The purpose of the study is to outline the local structure of the male population of Ukraine by analyzing the indicators of digital dermatoglyphics for information on the vector of evolution of the local population. Dermatoglyphic study was performed using H. Cummins and Ch. Midlo for 400practically healthy men from different administrative- territorial regions of Ukraine. Statistical processing of the obtained results was carried out in the package STATISTICA 6.1 using nonparametric methods. High heterogeneity was established on the basis of qualitative and quantitative indicators of signs of digital dermatoglyphics among the following administrative-territorial groups: between the inhabitants of central and southern (22.22% of indicators), central and eastern (20.37% of indicators) of central and western (15.74%), northern and southern (17.59% of indicators), northern and western (16.67% of indicators), northern and eastern (15.74% of indicators), western and eastern (12.04% of indicators) and southern and eastern (12.04% of indicators) of the regions of Ukraine. Significant homogeneity was detected in terms of qualitative and quantitative indicators of signs of digital dermatoglyphics inherent in men, residents of the northern and central regions of Ukraine (differences are recorded at 7 (6.48%) indicators, as well as men living in the southern and western regions of the country (differences are recorded for 10-9.26% of indicators of only qualitative characteristics.) The obtained results allowed to distinguish two dermatological complexes on the territory of Ukraine: local north-central andlocal south-western. High taxonomic the value for intra-population differentiation of the local level have: types of patterns with high intensity comb and the capacity of the pattern, especially the Hi and і V fingers of the right hand and і and і і fingers of the left hand Мінливість відбитків пальців та долонь широко застосовується для ідентифікації особи в криміналістиці, як діагностично-прогностична маркерна система в медицині та при вивченні багатовекторних етногенетичних процесів при популяційних дослідженнях, що охоплюють різні регіони держави. Мета дослідження - окреслити локальну структуру чоловічого населення України за допомогою аналізу показників пальцевої дерматогліфіки для отримання інформації щодо вектору еволюції місцевого населення. Проведено дерматогліфічне дослідження за методикою Н. Cummins і Ch. Midlo 400 практично здорових чоловіків із різних адміністративно-територіальних регіонів України. Статистична обробка отриманих результатів проведена в пакеті "STATISTICA 6.1" з використанням непараметричних методів. Встановлена висока гетерогенність за якісними і кількісними показниками ознак пальцевої дерматогліфіки між рядом наступних адміністративно-територіальних груп: між мешканцями центрального і південного (22,22 % показників), центрального і східного (20,37 % показників) центрального і західного (15,74 % показників), північного і південного (17,59 % показників), північного і західного (16,67 % показників), північного і східного (15,74 % показників), західного і східного (12,04 % показників) та південного і східного (12,04 % показників) регіонів України. Виявлена значна гомогенність за якісними і кількісними показниками ознак пальцевої дерматогліфіки, що притаманна чоловікам, мешканцям північного і центрального регіонів України (відмінності фіксуються за 7 (6,48 %) показниками, а також чоловікам, що мешкають у південному та західному регіонах країни (відмінності фіксуються за 10-9,26 % показниками лише якісних ознак). Отримані результати дали змогу виділити два дерматогліфічні комплекси на території України: локальний північно-центральний і локальний південно-західний. Високу таксономічну цінність для внутрішньопопуляційної диференціації локального рівня мають: типи візерунків з високою інтенсивністю гребенеутворення та ємність візерунку, особливо III і IV пальців правої кисті та І і ІІ пальців лівої кисті Дод.точки доступу: Mishalov, V. The purpose of the study is to establish features of the indicators of crus rheogram in practically healthy girls and boys of different somatotypes, residents of the Podillia region of Ukraine. Rheographic indicators of the cohort of 108 practically healthy girls aged from 12 to 15 years old and 103 boys aged from 13 to 16 years and 103, urban residents of the Podillia region of Ukraine, were determined using a cardiology computer diagnostic complex. Anthropometric survey was conducted in accordance with the scheme of V. V. Bunak (1941). To evaluate the somatotype of adolescents, the mathematical scheme of J. Carter and B. Heath (1990) was used. The statistical processing of the obtained results was carried out in the license package "Statistica 5.5" using nonparametric methods for evaluating the obtained results. As a result of the research, it was found that most of the amplitudes and some of the derived indicators of the crus rheogram in girls of the mesomorphic