The aim of the study is biomedical and physiological and hygienic assessment of motor activity of students of modern institutions of higher education and scientific substantiation of ways of its optimization. 385 students aged 19 to 21 were under observation during the research. As quantitative criteria for assessing motor activity, the values of daily energy consumption, the number of locomotions in a daily cycle and the duration of the dynamic component in the daily budget of time were used. The qualitative description of the values of motor activity was carried out on the basis of studying the main types of locomotives and their distribution patterns with the allocation of zones of minimal (hypokinesia), optimal (normokinesia) and maximum (hyperkinesia) values. The statistical analysis of the received materials provided for the application of the standard package of applications “Statistica 6.1”. As the norms of motor activity of modern students, the following indicators are determined: daily energy consumption values – 9000-11000 kJ for young women and 11000-13500 kJ for young men; number of locomotions in a daily cycle – 14000-18000 steps for young women and 15000-19000 steps for young men; the duration of the dynamic component in the daily budget time – 130-180 minutes in young women and 140-190 minutes in young men. Among the leading ways of optimizing motor activity are: the implementation of continuous monitoring and individualized integrated assessment of habitual motor activity; taking into account the norms of motor activity of student youth, which provide a beneficial effect on the processes of formation of their health and adaptive capacity of the body of future specialists and the mandatory achievement of their values; development and implementation of a set of measures aimed at optimizing motor activity and rational organization of motor activity of modern students Однією із ключових проблем сучасної біомедичної антропології є наукове обґрунтування передумов до формування здорового способу життя людини, запровадження здоров’язберігаючих технологій, які ураховують її психофізіологічні і особистісні особливості. Метою роботи є біомедична і фізіолого-гігієнічна оцінка рухової активності студентів сучасних закладів вищої освіти та наукове обґрунтування шляхів її оптимізації. Під наглядом протягом проведених досліджень перебували 385 студентів у віці від 19 до 21 років. Як кількісні критерії оцінки рухової активності використовувались величини добових енерговитрат, кількості локомоцій у добовому циклі та тривалості динамічного компонента у добовому бюджеті часу. Якісну характеристику величин рухової активності здійснювали на підставі вивчення основних видів локомоцій та структури їх розподілу з виділенням зон мінімальних (гiпокiнезiя), оптимальних (нормокінезія) і максимальних (гіперкінезія) значень. Статистичний аналіз отриманих матеріалів передбачав застосування стандартного пакету прикладних програм “Statistica 6.1”. Як нормативи рухової активності сучасних студентів визначені наступні показники: величини добових енерговитрат – 9000-11000 кДж у дівчат і 11000-13500 кДж у юнаків; кількість локомоцій в добовому циклі – 14000-18000 кроків у дівчат і 15000-19000 кроків у юнаків; тривалість динамічного компоненту у добовому бюджеті часу – 130-180 хв у дівчат і 140-190 хв у юнаків. The purpose of the study is to determine the peculiarities of the quantitative indexes of finger and palmar dermatoglyphics in men and women with ichthyosis. Dermatological examination was performed in 49 patients with ichthyosis and 136 dermatologically healthy persons. The sample of patients was conducted randomly. All persons received informed consent for conducting observations. Fingerprint and palm prints are obtained by scanning fingerprints on paper by the Futronic’s FS8 USB2.0 Fingerprint Scanner using the ftrScanApiEx.exe program, and then transferring data to a personal computer. Processing of dermatoglyphics data was carried out according to the method of Cummins H. and Midlo Ch. (1961). The quantitative indices of both finger and palmar dermatoglifics were determined. The calculation of the received results was carried out in the licensed software package “Statistica 5.5”. The average sample values (M) and dispersion (σ) were determined in the groups of the subjects surveyed. Using the Mann-Whitney U-test determined the probability of differences in the results obtained for individual groups. A certain complex of quantitative signs of palmar dermatoglyphics is revealed, which is characteristic for men suffering from ichthyosis, which includes indexes of the intensity of the comb formations, the value of the length of the segment c-t, the value of the palm corners and the Cummins index. In women suffering from ichthyosis, such a complex includes, as in men, indicators of the intensity of the combs and the length of the