The purpose of the work is to establish differences in correlations of ultrasonic sizes of the uterus in different phases of the menstrual cycle (MC) with anthropo-somatotypological parameters of the body of practically healthy young women of ecto- and mesomorphic somatotypes. Primary indices of sonographic sizes of the uterus, as well as anthropometric and somatotypological parameters in 78 healthy urban young women of Podillia with duration of MC 28 days were obtained from the data bank of the research center of the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya. In a sonographic study in different phases of the MC, the length and width of the body, the length of the neck and the anterior-posterior size (thickness) of the uterus were measured for its largest size, as well as the thickness of the endometrium and myometrium. According to Bunak V. V. scheme anthropometric survey was conducted. The evaluation of the somatotype was carried out using the Carter-Heath mathematical scheme. According to the formulas of J. Matiegka fat, bone and muscle mass components are determined, and according to the American Institute of Nutrition, the muscular component of the body mass. The analysis of the correlations of the obtained results was carried out in the licensed package “Statistica 6.1” with the use of nonparametric statistics of Spearman. In young women with mesomorphic somatotype, regardless of the phase of MC, in most cases, there are numerous, mostly direct, reliable and unreliable mean strength correlations between the linear size of the uterus, the length of the cervix and the thickness of the myometrium, and most of the total and longitudinal dimensions of the body, as well as between the length of the body of cervix and the width of the distal epiphyses of the upper limb, the majority of the lower limbs girth, the thickness of the skin-fat folds on the lower extremity, and practically all the components of the body weight by Matiegka. In young women with ectomorphic somatotype, regardless of the phase of the MC, numerous, mostly direct, reliable average forces and strong and unreliable mean strength connections between all echometric dimensions of the uterus and all total, most of the longitudinal dimensions of the body (with the exception of the thickness of the endometrium), the width of the distal epiphysis forearm, most of the girth dimensions, shoulder width and muscle mass components of the body using the Matiegka method and the American Institute of Nutrition are set. Attention is drawn to the average strength, mostly reliable, feedback correlations regardless of the MC phase, between all echometric dimensions of the uterus and the ectomorphic component of the somatotype. So, between young women of meso- and ectomorphic somatotypes set differences of numerous connections of the sonographic parameters of the uterus with anthropo-somatotypological indices. In young women of mesomorphic somatotype in the follicular phase of the MC, the ovulation phase, and the luteal phase of the MC, the number and strength of the connections of the sonographic sizes of the uterus with anthropomorphic somatotypological parameters is lower than that of the representatives of the ectomorphic somatotype Успішність вирішення проблеми лікування і профілактики акушерсько-гінекологічної патології багато в чому залежить від того, наскільки повно і системно будуть вивчені взаємозв’язки між сонографічними розмірами матки і яєчників із конституціональними параметрами тіла. Мета роботи – встановити розбіжності кореляцій ультразвукових розмірів матки у різні фази менструального циклу (МЦ) з антропо-соматотипологічними параметрами тіла практично здорових дівчат екто- та мезоморфного соматотипів. Первинні показники сонографічних розмірів матки, а також антропометричні та соматотипологічні параметри у 78 здорових міських дівчат Поділля з тривалістю МЦ 28 діб отримано із банку даних матеріалів науково-дослідного центру Вінницького національного медичного університету ім. М. І. Пирогова. При сонографічному дослідженні у різні фази МЦ оцінювали: довжину та ширину тіла, довжину шийки та передньо-задній розмір (товщина) матки за її найбільшим розміром, а також товщину ендометрія і міометрія. Згідно схеми Бунака В. В., проведено антропометричне обстеження. Оцінку соматотипу здійснювали за математичною схемою Хіт-Картера. За формулами J. Matiegka визначені жировий, кістковий та м’язовий компоненти маси тіла, а за методом Американського інституту харчування – м’язовий компонент маси тіла. Аналіз зв’язків отриманих результатів проводили в ліцензійному пакеті “Statistica 6.1” із застосуванням непараметричної статистики Спірмена. У дівчат з мезоморфним соматотипом незалежно від фази МЦ в більшості випадків встановлені багаточисленні, переважно прямі, достовірні й недостовірні середньої сили зв’язки між лінійними розмірами матки, довжиною шийки матки й товщиною міометрія та більшістю тотальних і поздовжніх розмірів тіла, а також між довжиною тіла й шийки матки та шириною дистальних епіфізів верхньої кінцівки, більшістю обхватів нижньої кінцівки, товщиною шкірно-жирових складок на нижній кінцівці й практично усіма компонентами маси тіла за Матейко. У дівчат із