somatotype are significantly lower or tend to be smaller than those of other somatotypes, while the time of the rising part of the rheogram and the time of slow blood filling are significantly higher than at representatives of an ectomorphic somatotype. In boys of mesomorphic somatotype, the basic impedance and amplitude of the systolic wave and the average speed of fast and slow blood flow of the rheogram are significantly lower or tend to be lower than those of other somatotypes, while the time of the ascending part and fast blood flow of rheograms and the diastolic index are significantly greater than in the representatives of the ecto-mesomorphic somatotype. It has also been found that almost half of the amplitude and derivative indices are significantly higher in girls than in boys of corresponding somatotypes, and most of the time - on the contrary, in boys, than in girls of corresponding somatotypes. Thus, indicators of crus rheogram in practically healthy girls and boys of different somatotypes, inhabitants of the Podillia region of Ukraine have pronounced differences mainly between the representatives of mesomorphic and ectomorphic somatotypes. Established pronounced manifestations of sexual dimorphism of indicators of crus rheogram between adolescents of corresponding somatotypes Нормативи для оцінки функціонального стану периферичної судинної системи розробляються, як правило, без урахування віку, статі та соматотипу. Мета дослідження – встановити особливості показників реограми гомілки у практично здорових дівчаток і хлопчиків різних соматотипів, мешканців Подільського регіону України. Реографічні параметри гомілки 108 практично здорових дівчаток віком від 12 до 15 років і 103 хлопчиків віком від 13 до 16 років, міських мешканців Подільського регіону України, визначені за допомогою кардіологічного комп’ютерного діагностичного комплексу. Антропометричне обстеження проведено згідно схеми В. В. Бунака (1941). Для оцінки соматотипу підлітків використовувалась математична схема J. Carter i B. Heath (1990). Статистична обробка отриманих результатів проведена в ліцензійному пакеті “Statistica 5.5” з використанням непараметричних методів оцінки отриманих результатів. В результаті проведених досліджень встановлено, що більшість амплітудних і частина похідних показників реограми гомілки у дівчаток мезоморфного соматотипу достовірно менші, або мають тенденцію до менших значень, ніж у представниць інших соматотипів, а час висхідної частини реограми та час повільного кровонаповнення – достовірно більші, ніж у представниць ектоморфного соматотипу. У хлопчиків мезоморфного соматотипу базовий імпеданс і амплітуда систолічної хвилі та середня швидкість швидкого і повільного кровонаповнення реограми достовірно менші, або мають тенденцію до менших значень, ніж у представників інших соматотипів, а час висхідної частини і швидкого кровонаповнення реограми та діастолічний індекс – достовірно більші, ніж у представників екто-мезоморфного соматотипу. Також встановлено, що майже половина амплітудних і похідних показників достовірно більша у дівчаток, ніж у хлопчиків відповідних соматотипів, а більшість часових – навпаки, у хлопчиків, ніж у дівчаток відповідних соматотипів. Таким чином, показники реограми гомілки у практично здорових дівчаток і хлопчиків різних соматотипів, мешканців Подільського регіону України мають виражені розбіжності переважно між представниками мезоморфного та ектоморфного соматотипів. The purpose of the study is to determine the peculiarities of the quantitative indexes of finger and palmar dermatoglyphics in men and women with ichthyosis. Dermatological examination was performed in 49 patients with ichthyosis and 136 dermatologically healthy persons. The sample of patients was conducted randomly. All persons received informed consent for conducting observations. Fingerprint and palm prints are obtained by scanning fingerprints on paper by the Futronic’s FS8 USB2.0 Fingerprint Scanner using the ftrScanApiEx.exe program, and then transferring data to a personal computer. Processing of dermatoglyphics data was carried out according to the method of Cummins H. and Midlo Ch. (1961). The quantitative indices of both finger and palmar dermatoglifics were determined. The calculation of the received results was carried out in the licensed software package “Statistica 5.5”. The average sample values (M) and dispersion (σ) were determined in the groups of the subjects surveyed. Using the Mann-Whitney U-test determined the probability of differences in the results obtained for individual groups. A certain complex of quantitative signs of palmar dermatoglyphics is revealed, which is characteristic for men suffering from ichthyosis, which includes indexes of the intensity of the comb formations, the value of the length of the segment c-t, the value of the palm corners and the Cummins index. In women suffering from ichthyosis, such a complex includes, as in men, indicators of the intensity of the combs and