segment c-t, except for which - also the value of palm comb accounts. Given the specific lamellar form of ichthyosis, the dermatoglyphic picture (monomorphism of established signs on both hands: the presence of a single 4-finger flexural fold, a pattern in the III interdigital gap, low localization of the carpal angle atd, and the presence of the ulnar loop, complicated by the internal pattern on the III finger of the left and the IV the finger of the right hand brushes), the authors concluded that the study of ichthyosis should be carried out necessarily for each form of ichthyosis separately, which significantly increases the resolution of the method of dermatoglyphics Гетерогенність за типами успадкування генодерматозів з групи іхтіозу, що включають в себе фактично всі можливі варіанти, є підставою для застосування одного з генетичних методів вивчення людини – методу дерматогліфіки. Мета дослідження – встановити особливості кількісних показників пальцевої і долонної дерматогліфіки у хворих на іхтіоз чоловіків і жінок. Дерматогліфічне обстеження проведено у 49 хворих на іхтіоз і у 136 дерматологічно здорових осіб. Вибірка хворих проводилась випадковим способом. У всіх осіб була отримана інформована згода на проведення спостережень. Відбитки папілярної шкіри пальців і долонь отримані шляхом сканування відбитків на папері сканером Futronic’s FS8 USB2.0 Fingerprint Scanner з використанням програми ftrScanApiEx.exe, з подальшим перенесенням даних на персональний комп’ютер. Обробку дерматогліфів проводили за методикою H. Cummins і Ch. Midlo (1961). Визначали кількісні показники як пальцевої, так і долонної дерматогліфіки. Обчислення отриманих результатів проводили в ліцензійному пакеті програм “Statistica 5.5”. Визначали середні вибіркових значень (М) та дисперсії (σ) у групах обстежених осіб. За допомогою U-критерію Мана-Уітні визначали вірогідність відмінностей отриманих результатів для окремих груп. Виявлено певний комплекс кількісних ознак долонної дерматогліфіки, характерний для чоловіків, хворих на іхтіоз, що включає показники пальцевої інтенсивності гребенеутворення, значення довжини відрізка c-t, значення долонних кутів та індексу Каммінса. У жінок, хворих на іхтіоз, такий комплекс включає, як і в чоловіків, показники пальцевої інтенсивності гребенеутворення та значення довжини відрізка c-t, окрім яких – ще й значення долонних гребінцевих рахунків. Враховуючи специфічну для ламелярної форми іхтіозу дерматогліфічну картину (мономорфність встановлених ознак на обох кистях: наявність єдиної 4-пальцевої згинальної складки, візерунка в III міжпальцевому проміжку, низької локалізації карпального кута atd і наявність ульнарної петлі, ускладненої внутрішнім візерунком на III пальці лівої і на IV пальці правої кистей), автори прийшли до висновку, що дослідження іхтіозу потрібно проводити обов’язково для кожної форми іхтіозу окремо, що значно підвищить роздільну здатність методу дерматогліфіки Дод.точки доступу: Dmytrenko, S. The purpose of the study is to detect differences in qualitative signs of digital dermatoglyphics between patients with atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma. Primary indicators of digital dermatoglyphics of sick young men and young women of the Podillia region are taken from the data bank of the research center of the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya and were used in previous studies when compared with the practically healthy population of this region. Imprints were obtained by the method of “printing ink” by Gladkova T. D. By the method of Cummins H. and Midlo Ch. a dermatological study was performed for 320 young men and young women with allergic rhinitis (n=69), bronchial asthma (n=108) and atopic dermatitis (n=143). The frequency and location of 8 types of finger patterns were subject to analysis. Statistical processing of the obtained results was carried out in the package “Statistica 6.1” using nonparametric methods. The reliability of the difference in values between independent qualitative values was determined by the formula of Weber E. (1961). The specificity of the digital typology of atopic diseases is established, which is based on the differences in the frequency and location of the whorl, central pocket and arches between the young men, except those indicated - a random pattern between young women, patients with atopic dermatitis, bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis. Additionally, when comparing young men, patients with allergic rhinitis with patients with bronchial asthma and atopic dermatitis - ulnar loop; for bronchial asthma with patients with allergic rhinitis and atopic dermatitis - lateral pocket loop (in young men) and ulnar, lateral pocket and double loops (in young women); when comparing young men, patients with atopic dermatitis with patients with bronchial asthma, and allergic rhinitis - a random pattern