ектоморфним соматотипом незалежно від фази МЦ встановлені багаточисленні, переважно прямі, достовірні середньої сили й сильні та недостовірні середньої сили зв’язки між усіма ехометричними розмірами матки та усіма тотальними, більшістю поздовжніх розмірів тіла (за винятком товщини ендометрія), шириною дистального епіфіза передпліччя, більшістю обхватних розмірів, шириною плечей й м’язовими компонентами маси тіла за методом Метейко та Американського інституту харчування. Привертають увагу середньої сили, переважно достовірні, зворотні зв’язки незалежно від фази МЦ між усіма ехометричними розмірами матки та ектоморфним компонентом соматотипу. Таким чином, між дівчатами мезо- та ектоморфного соматотипів встановлені розбіжності багаточисленних зв’язків сонографічних параметрів матки з антропо-соматотипологічними показниками. У дівчат мезоморфного соматотипу в фолікулінову фазу МЦ, фазу овуляції та лютеїнову фазу МЦ кількість і сила зв’язків сонографічних розмірів матки з антропо-соматотипологічними показниками менша, ніж у представниць ектоморфного соматотипу Свободных экз. нет |

The purpose of the work is to establish the features of social and psychological adaptation of girls and boys aged 15-17 during their stay in the senior classes of a modern school. To determine the leading features of social-psychological adaptation during the scientific work used a personal questionnaire of Rogers and Diamond, the use of which involved the assessment of a number of both nominal and integrated indicators of adaptation processes, namely indicators of adaptation, self-acceptance, perception of others, internality, internality to dominance. Analysis of the obtained results led to the use of descriptive statistics procedures based on the use of a standard application package of multidimensional statistical analysis “Statistica 6.1 for Windows” (licensed №AXX910A374605FA). The results of the research show mainly the average level of expression of the leading nominal indicators of social-psychological adaptation of pupils 15-17 years old, who are in a modern school, and determine the features of the process of active adaptation of girls and boys to environmental conditions, their socially significant attitude to the world. from the standpoint of ensuring a stable and stable standard of living, the peculiarities of behavioral decisions that contribute to this. These trends are confirmed by the analysis of integrated indicators of the processes of social-psychological adaptation of pupils, especially the characteristics of adaptability and maladaptation, self-acceptance and acceptance of others, as well as emotional comfort and internality. The aim of the study was to establish teleroentgenographic parameters that can be most often corrected during orthodontic and surgical interventions and to determine their features in Ukrainian young men and young women with orthognathic occlusion depending on profiles and facial types according to Schwarz A. M. The results of studies of lateral teleroentgenogram of the head of 49 young men aged 17 to 21 years and 76 young women aged 16 to 20 years with a physiological bite as close as possible to orthognathic using dental cone-beam tomography Veraviewepocs 3D Morita (Japan) are presented in this work. The morphometric teleroentgenographic parameters of the upper and lower jaws and inter-jaw parameters, which can most often change during surgical, orthodontic, cosmetic interventions in groups of persons with different profiles or types of faces according to Schwarz A. M., were determined. All significant differences between groups of young men with different facial profiles and between groups of young women with different facial profiles are of the same type: in both young men and young women with the first type of face profile – angle B is greater than in representatives with the third profile type, and angle MM is greater than in representatives with the third and second profile types; both in young men and young women with a second face type profile – distance R.asc. larger than the representatives with the first profile type; in both young men and young women with the third face profile type, the angle F is larger than in the representatives with the first profile type, the angle I is larger than in the representatives with the first and second profiles type, and the distances L-Mand and R.asc. larger than the representatives with the first profile type; the angle T have greater values in young men or young women with the first profile type of the face than with the second and third profiles type and have greater values in the representatives with the second profile type than with the first type profile of the face. Another picture is observed in the analysis of indicators in young men and young women with different face types. Thus, in persons with the third type of face the distance Max is greater than in persons with the first type and with the second type of face; the angle F in young men or young women with the third type of face is greater than in representatives with the second and first types, and in representatives with the second type – greater than in young men or young women with the first type of