the length of the segment c-t, except for which - also the value of palm comb accounts. Given the specific lamellar form of ichthyosis, the dermatoglyphic picture (monomorphism of established signs on both hands: the presence of a single 4-finger flexural fold, a pattern in the III interdigital gap, low localization of the carpal angle atd, and the presence of the ulnar loop, complicated by the internal pattern on the III finger of the left and the IV the finger of the right hand brushes), the authors concluded that the study of ichthyosis should be carried out necessarily for each form of ichthyosis separately, which significantly increases the resolution of the method of dermatoglyphics Гетерогенність за типами успадкування генодерматозів з групи іхтіозу, що включають в себе фактично всі можливі варіанти, є підставою для застосування одного з генетичних методів вивчення людини – методу дерматогліфіки. Мета дослідження – встановити особливості кількісних показників пальцевої і долонної дерматогліфіки у хворих на іхтіоз чоловіків і жінок. Дерматогліфічне обстеження проведено у 49 хворих на іхтіоз і у 136 дерматологічно здорових осіб. Вибірка хворих проводилась випадковим способом. У всіх осіб була отримана інформована згода на проведення спостережень. Відбитки папілярної шкіри пальців і долонь отримані шляхом сканування відбитків на папері сканером Futronic’s FS8 USB2.0 Fingerprint Scanner з використанням програми ftrScanApiEx.exe, з подальшим перенесенням даних на персональний комп’ютер. Обробку дерматогліфів проводили за методикою H. Cummins і Ch. Midlo (1961). Визначали кількісні показники як пальцевої, так і долонної дерматогліфіки. Обчислення отриманих результатів проводили в ліцензійному пакеті програм “Statistica 5.5”. Визначали середні вибіркових значень (М) та дисперсії (σ) у групах обстежених осіб. За допомогою U-критерію Мана-Уітні визначали вірогідність відмінностей отриманих результатів для окремих груп. Виявлено певний комплекс кількісних ознак долонної дерматогліфіки, характерний для чоловіків, хворих на іхтіоз, що включає показники пальцевої інтенсивності гребенеутворення, значення довжини відрізка c-t, значення долонних кутів та індексу Каммінса. У жінок, хворих на іхтіоз, такий комплекс включає, як і в чоловіків, показники пальцевої інтенсивності гребенеутворення та значення довжини відрізка c-t, окрім яких – ще й значення долонних гребінцевих рахунків. Враховуючи специфічну для ламелярної форми іхтіозу дерматогліфічну картину (мономорфність встановлених ознак на обох кистях: наявність єдиної 4-пальцевої згинальної складки, візерунка в III міжпальцевому проміжку, низької локалізації карпального кута atd і наявність ульнарної петлі, ускладненої внутрішнім візерунком на III пальці лівої і на IV пальці правої кистей), автори прийшли до висновку, що дослідження іхтіозу потрібно проводити обов’язково для кожної форми іхтіозу окремо, що значно підвищить роздільну здатність методу дерматогліфіки Дод.точки доступу: Dmytrenko, S. The purpose of the study is to determine the age and gender features of thigh rheogram indicators in practically healthy adolescents in the Podillia region of Ukraine. The rheographic parameters of the thighs of 103 practically healthy boys aged from 13 to 16 years old and 108 girls aged from 12 to 15 years, urban residents of the Podillia region of Ukraine, were determined using a cardiology computer diagnostic complex. The statistical processing of the obtained results was carried out in the license package “Statistica 5.5” using parametric and nonparametric methods for evaluating the obtained results. In 12-year-old girls, in comparison with other age groups, it was found that most of the amplitude indices (with the exception of the incisura amplitude), the time of the downstream part of the rheogram and the average speed of fast and slow blood flow are significantly higher, while the time of the rising part of the rheogram and fast and slow blood overflow and thumb vascular tone rates in most cases are significantly lower. In most cases, 13 and 14-year-old boys, compared to 15 and 16-year-old adolescents, the basic impedance and amplitude of the systolic wave, as well as most vascular tone rates and average slow-blood flow rates are significantly higher or tend to be higher. It has also been found that most of the time indicators (with the exception of slow blood flow time) in 14-year-old boys are significantly lower or tend to be lower than in other age groups of boys. When comparing rheogram data between boys and girls according to the calendar and biological age, the majority of amplitude and derivative indices, as well as the time of slow blood filling in 14 and 15-year-old girls, are significantly higher in girls. Boys have significantly higher values of the duration of the cardiac cycle and the time of the downstream part of the thigh rheogram, as well as all time and most indicators of vascular tone in 13-year-old boys than in 12-year-old girls. Thus, the