Правомірність застосування методу дерматогліфіки у вивченні атопічних захворювань забезпечується полігенністю успадкування ознак дерматогліфіки, з одного боку і патогенетичною гетерогенністю даних захворювань, з іншого боку, а також високою інформативною здатністю ознак дерматогліфіки як маркерів захворювань спадкової та мультифакторіальної природи. Мета дослідження – виявити розбіжності якісних ознак пальцевої дерматогліфіки між хворими на атопічний дерматит, алергічний риніт та бронхіальну астму. Первинні показники пальцевої дерматогліфіки хворих юнаків і дівчат Подільського регіону взяті з банку даних науково-дослідного центру Вінницького національного медичного університету ім. М. І. Пирогова та були використані в попередніх дослідженнях при порівняні з практично здоровим населенням даного регіону. Відбитки отримані методом “типографської фарби” за Гладковою Т. Д. За методикою Cummins H. і Midlo Ch. проведено дерматогліфічне дослідження 320 юнаків і дівчат, хворих на алергічний риніт (n=69), бронхіальну астму (n=108) та атопічний дерматит (n=143). Аналізу підлягали частота та локалізація 8 типів пальцевих візерунків. Статистична обробка отриманих результатів проведена в пакеті “Statistica 6.1” з використанням непараметричних методів. Достовірність різниці значень між незалежними якісними величинами визначали за формулою Weber E. (1961). Встановлена специфіка пальцевої типології атопічних захворювань, яка полягає у відмінностях за частотою і локалізацією завитка, центральної кишені і дуги між юнаками, крім зазначених – випадкового візерунку між дівчатами, хворими на атопічний дерматит, бронхіальну астму, алергічний риніт. Додатково при порівнянні юнаків, хворих на алергічний риніт з хворими на бронхіальну астму і атопічний дерматит – ульнарної петлі; на бронхіальну астму з хворими на алергічний риніт і атопічний дерматит – латеральної кишенькової петлі (у юнаків) та ульнарної, латеральної кишенькової та подвійної петель (у дівчат); при порівнянні юнаків, хворих на атопічний дерматит з хворими на бронхіальну астму, і алергічний риніт – випадкового візерунка Дод.точки доступу: Cherkasov, V. The purpose of the work is to establish the patterns of interdependence of the characteristics of the functional state of the organism and indicators of the health status of students and their complex assessment based on the use of factor analysis procedures. In the course of scientific researches were studied indicators of functional features of higher nervous activity, visual sensory system and somatosensory analyzer. Data on the communication and interdependence characteristics of the level of development of psychophysiological functions and indicators of the health status of students were subjected to statistical processing using the licensed standardized package “Statistica 6.1 for Windows” (license number ВXXR901E245722FA) based on the factor analysis procedures. During the complex assessment of the patterns of interdependence between the characteristics of health status and indicators of the development of psychophysiological functions of the organism of students, who were at different stages of higher medical education, it was determined that young man had the most significant influence on health characteristics of the level of health factors such as “functional features of the visual sensory system”, “functional features of motion coordination” and “functional features speed of visual-motor speed and stability of attention”, young woman – factors such as “functional features of the visual sensory system”, “functional features of motion coordination” and “functional features speed of visual-motor reaction”. The results obtained are the basis for the development of methods for the prognostic evaluation of the characteristics of the formation of health characteristics in the context of determining indicators of the development of psychophysiological functions of young men and young women, as well as the development of effective health-saving technologies to create a preventive educational environment in higher education. Невід’ємним компонентом здійснення адекватної прогностичної оцінки особливостей взаємозалежності провідних корелят адаптаційних можливостей та функціональних ресурсів організму людини є використання процедур факторного аналізу. Мета роботи – встановлення закономірностей взаємозалежності характеристик функціонального стану організму і показників стану здоров’я студентів та їх комплексна оцінка на підставі використання процедур факторного аналізу. Під час проведення наукових досліджень вивчали показники функціональних особливостей вищої нервової діяльності, зорової сенсорної системи та соматосенсорного аналізатора. Дані щодо особливостей зв’язку та взаємозалежності характеристик рівня розвитку психофізіологічних функцій і показників стану здоров’я студентів підлягали статистичній обробці із використанням ліцензійного