face. In young women, only tendencies to higher values of I and T angles were recorded in persons with the third type of face than with the first type. The purpose of the study is to build and analyze regression models of radio-radiographic parameters used in COGS-methodology in Ukrainian young men with an orthognathic bite with a wide face type. 22 Ukrainian young men with an orthognathic bite and a wide face type underwent a cephalometric study using the COGS method. For the correct modeling of cephalometric characteristics, the division of teleroentgenometric indicators into three groups proposed by M. O. Dmitriev (2016, 2017) was used: the first group is the metric characteristics of the skull, which usually do not change during surgical and orthodontic treatment; the second group - indicators of the maxillofacial system, which can be used to change the width, length, angles and position of the upper and lower jaws with the help of orthognathic surgery; the third group - indicators that actually characterize the position of each individual tooth relative to each other, cranial structures and the profile of the soft tissues of the face. Construction of regression models of cephalometric indicators according to the COGS method was carried out in the "Statistica 6.0" license package. It was established that only 4 reliable regression models of teleroentgenometric indicators with a coefficient of determination greater than 0.6 were built using the COGS method for Ukrainian young men with a wide face, which were included in the second and third groups depending on the indicators of the first group (R?= from 0.626 to 0.780 ), as well as 11 reliable models of indicators were built out of 19 possible, which were included in the third group depending on the indicators of the first and second groups (R2= from 0.626 to 0.970). The analysis of the constructed regression equations showed that most often the models of indicators that were included in the second and third groups, depending on the indicators of the first group, include the value of the distances P-PTV (17.64 %) and N-Se (11.76 %) and the value of the angles H (17.64 %) and N-S-Ba (11.76 %); and to the indicator models that were included in the third group depending on the indicators of the first and second groups - the value of the distances ANS-Me (15.00 %), A-B and N-Pog (7.50 % each) and the value of the angles Ar-Go-Gn, H and N-A -Pog (7.50 % each). Further research will make it possible to develop a computer program that will enable dentists to automatically calculate individual normative teleroentgenometric indicators. Keywords: regression models, teleradiography, cephalometry, COGS-method, facial types, orthognathic bite, young men Цефалометричні методики аналізу бокових телерентгенограм для успішного застосування в практиці ортодонта вимагають виконання попереднього клінічного дослідження, що має включати в себе максимально здорових осіб з місцевої популяції, для якої цю методику буде застосовано. Мета дослідження – побудова та аналіз регресійних моделей телерентгенометричних показників, що використовуються в COGS-методиці в українських юнаків із ортогнатичним прикусом із широким типом обличчя. 22 українським юнакам із ортогнатичним прикусом і широким типом обличчя проведено цефалометричне дослідження за COGS-методом. Для коректного моделювання цефалометричних характеристик використано розподіл телерентгенометричних показників на три групи, запропонований Дмітрієвим М. О. (2016, 2017): перша група – метричні характеристики черепа, які зазвичай не змінюються в процесі хірургічного та ортодонтичного лікування; друга група – показники зубощелепної системи, яким за допомогою ортогнатичної хірургії можливо змінювати ширину, довжину, кути та положення верхньої та нижньої щелеп; третя група – показники, які власне характеризують положення кожного окремого зуба відносно один одного, черепних структур та профілю м’яких тканин обличя. Побудова регресійних моделей цефалометричних показників за COGS-методом проведена в ліцензійному пакеті “Statistica 6.0”. Встановлено, що в українських юнаків із широким обличчям за COGS-методом із 33 можливих побудовано лише 4 достовірних регресійних моделі телерентгенометричних показників з коефіцієнтом детермінації понад 0,6, які увійшли до другої та третьої груп залежно від показників першої групи (R²= від 0,626 до 0,780), а також із 19 можливих побудовано 11 достовірних моделей показників, які увійшли до третьої групи залежно від показників першої та другої груп (R²= від 0,626 до 0,970). Аналіз побудованих регресійних рівнянь показав, що найбільш часто до моделей показників, які увійшли до другої та третьої груп залежно від показників першої групи, входять величина відстаней P-PTV (17,64%) і N-Se (11,76%) та величина кутів H (17,64%) і N-S-Ba (11,76%); а до моделей показників, які увійшли до третьої групи залежно від показників першої та другої груп, – величина відстаней ANS-Me (15,00%), A-B і N-Pog (по 7,50%) та величина кутів Ar-Go-Gn, H і N-A-Pog (по 7,50%). Подальші дослідження дозволять розробити комп’ютерну програму, яка дасть можливість лікарям-стоматологам автоматично вираховувати індивідуальні нормативні телерентгенометричні показники.