expressed age and gender differences in the rheogram data of the thigh in practically healthy adolescents have been established Согласно данным многих исследований реовазографические показатели бедра способны выявить незначительные изменения сосудов, не представляющих собой критических неудобств, но заранее свидетельствуют о приближении более серьезных заболеваний нижней конечности. Цель исследования – установить возрастные и половые особенности показателей реограммы бедра у практически здоровых подростков Подольского региона Украины. Реографические параметры бедра 103 практически здоровых мальчиков в возрасте от 13 до 16 лет и 108 девочек в возрасте от 12 до 15 лет, городских жителей Подольского региона Украины, определяли с помощью кардиологического компьютерного диагностического комплекса. Статистическая обработка полученных результатов проведена в лицензионном пакете “Statistica 5.5” с использованием параметрических и непараметрических методов оценки полученных результатов. У 12-летних девочек, в сравнении с другими возрастными группами, установлено, что большинство амплитудных показателей (за исключением амплитуды инцизуры), время нисходящей части реограммы и средняя скорость быстрого и медленного кровенаполнения достоверно больше, а время восходящей части реограммы и быстрого и медленного кровенаполнения и показатели тонуса сосудов бедра в большинстве случаев достоверно меньше. В большинстве случаев у 13 и 14-летних мальчиков, по сравнению с 15 и 16-летними подростками, базовый импеданс и амплитуда систолической волны, а также большинство показателей тонуса сосудов и средняя скорость медленного кровенаполнения достоверно больше, или имеют тенденцию к большим значениям. Также установлено, что большинство временных показателей (за исключением времени медленного кровенаполнения) у 14-летних мальчиков достоверно меньше, или имеют тенденцию к меньшим значениям, чем у других возрастных групп мальчиков. При сравнении показателей реограммы бедра между мальчиками и девочками по календарному и по биологическому возрасту установлено достоверно большие значения у девочек большинства амплитудных и производных показателей, а также времени медленного кровенаполнения у 14 и 15-летних девочек. У мальчиков установлены достоверно большие значения продолжительности сердечного цикла и времени нисходящей части реограммы бедра, а также всех временных показателей и большинства показателей тонуса сосудов у 13-летних мальчиков, чем у 12-летних девочек. The studies were conducted at the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University among 67 students of the 3rd year of the Faculty of Medicine, respectively, 1 month before the preparation and immediately before the period of differentiated tests and the examination session with the use of a personal Boyko questionnaire. The statistical analysis of the data obtained, which involved the use of descriptive statistics procedures, was carried out on the basis of using the standard statistical analysis application package “Statistica 6.1” (license number AXX910A374605FA). The results show a significant increase in the level of expression of all the leading phases of emotional burnout of students during the pre-examination and examination periods, and most of all this phenomenon relates to the most unfavorable in its content of phases of resistance and exhaustion. It is established that the level of expression of the leading characteristics of emotional burnout in the highest proportion of young women and young men is characterized by being in the phase of resistance. The highest level of expression of emotional burnout phase indicators in both young women and young men is characteristic for the period of 1 month before the examination session, however, the highest level of expression of phase indicators depletion in both young women and young men is observed immediately before the examination session. Young women have a more significant degree of expression of values that mark the leading components of the resistance phase, among young men – values that mark the leading indicators of the phases of stress and exhaustion. The determined data are of significant importance both from the standpoint of determining the features of the formation of adaptation resources of the organism, and from the standpoint of establishing practically significant approaches to the formation of students’ personality, which provide the necessary for successful mastering of the future profession of the working dynamic stereotype of the teaching and professional activity prevention of unwanted emotional reactions in response to the factors of educational or work process Важливе місце у структурі особливостей особистості студентської молоді, яка оволодіває певним фахом і перебуває в умовах передекзаменаційного та екзаменаційного навчального стресу, належить провідним характеристикам рівня вираження емоційного вигорання, що є незаперечним чинником формування високого рівня емоційної нестійкості дівчат