стандартизованого пакету “Statistica 6.1 for Windows” (ліцензійний № ВXXR901E245722FA) на підставі застосування процедур факторного аналізу. В ході здійснення комплексної оцінки закономірностей щодо взаємозалежності між характеристиками стану здоров’я та показниками розвитку психофізіологічних функцій організму студентів і студенток, які перебували на різних етапах здобуття вищої медичної освіти, визначено, що у юнаків на провідні характеристики рівня здоров’я найбільш значущий вплив справляли такі фактори, як “функціональні особливості зорової сенсорної системи”, “функціональні особливості координації рухів” і “функціональні особливості швидкості зорово-моторної реакції та стійкості уваги”, у дівчат – такі фактори як “функціональні особливості зорової сенсорної системи”, “функціональні особливості координації рухів” і “функціональні особливості швидкості зорово-моторної реакції”. Отримані результати є базисом для розроблення методик прогностичної оцінки особливостей формування характеристик стану здоров’я у контексті визначення показників розвитку психофізіологічних функцій юнаків і дівчат, а також розроблення ефективних здоров’язберігаючих технологій для створення превентивного освітнього середовища у закладі вищої медичної освіти. The purpose of the work is to establish the features of social and psychological adaptation of girls and boys aged 15-17 during their stay in the senior classes of a modern school. To determine the leading features of social-psychological adaptation during the scientific work used a personal questionnaire of Rogers and Diamond, the use of which involved the assessment of a number of both nominal and integrated indicators of adaptation processes, namely indicators of adaptation, self-acceptance, perception of others, internality, internality to dominance. Analysis of the obtained results led to the use of descriptive statistics procedures based on the use of a standard application package of multidimensional statistical analysis “Statistica 6.1 for Windows” (licensed №AXX910A374605FA). The results of the research show mainly the average level of expression of the leading nominal indicators of social-psychological adaptation of pupils 15-17 years old, who are in a modern school, and determine the features of the process of active adaptation of girls and boys to environmental conditions, their socially significant attitude to the world. from the standpoint of ensuring a stable and stable standard of living, the peculiarities of behavioral decisions that contribute to this. These trends are confirmed by the analysis of integrated indicators of the processes of social-psychological adaptation of pupils, especially the characteristics of adaptability and maladaptation, self-acceptance and acceptance of others, as well as emotional comfort and internality. The purpose of the work is to determine the leading indicators of emotional burnout of pupils aged 15-17 years and to establish the features of their dynamic changes during education in a modern school. The research using Boyko’s personal questionnaire was conducted on the basis of a number of secondary schools located in Vinnytsia, during which 309 pupils (158 young women and 151 young men) at the age of 15-17 years old were supervised. The analysis of the obtained data involved the application of descriptive statistics procedures based on the use of the standard package of statistical analysis applications “Statistica 6.1” (licensed № AXX910A374605FA). The obtained data testify to the fact that the syndrome of emotional burnout is most often observed among pupils at the aged 15 and 17, and in terms of age and sex, mainly among young men compared to young women. The differences between the rates of young women and young men are probably to be explained by their greater emotional openness and greater resistance of the organism to the action of stressors in comparison with young men. On the other hand, high levels of emotional burnout among young men compared to young women testify to their inability to spend their emotions economically, to effectively resist the actions of traumatic environmental factors and social living conditions. It is determined that the level of emotional burnout of schoolchildren is high among young women – due to the high level of expression of the phase of resistance, which indicates the development of resistance to emotional stress, among young men – due to phases of stress and exhaustion, which indicates significant depletion of adaptation mechanisms. The purpose of the study is to establish and analyze the features of the girth body sizes in men and women with generalized fatty form of seborrheic dermatitis of varying severity. The comprehensive body size of 40 men and 40 young women (25-44 years) with generalized fatty seborrheic dermatitis (mild and severe) was determined. The control group consisted of the