The purpose of the work is to establish correlation of indicators of cerebral blood circulation with anthropo-somatotypological parameters of the body in practically healthy young men of Podillia with ectomorphic somatotype. On the base of the research center of the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya conducted rheoencephalographic, anthropometric and somatotypological studies of 24 practically healthy urban young men from the Podillia region of Ukraine of ectomorphic somatotype. The correlation analysis was performed using Spearman nonparametric method in the licensed statistical package "Statistica 6.1". In practically healthy young men of the ectomorphic somatotype, the following multiple correlations of cerebral blood flow parameters with constitutional parameters of the body are established: direct reliable (r from 0.41 to 0.52) and unreliable mean power (r from 0.30 to 0.38) correlations of most amplitude indices with girth of the head and the largest length of the head, as well as the reverse, mostly unreliable (r from -0.30 to -0.40), and a reliable average power (r from -0.41 to -0.53) correlations with most of the total body size, half of the width distal epiphyses long tubular bones of the limbs (WDE), the majority of the circumference of the extremities, third indicators thickness of skin and fat folds (TSFF), performance component composition weight; direct, mostly unreliable, average strength (r from 0.33 to 0.38) correlations of the duration of the cardiac cycle and the time of the downward part of the rheogram with a half of the TSFF indices; direct, mostly unreliable, average strength (r from 0.30 to 0.37) correlations of the dicrotic index with a third of the indices of the TSFF and the endomorphic component of the somatotype, as well as the inverse of the reliable (r from -0.40 to -0.58) and unreliable mean force (r from -0.30 to -0.40) correlations of the average speed of fast and slow blood filling with all total, half of the longitudinal body sizes, half of the WDE indexes, the majority of circumferential body sizes, more than half the body diameters, most of the indicators of the TSFF, the endomorphic component of the somatotype and all the components of the body composition and the reverse, mostly reliable, average strength (r from -0.41 to -0.51) correlations of the index of tone of all arteries, the tone of the arteries of the large, as well as the middle and shallow diameters with more than half of the indices of the TSFF and the endomorphic component somatotype. In the analysis of correlations of rheoencephalogramms indicators with constitutional parameters of the body in practically healthy young men of the ectomorphic somatotype, the largest number, mostly inverse of reliable and unreliable mean strength correlations, was established for amplitude indices - with total body sizes (66.7% of the total number of these indicators), indicators of component body composition (60.0%), WDE (45.0%), circumferential dimensions of the body (34.7%), cephalometric indices (34.3%) and TSFF (33.3%). The largest number, mostly inverse, of reliable and unreliable average strength correlations, was found for the derived indicators - with TSFF (47.2% of the total number of these indicators), somatotype components (29.2%), components of body mass (28.1%), total sizes body and WDE (25.0%); and, mostly direct, inaccurate average strength correlations, for time indicators was established - with cephalometric indices (28.6% of the total number of these indicators), TSFF (22.2%) and body diameters (14.3%) В сучасній науковій літературі переважна більшість досліджень присвячена вивченню особливостей мозкового кровообігу у представників різних віково-статевих груп, а дослідження, присвячені конституціональним особливостям церебральної гемодинаміки у практично здорового населення практично відсутні. Мета роботи – встановити кореляції показників церебрального кровообігу з антропо-соматотипологічними параметрами тіла практично здорових юнаків Поділля ектоморфного соматотипу. На базі науково-дослідного центру Вінницького національного медичного університету ім. М. І. Пирогова проведені реоенцефалографічні, антропометричні та соматотипологічні дослідження 24 практично здорових міських юнаків Подільського регіону України ектоморфного соматотипу. Аналіз кореляцій проводили з використанням непараметричного методу Спірмена в ліцензійному статистичному пакеті "Statistica 6.1". У практично здорових юнаків ектоморфного соматотипу встановлені наступні множинні зв’язки показників церебрального кровообігу з конституціональними параметрами тіла: прямі достовірні (r від 0,41 до 0,52) і недостовірні середньої сили (r від 0,30 до 0,38) зв’язки більшості амплітудних показників з обхватом голови й найбільшою довжиною голови, а також зворотні, переважно недостовірні (r від -0,30 до -0,40), і достовірні середньої