і юнаків до дії чинників довкілля та соціальних і професійних умов життя. Метою роботи є дослідження особливостей емоційного вигорання студентів закладів вищої медичної освіти, які перебувають в умовах передекзаменаційного та екзаменаційного навчального стресу. Дослідження проводились на базі Вінницького національного медичного університету ім. М. І. Пирогова серед 67 студентів 3 курсу медичного факультету відповідно за 1 місяць до складання та безпосередньо перед періодом складання диференційованих заліків і проведенням екзаменаційної сесії із використанням особистісного опитувальника Бойка. Статистичний аналіз одержаних даних, що передбачав застосування процедур описової статистики, здійснювався на основі використання стандартного пакету прикладних програм статистичного аналізу “Statistica 6.1” (ліцензійний № AXX910A374605FA). Отримані результати засвідчують суттєве збільшення показників ступеня вираження усіх провідних фаз емоційного вигорання студентів протягом передекзаменаційного та екзаменаційного періодів, причому в найбільшій мірі це явище стосується найбільш несприятливих за своїм змістом фаз резистентності та виснаження. Встановлено, що рівень вираження провідних характеристик емоційного вигорання у найбільшої частки дівчат і юнаків характеризується перебуванням у фазі резистентності. Найбільш високий ступінь вираження показників фази напруження емоційного вигорання і у дівчат, і у юнаків властивий для періоду за 1 місяць до екзаменаційної сесії, разом з тим, найбільш високий рівень вираження показників фази виснаження і у дівчат, і у юнаків спостерігається безпосередньо перед екзаменаційною сесією. Серед дівчат реєструється більш значущий ступінь вираження величин, які відзначають провідні складові фази резистентності, серед юнаків – величин, які відзначають провідні показники фаз напруження та виснаження. Одержані результати мають суттєву значущість як з позицій визначення особливостей формування адаптаційних ресурсів організму, так і з позицій встановлення практично-значущих підходів до формування особистості студентів, що забезпечують становлення необхідного для успішного засвоєння майбутнього фаху робочого динамічного стереотипу виконання навчальної і професійної діяльності та запобігання виникненню небажаних емоційних реакцій у відповідь на дію чинників навчального або трудового процесу Дод.точки доступу: Makarov, S. That is why the study of personal characteristics in different populations, ethnicities, ages, professional groups, etc. still does not lose its relevance in the scientific field. Given that certain components of individual personality traits are innate, it is advisable to find connections between them and the characteristics of the human body. The purpose of the work is to determine and analyze the peculiarities of correlations between indicators of body structure and size and personality indicators of practically healthy women with mesomorphic somatotype. Primary anthropo-somatotypological and personality indicators of 33 practically healthy Ukrainian women of the first mature age of mesomorphic somatotype were selected from the data bank of materials of the research center of National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya. The analysis of correlations between anthropo-somatotypological and indicators of personality traits was performed in the licensed package "Statistica 6.1" using the non-parametric Spearman’s method. Multiple, mostly reliable, medium-strength straight lines (r = -0.35 to -0.50), Eysenck G. insincerity scales with the majority of girth dimensions, thickness of skin and fat folds, somatotype components, and body weight component composition; multiple, mostly significant medium-strength inverse (r = -0.37 to -0.52) correlations of the exaltation character of the exalted type according to Shmishek G. with the majority of girth dimensions, the majority of pelvic sizes, somatotype components and components of body weight composition; multiple significant mean strength inverse (r = -0.38 to -0.49) correlations of the extraversion-introversion scale according to Eysenck G. with the thickness of the skin and fat folds of the upper limb and under the shoulder blade. In other cases, single, medium-strength, reliable and unreliable direct and inverse correlations of anthropo-somatotypological indicators with the leading typological characteristics of temperament, psychodynamic features of personality and indicators of severity and features of accentuated personality traits. As a result of quantitative analysis of reliable and unreliable average correlations of anthropo-somatotypological indicators with personality traits of practically healthy women of mesomorphic somatotype, the highest relative percentage of correlations was found between: leading typological characteristics of temperament according to Eysenck G. and somatotype components body weight composition and body girth; psychodynamic personality traits according to Spielberger C. This