girth sizes of practically healthy men (n=82) and women (n=154) of the same age group, which were selected from the database of the research center National Pirogov Memorial Medical University. Statistical processing of body circumference was performed in the licensed package “Statistica 6.0” using non-parametric evaluation methods. As a result of studies in patients with seborrheic dermatitis of varying severity of men, compared with practically healthy men, found only greater values of the girth of the shoulder in a relaxed state and thighs, neck (only mild), shin in the upper part and waist (in both cases only with a severe degree), as well as smaller values of the girth of the shoulder in a tense state; and in patients of varying severity of women – greater values of the girth of the shoulder in a relaxed state, thighs, lower legs, neck, waist and all girths of the chest and both thighs (only severe), as well as smaller values of the girth of the hand (only with mild). In both men and women with seborrheic dermatitis, differences in girth body sizes are more pronounced in people with severe disease. Between men or women with seborrheic dermatitis of varying severity, there are no significant or trends in differences in girth body sizes. In the analysis of the manifestations of sexual dimorphism of the circumferential body size between men and women with seborrheic dermatitis found greater values in men with mild and severe disease of the upper extremities, hands, shin, feet and neck (in most cases more pronounced in representatives with mild severity), as well as only in men with mild severity – greater values of all chest girths. For a more correct understanding of changes in girth body sizes in Ukrainian men or women with seborrheic dermatitis of varying severity, it is necessary to analyze other constitutional parameters of the body На сьогоднішній день в сучасній медицині вивчення стану здоров’я людини переорієнтовано на індивідуальний принцип, в основу якого покладено виявлення і вивчення конституціонально-детермінованих закономірностей прояву певних хвороб. Мета дослідження – встановити та провести аналіз особливостей обхватних розмірів тіла у чоловіків і жінок, хворих на генералізовану жирну форму себорейного дерматиту різного ступеня важкості. Проведено визначення обхватних розмірів тіла у 40 чоловіків і 40 жінок молодого віку (25-44 роки) хворих на генералізовану жирну форму себорейного дерматиту (легкого та тяжкого ступеня важкості). Контрольну групу складали обхватні розміри практично здорових чоловіків (n=82) і жінок (n=154) аналогічної вікової групи, що були відібрані з банку даних науково-дослідного центру Вінницького національного медичного університету ім. М.І. Пирогова. Статистична обробка обхватних розмірів тіла проведена в ліцензійному пакеті “Statistica 6.0” із використанням непараметричних методів оцінки. В результати проведених досліджень у хворих на себорейний дерматит різного ступеня важкості чоловіків, порівняно з практично здоровими чоловіками, встановлені лише більші значення обхватів плеча у ненапруженому стані та стегна, шиї (лише з легким ступенем), гомілки у верхній частині та талії (в обох випадках лише з тяжким ступенем), а також менші значення обхвату плеча у напруженому стані; а у хворих різного ступеня важкості жінок – більші значення обхватів плеча у ненапруженому стані, стегна, гомілки у нижній частині, шиї, талії і усіх обхватів грудної клітки та обох стегон (лише з тяжким ступенем), а також менші значення обхвату кисті (лише з легким ступенем). Як у хворих на себорейний дерматит чоловіків, так і у жінок, відмінності обхватних розмірів тіла більш виражені у представників із тяжким ступенем важкості захворювання. Між чоловіками або жінками, хворими на себорейний дерматит різного ступеня важкості, не встановлено достовірних або тенденцій розбіжностей обхватних розмірів тіла. При аналізі проявів статевого диморфізму обхватних розмірів тіла між хворими на себорейний дерматит чоловіками та жінками встановлені більші значення у чоловіків із легким і тяжким ступенем важкості захворювання обхватів верхньої кінцівки, кисті, гомілки у нижній частині, стопи та шиї (у більшості випадків більш виражено у представників із легким ступенем важкості), а також лише у чоловіків із легким ступенем важкості – більші значення усіх обхватів грудної клітки. It is based on the anamnesis and clinical picture of skin lesions. Carrying out a detailed analysis of the structure and size of the body in combination with clinical and instrumental studies allows us to further make a more reliable prognosis of complications of this disease and improve the results of treatment of such patients. The aim of the study was to establish and analyze the features of the skinfold thickness in Ukrainian men and women with seborrheic dermatitis of varying severity. Skinfold thickness (SFT) was determined in 40 men and 40 