сили (r від -0,41 до -0,53) зв’язки з більшістю тотальних розмірів тіла, половиною показників ширини дистальних епіфізів довгих трубчастих кісток кінцівок (ШДЕ), більшістю обхватів кінцівок, третиною показників товщини шкірно-жирових складок (ТШЖС), показниками компонентного складу маси тіла; прямі, переважно недостовірні, середньої сили (r від 0,33 до 0,38) зв’язки тривалості серцевого циклу й часу низхідної частини реограми з половиною показників ТШЖС; прямі, переважно недостовірні, середньої сили (r від 0,30 до 0,37) зв’язки дикротичного індексу з третиною показників ТШЖС і ендоморфним компонентом соматотипу, а також зворотні достовірні (r від -0,40 до -0,58) і недостовірні середньої сили (r від -0,30 до -0,40) зв’язки середньої швидкості швидкого й повільного кровонаповнення з усіма тотальними, половиною поздовжніх розмірів тіла, половиною показників ШДЕ, більшістю обхватних розмірів тіла, більш ніж половиною діаметрів тіла, більшістю показників ТШЖС, ендоморфним компонентом соматотипу й усіма показниками компонентного складу маси тіла та зворотні, переважно достовірні, середньої сили (r від -0,41 до -0,51) зв’язки показника тонусу всіх артерій, тонусу артерій великого, а також середнього та мілкого діаметра з більш ніж половиною показників ТШЖС й ендоморфним компонентом соматотипу. При аналізі кореляцій показників реоенцефалограми з конституціональними параметрами тіла у практично здорових юнаків ектоморфного соматотипу найбільшу кількість, переважно зворотних достовірних і недостовірних середньої сили, зв’язків встановлено для амплітудних показників – з тотальними розмірами тіла (66,7% від загальної кількості даних показників), показниками компонентного складу маси тіла (60,0%), ШДЕ (45,0%), обхватними розмірами тіла (34,7%), кефалометричними показниками (34,3%) та ТШЖС (33,3%). Найбільша кількість, переважно зворотних достовірних і недостовірних середньої сили зв’язків, для похідних показників встановлена – з ТШЖС (47,2% від загальної кількості даних показників), компонентами соматотипу (29,2%), показниками компонентного складу маси тіла (28,1%), тотальними розмірами тіла та ШДЕ (по 25,0%); а, переважно прямих недостовірних середньої сили зв’язків, для часових показників встановлена – з кефалометричними показниками (28,6% від загальної кількості даних показників), ТШЖС (22,2%) та діаметрами тіла (14,3%) Доп.точки доступа: Datsenko, G. The purpose of the work is to determine the features of correlations of indicators of cerebral circulation with constitutional parameters of the body of practically healthy young men from Podillia with mesomorphic somatotype. On the base of the research center of the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya, conducted a comprehensive study of 62 practically healthy urban youths of mesomorphic somatotype, of inhabitants of the Podillia region of Ukraine in the third generation. All of them have undergone a rheoencephalography using a computer diagnostic complex; anthropometric study according to the scheme of V. V. Bunak; craniometry; determination of components and type of somatotype by J. Carter and B. Heath and components of body mass index by J. Matiegka and American Institute of Nutrition. The correlation analysis was performed using the Pearson method in the statistical package “Statistica 6.1”. In the practically healthy young men of the mesomorphic somatotype, the following multiple correlations of cerebral blood flow parameters with constitutional parameters of the body are established: direct of middle power (r = 0.36 to 0.38) correlations of the base impedance with indicators of the thickness of skin and fat folds on the lower extremity, the endomorphic component of the somatotype and the fat component of the body mass using the Matejko method; direct, predominantly average strength (r = 0.30 to 0.40), correlations of the rising part of the rheogram and time of rapid blood filling with all total and longitudinal body dimensions, distal epiphysis widths of the upper extremity, muscle mass component of the body by the Matiegka method, and the bone component of the body mass using the Matiegka method (only for the time of rapid blood filling), as well as the direct mean (r = 0.31 to 0.37) and weak strength (r = 0.26 in all cases), correlations of slow blood flow time with most longitudinal body sizes; inverse, mainly average strength (r = -0.30 to -0.44), correlations of the dicrotic index with all total, most of the longitudinal body sizes, most of the girth indices of the limbs, muscle and bone components of the mass of the body by the method of Matiegka and muscular by the method of the American Institute of Nutrition method, as well as direct, mostly average forces (r = from 0.30 to 0.47), correlations of indicators of tone of all arteries, tone of arteries of large caliber and tone of arteries of medium and small caliber with most longitudinal body