практично здорових жінок аналогічного віку. Усім пацієнтам імуноферментним методом визначали рівень мікроальбумінурії та цистатину С. Проводили оцінку частоти ангіо-, ретино- та нейропатії, загально-клінічних (систолічний АТ, діастолічний АТ, пульс) та антропометричних (зріст, вага, площа поверхні тіла, обхват талії, індекс маси тіла) показників. Статистична обробка отриманих результатів проведена в ліцензійному пакеті “Statistica 5.5”, з використанням непараметричних методів оцінки. Встановлено, що в групі чоловіків рівень цистатину С у яких 0,9, та у жінок з рівнем цистатину С0,9 при наростанні альбумінурії зростає відсоткова частка пацієнтів з важчим ступенем мікросудинних ускладнень ЦД 1. У хворих на ЦД 1 порівняно з контрольною групою величина систолічного артеріального тиску достовірно більша та збільшується по мірі зростання рівня альбуміну в сечі (при цистатині С0,9 – у чоловіків з нормо-, мiкроальбумiнурiєю та протеїнурією на 7,14%, 8,1% та 10,8%; у жінок з нормо-, мiкроальбумiнурiєю на 7,5% та 10,0%; при цистатині С0,9 – у чоловіків з нормо-, мiкроальбумiнурiєю на 4,9% та 7,2%; у жінок з протеїнурією на 19,5%). У хворих на ЦД 1 порівняно із контрольною групою величина довжини тіла достовірно менша та зменшується в міру збільшення рівня альбуміну в сечі (при цистатині С0,9 – у чоловіків з нормо-, мiкроальбумiнурiєю та протеїнурією на 3,6%, 6,7% та 9,0%; у жінок з мiкроальбумiнурiєю на 1,9%; при цистатині С0,9 – у чоловіків з нормо-, мiкроальбумiнурiєю на 5,2% та 7,3%; у жінок з нормоальбумiнурiєю та протеїнурією на 2,6% та 4,3%). Аналогічні зміни встановлені у чоловіків для величина маси тіла (при цистатині С0,9 – з мiкроальбумiнурiєю та протеїнурією на 13,6% і 30,1%; при цистатині С0,9 – з нормо- і мiкроальбумiнурiєю на 10,2% і 25,4%) та величини площі поверхні тіла (при цистатині С0,9 – з нормо-, мiкроальбумiнурiєю та протеїнурією на 5,8%, 10,8% і 18,9%; при цистатині С0,9 – з нормо- і мiкроальбумiнурiєю на 8,2% і 16,2%). Величина обхвату талії у хворих чоловіків на ЦД 1 з нормоальбумінурією достовірно більша, а у хворих інших груп достовірно менша порівняно із здоровими досліджуваними (при цистатині С0,9 – з нормо-, мiкроальбумiнурiєю і протеїнурією на 3,8%, 1,2% та 5,2%; при цистатині С0,9 – з мiкроальбумiнурiєю на 5,1%). У хворих жінок порівняно із здоровими обхват талії достовірно більший (при цистатині С0,9 – з нормо- і мiкроальбумiнурiєю на 11,2% та 10,7%; при цистатині С0,9 – з нормо- та протеїнурією на 9,7% та 6,0%). У хворих на ЦД 1 чоловіків з протеїнурією порівняно з контрольною групою величина індексу маси тіла достовірно менша на 9,7% (Цистатин С0,9). Величина індексу маси тіла достовірно більша у хворих жінок з нормоальбумiнурiєю та мiкроальбумiнурiєю – відповідно на 11,8% та 17,7% (Цистатин С0,9) та у пацієнток з протеїнурією на 7,2% (Цистатин С0,9) порівняно із здоровими жінками. It has been established that in recent years there has been a significant increase in the number of patients with this pathology, forcing researchers, scientists and physicians to look for risk factors of cardiovascular diseases, one of which is hyperhomocysteinemia (HHCys). The aim of the research is to study the features of submicroscopic changes in the heart of adult rats under conditions of HHCys. Experimental studies were performed on 22 white nonlinear adult (6-8 months) male rats in accordance with the principles of bioethics (Strasbourg, 1986; Kyiv, 2001). During the experiment, the animals were divided into two groups – control and experimental. Simulation of persistent HHCys was achieved by administering to rats the experimental group thiolactone homocysteine (HCys) at a dose of 200 mg/kg body weight intragastrally for 60 days. Ultrathin sections were studied in the PEM – 125K electron microscope. It was found that the introduction of thiolactone HCys to adult rats at a dose of 200 mg/kg causes the development of dystrophic and destructive changes in the heart of animals. Significant connective tissue edema was observed in the endocardium, and disturbances in the components of the microcirculatory tract were detected in the myocardium. Local enlightenment, cytoplasmic edema and local condensation of heterochromatin in hypertrophied nuclei were detected in hemocapillary endothelial cells. In cardiomyocytes, myofibrils are thickened, mitochondria are swollen with partial destruction of the cristae, tubules of smooth endoplasmic reticulum and T-tubules are dilated. These findings indicate that in adult rats HHCys caused the development of pathological changes in the endocardium, myocardium of experimental animals and in the microcirculatory tract. Захворювання серцево-судинної системи є провідною причиною смертності та інвалідності населення у всьому світі. Встановлено, що протягом останніх років реєструють значне зростання чисельності хворих з даною патологією, що змушує дослідників, науковців та лікарів до пошуку факторів ризику хвороб серцево-судинної системи, одним з яких є гіпергомоцистеїнемія (ГГц). Метою дослідження є вивчення особливостей субмікроскопічних змін в серці дорослих щурів за умов ГГц. Експериментальні дослідження проведені на 22 білих нелінійних дорослих (6-8 місяців) щурах-самцях з дотриманням принципів біоетики (Страсбург, 1986; Київ, 2001). Протягом дослідження тварин поділено на дві групи – контрольну та дослідну. Моделювання стану стійкої ГГц досягали шляхом введення щурам дослідної групи тіолактону гомоцистеїну (Гц) в дозі 200 мг/кг маси тіла інтрагастрально протягом 60 днів. Ультратонкі зрізи досліджували за допомогою електронного мікроскопу РЕМ – 125К. Встановлено, що введення дорослим щурам тіолактону Гц в дозі 200 мг/кг спричиняє розвиток дистрофічних та деструктивних змін в серці тварин. В ендокарді виявлений значний набряк сполучної тканини. У міокарді визначалося порушення компонентів мікроциркуляторного русла. В ендотеліоцитах гемокапілярів виявлено локальне просвітлення та набряк цитоплазми та локальна конденсація гетерохроматину в гіпертрофованих ядрах. У кардіоміоцитах міофібрили потовщені, мітохондрії набряклі з частковою деструкцією крист, канальці гладкої ендоплазматичної сітки та Т-трубочки розширені. Дані знахідки свідчать, що в дорослих щурів ГГц зумовлювала розвиток патологічних змін в ендокарді, міокарді дослідних тварин та в мікроциркуляторному руслі. Дод.точки доступу: Kaminsky, R. F.