women (aged 25 to 44 years) with generalized fatty seborrheic dermatitis (mild and severe). The control group consisted of SFT values of practically healthy men (n=82) and women (n=154) of the same age group from the database of the research center National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya. Statistical processing of SFT indicators was performed in the license package “Statistica 6.0” using non-parametric evaluation methods. Compared with practically healthy men, patients with mild and severe seborrheic dermatitis had lower SFT values on the posterior (by 49.7 % and 46.5 %) and anterior (by 41.9 % and 46.4 %) surfaces of the shoulder and chest (by 28.9 % and 27.9 %), on the thigh (47.3 % and 38.3 %), on the forearm (only compared to severe severity by 18.5 %), at the lower angle of the shoulder blade (only compared to mild severity by 3.5 %) and on the shin (only compared to severe severity by 15.9 %), as well as higher values of SFT on the side (by 36.7 % and 51.6 %); and in women patients of varying severity– also lower values of SFT on the posterior surface of the shoulder (by 51.0 % and 43.6 %), on the anterior surface of the shoulder (by 46.6 % and 31.0 %), on the chest (by 31.3 % and 18.9 %), on thighs (by 47.4 % and 38.9 %) and on the shin (only compared to the mild degree by 10.2 %), as well as higher values of SFT on the side (by 37.0 % and 44.6 %). Among men or women with seborrheic dermatitis of varying severity, only higher values were found in women with severe SFT on the anterior surface of the shoulder (by 22.6 %), and in men with severe severity – higher values of SFT on the thigh (by 14.6 %). Manifestations of sexual dimorphism of SFT among patients with seborrheic dermatitis of varying severity were found only between men and women with severe disease, namely, higher values of SFT in women on the front shoulder surface (by 28.6 %), forearm (by 16.0 %) and on the shin (by 26.3 %) У діагностиці себорейного дерматиту досягнуто значного прогресу. Вона ґрунтується на анамнезі та клінічній картині ураження шкіри. Проведення детального аналізу особливостей будови та розмірів тіла в комплексі з клініко-інструментальними дослідженнями дозволяє надалі проводити більш достовірний прогноз розвитку ускладнень цього захворювання та покращити результати лікування таких хворих. Мета дослідження – встановити та провести аналіз особливостей товщини шкірно-жирових складок в українських чоловіків і жінок хворих на себорейний дерматит різного ступеня важкості. Проведено визначення товщини шкірно-жирових складок (ТШЖС) у 40 чоловіків і 40 жінок (віком від 25 до 44 років) хворих на генералізовану жирну форму себорейного дерматиту (легкого та тяжкого ступеня важкості). Контрольну групу складали показники ТШЖС практично здорових чоловіків (n=82) і жінок (n=154) аналогічної вікової групи з банку даних науково-дослідного центру Вінницького національного медичного університету ім. М. І. Пирогова. Статистична обробка показників товщини шкірно-жирових складок проведена в ліцензійному пакеті “Statistica 6.0” із використанням непараметричних методів оцінки. У хворих на себорейний дерматит легкого та тяжкого ступеня важкості чоловіків, порівняно з практично здоровими чоловіками, встановлені менші значення ТШЖС на задній (на 49,7 % і 46,5 %) та передній (на 41,9 % і 46,4 %) поверхнях плеча, на грудях (на 28,9 % і 27,9 %), на стегні (на 47,3 % і 38,3 %), на передпліччі (лише порівняно з тяжким ступенем важкості на 18,5 %), під нижнім кутом лопатки (лише порівняно з легким ступенем важкості на 3,5 %) та на гомілці (лише порівняно з тяжким ступенем важкості на 15,9 %), а також більші значення ТШЖС на боці (на 36,7 % і 51,6 %); а у хворих різного ступеня важкості жінок – також менші значення ТШЖС на задній поверхні плеча (на 51,0 % і 43,6 %), на передній поверхні плеча (на 46,6 % і 31,0 %), на грудях (на 31,3 % і 18,9 %), на стегні (на 47,4 % і 38,9 %) та на гомілці (лише порівняно з легким ступенем важкості на 10,2 %), а також більші значення ТШЖС на боці (на 37,0 % і 44,6 %). Між хворими на себорейний дерматит різного ступеня важкості чоловіками або жінками встановлені лише більші значення у жінок із тяжким ступенем важкості ТШЖС на передній поверхні плеча (на 22,6 %), а у чоловіків із тяжким ступенем важкості – більше значення ТШЖС на стегні (на 14,6 %). Therefore, it is planned to supplement the existing data by studying the features of the components of the somatotype and indicators of the component composition of body weight in this category of patients. The purpose of the study is to establish and analyze the characteristics of somatotype components and indicators of the component composition of body weight in men and women with generalized fatty seborrheic dermatitis of varying severity. In 40 Ukrainian men and 40 Ukrainian women (25-44 years according to the age periodization of the WHO, 2015) patients with