statement also applies to a person’s personality, ie the big five – the main features that make it up. The study of the relationship between physique and personality traits among a healthy population is very relevant and is a promising area for anthropology and psychology. The purpose of the work is to conduct a prognostic assessment of the influence of anthropo-somatotypological indicators on the personality indicators in practically healthy Ukrainian women without and taking into account the somatotype. Primary anthropo-somatotypological (anthropometry according to Bunak’s scheme, Heath-Carter somatotype determination, Matiegka and American Institute of Nutrition weight composition) and personality indicators (determination of leading typological characteristics of temperament according to Eysenck, psychodynamic features of personality according to Spielberger and features of accentuated personality traits according to Shmishek, components of internality according to Rotter) of practically healthy Ukrainian women of the first mature age are selected from the data bank of materials of the research center of National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya. Factor analysis was performed in the license package "Statistica 6.1". The main factors that indicate the association of personality traits of practically healthy Ukrainian women of different somatotypes with some anthropo-somatotypological indicators: mesomorphs – "the size of the girth and fat size of the body" and "the size of the longitudinal size of the body"; in ectomorphs – "the size of the girth of the body" and "the size of the fat size of the body"; in endo-mesomorphs - "the magnitude of the circumferential size of the body" and "the magnitude of the width of the mandible"; in representatives of the middle intermediate somatotype – "the magnitude of the longitudinal and circumferential dimensions of the body" and "the magnitude of SFT on the posterior surface of the shoulder." In the general group of women, it is impossible to single out the second factor that has a significant load. Analysis of the obtained relationships of interdependence of personality traits, which have the greatest prognostic value in terms of formation of human personality with anthropo-somatotypological indicators showed that women of different somatotypes identified interdependencies have certain features. Thus, the application of factor analysis made it possible to determine the most significant relationships of personality indicators with the constitutional parameters of the body in practically healthy Ukrainian women of different somatotypes Відомо, що як генетичні фактори, так і вплив зовнішнього середовища впливають на розвиток тілобудови людини. Дане твердження так само стосується і особистості людини, тобто великої п’ятірки – основних рис, що її складають. Дослідження взаємозв’язку між показниками тілобудови та особливостей особистості людини серед здорового населення має значну актуальність і є перспективним напрямком для антропології та психології. Мета роботи – провести прогностичну оцінку впливу антропо-соматотипологічних показників на показники особливостей особистості практично здорових українських жінок без та з урахуванням соматотипу. Первинні антропо-соматотипологічні (антропометрія за схемою Бунака, визначення соматотипу за схемою Heath-Carter, визначення компонентного складу маси тіла за Matiegka та Американським інститутом харчування) та показники особливостей особистості (визначення провідних типологічних характеристик темпераменту за Eysenck, психодинамічних особливостей особистості за Spielberger, вираженості та особливості акцентуйованих рис особистості за Shmishek, складових інтернальності за Rotter) практично здорових українських жінок першого зрілого віку відібрані з банку даних матеріалів науково-дослідного центру Вінницького національного медичного університету ім. М.І. Пирогова. Факторний аналіз проведено в ліцензійному пакеті “Statistica 6.1”. Встановлені головні чинники, які свідчать про асоційованість особливостей особистості практично здорових українських жінок різних соматотипів з деякими антропо-соматотипологічними показниками: у мезоморфів – “величина обхватних і жирових розмірів тіла” і “величина поздовжніх розмірів тіла”; у ектоморфів – “величина обхватних розмірів тіла” і “величина жирових розмірів тіла”; у ендо-мезоморфів – “величина обхватних розмірів тіла” і “величина ширини нижньої щелепи”; у представниць середнього проміжного соматотипу – “величина поздовжніх і обхватних розмірів тіла” і “величина ТШЖС на задній поверхні плеча”. У загальній групі жінок виділити другий фактор, що має значущі навантаження, неможливо. Аналіз отриманих взаємовідношень взаємозалежності показників особливостей особистості, які мають найбільше прогностичне значення з точку зору формування особистості людини з антропо-соматотипологічними показниками показав, що у жінок різних соматотипів виявлені взаємозалежності мають певні особливості.