generalized fatty seborrheic dermatitis (hereinafter seborrheic dermatitis) identified components of the somatotype according to the Heath-Carter scheme and the absolute amount of fat, bone and muscle components of body weight according to the formulas of Matiegka J. and the American Institute of Nutrition (AIN). As a control, similar indicators were taken from practically healthy Ukrainian men (n=82) and women (n=154) from the data bank of the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University Research Center, Vinnytsya. Statistical analysis of the results was performed in the license package "Statistica 6.0" using non-parametric evaluation methods. Studies in patients with seborrheic dermatitis of varying severity compared to practically healthy men have shown higher values of the muscle component of body weight according to the methods of Matiegka and AIN, as well as lower values of fat component of body weight. In patients of varying severity of women compared to practically healthy women, found higher values of mesomorphic component of somatotype, muscle component of body weight by Matiegka and AIN, bone component of body weight (severe only), and lower values of fat component of body weight (only with a slight degree). There are no significant or tendency differences between the components of somatotype and the indicators of the component composition of body weight between men or women with seborrheic dermatitis of varying severity. In the analysis of the manifestations of sexual dimorphism of the studied body parameters between men and women with seborrheic dermatitis, higher values were found in men (regardless of the severity of the disease) of the muscle component of body weight by Matiegka and AIN and bone component of body weight. Thus, among the parameters associated with an unfavorable prognosis of this dermatosis are the muscle component of body weight according to Matiegka and AIN, fat component of body weight (in both sexes) and mesomorphic and ectomorphic components of somatotype (in women) Комплексний аналіз клініко-антропометричних предикторів дозволяє максимально повно і точно об’єктивізувати віддалений прогноз хворих на генералізовану жирну форму себорейного дерматиту. Саме тому, у даній роботі планується доповнити існуючі дані вивченням особливостей компонентів соматотипу та показників компонентного складу маси тіла у цієї категорії пацієнтів. Мета дослідження – встановити та провести аналіз особливостей компонентів соматотипу та показників компонентного складу маси тіла у чоловіків і жінок хворих на генералізовану жирну форму себорейного дерматиту різного ступеня важкості. У 40 українських чоловіків і 40 українських жінок молодого віку (25-44 роки згідно вікової періодизації ВООЗ, 2015) хворих на генералізовану жирну форму себорейного дерматиту (в подальшому себорейного дерматиту) визначені компоненти соматотипу згідно схеми Хіт-Картера та абсолютна кількість жирового, кісткового та м’язового компонентів маси тіла за формулами J. Matiegka і Американського інституту харчування (АІХ). В якості контролю аналогічні показники взяті у практично здорових українських чоловіків (n=82) і жінок (n=154) із банку даних науково-дослідного центру Вінницького національного медичного університету ім. М. І. Пирогова. Статистичний аналіз отриманих результатів проведено в ліцензійному пакеті “Statistica 6.0” із використанням непараметричних методів оцінки. У результаті проведених досліджень у хворих на себорейний дерматит різного ступеня важкості чоловіків, порівняно з практично здоровими чоловіками, встановлені більші значення м’язового компоненту маси тіла за методиками Matiegka та АІХ, а також менші значення жирового компоненту маси тіла. У хворих різного ступеня важкості жінок порівняно з практично здоровими жінками, встановлені більші значення мезоморфного компоненту соматотипу, м’язового компоненту маси тіла за методиками Matiegka та АІХ, кісткового компоненту маси тіла (лише з тяжким ступенем), а також менші значення жирового компоненту маси тіла (лише з легким ступенем). Між чоловіками або жінками хворими на себорейний дерматит різного ступеня важкості не встановлено достовірних або тенденцій розбіжностей компонентів соматотипу та показників компонентного складу маси тіла. При аналізі проявів статевого диморфізму досліджуваних параметрів тіла між хворими на себорейний дерматит чоловіками та жінками встановлені більші значення у чоловіків (незалежно від важкості захворювання) м’язового компоненту маси тіла за методиками Matiegka та АІХ і кісткового компоненту маси тіла. Таким чином, серед параметрів, асоційованих із несприятливим прогнозом розвитку даного дерматозу, виявляються м’язовий компонент маси тіла за методиками Matiegka та АІХ, жировий компонент маси тіла (у обох статей) та мезоморфний і ектоморфний компоненти соматотипу (у жінок) Дод.точки доступу: Khasawneh, Ahmad Raed Serheta, I.