sizes. Attention is drawn to the lack of reliable correlations of only the amplitude indicators with total body sizes. In the analysis of correlations of rheoencephalography indicators with constitutional parameters of the body in practically healthy young men of mesomorphic somatotype among all groups of indicators of cerebral circulation for time indicators, the largest number of reliable connections found, mostly with total body sizes (53.3%, here and thereafter from the total number of these indicators), longitudinal body dimensions (52.0%), body mass index components (20.0%), circumferential body dimensions (18.7%), width distal epiphyses long limb bone (15.0%) and cephalometric indexes (14.3%). The highest percentage of correlations with body diameters (14.3%), components of somatotype (13.3%), cephalometric indices (11.4%) and components of body composition (10.0%) were established for amplitude parameters; and for derivative indicators - with longitudinal body dimensions (45.0%), body total dimensions (29.2%), body sizes (16.7%), body composition components (15.6%), width distal epiphyses of long limb bones (12.5%) and diameters of the body (10.7%) Особливості зв’язків реоенцефалографічних показників з антропометричними показниками у здорових досліджуваних вітчизняної вибірки є важливим діагностичним критерієм та маркером патологічних станів з боку мозкових судин у досліджуваних певного соматотипу. Мета роботи – встановити особливості кореляцій показників церебрального кровообігу з конституціональними параметрами тіла практично здорових юнаків Поділля мезоморфного соматотипу. На базі науково-дослідного центру Вінницького національного медичного університету ім. М. І. Пирогова проведені комплексні дослідження 62 практично здорових міських юнаків мезоморфного соматотипу, у третьому поколінні мешканців Подільського регіону України. Усім їм проведено реоенцефалографію за допомогою комп’ютерного діагностичного комплексу; антропометричне дослідження за схемою В. В. Бунака; краніометрію; визначення компонентів і типу соматотипу за методикою J. Carter і B. Heath та показників компонентного складу маси тіла за методикою J. Matiegka та Американського інституту харчування. Аналіз кореляцій проводили з використанням методу Пірсона в ліцензійному статистичному пакеті “Statistica 6.1”. У практично здорових юнаків мезоморфного соматотипу встановлені наступні множинні зв’язки показників церебрального кровообігу з конституціональними параметрами тіла: прямі середньої сили (r= від 0,36 до 0,38) зв’язки базового імпедансу з показниками товщини шкірно-жирових складок на нижній кінцівці, ендоморфним компонентом соматотипу та жировим компонентом маси тіла за методом Матейко; прямі, переважно середньої сили (r= від 0,30 до 0,40), зв’язки часу висхідної частини реограми та часу швидкого кровонаповнення з усіма тотальними й поздовжніми розмірами тіла, показниками ширини дистальних епіфізів верхньої кінцівки, м’язовим компонентом маси тіла за методом Матейко та кістковим компонентом маси тіла за методом Матейко (лише для часу швидкого кровонаповнення), а також прямі середньої (r= від 0,31 до 0,37) й слабкої сили (r= 0,26 в усіх випадках) зв’язки часу повільного кровонаповнення з більшістю поздовжніх розмірів тіла; зворотні, переважно середньої сили (r= від -0,30 до -0,44), зв’язки дикротичного індексу з усіма тотальними, більшістю поздовжніх розмірів тіла, більшістю показників обхватів кінцівок, м’язовим і кістковим компонентами маси тіла за методом Матейко й м’язовим за методом за методом Американського інституту харчування, а також прямі, переважно середньої сили (r= від 0,30 до 0,47), зв’язки показників тонусу всіх артерій, тонусу артерій великого діаметру й тонусу артерій середнього та мілкого діаметру з більшістю поздовжніх розмірів тіла. Привертає увагу відсутність достовірних кореляцій лише амплітудних показників із тотальними розмірами тіла. При аналізі кореляцій показників реоенцефалогами з конституціональними параметрами тіла у практично здорових юнаків мезоморфного соматотипу серед усіх груп показників церебрального кровообігу для часових показників встановлено найбільшу кількість достовірних зв’язків, переважно з тотальними розмірами тіла (53,3 %, тут і в подальшому від загальної кількості даних показників), поздовжніми розмірами тіла (52,0 %), показниками компонентного складу маси тіла (20,0 %), обхватними розмірами тіла (18,7 %), показниками ширини дистальних епіфізів довгих трубчастих кісток кінцівок (15,0 %) та кефалометричними показниками (14,3 %). Finding tools to predict the occurrence and severity of this disease is one of the key unrealized areas of modern medicine in the field of skin diseases. The purpose of the study is to build and analyze discriminant models of the possibility and features of psoriasis course in Ukrainian men without and taking into account the somatotype, depending on the structure and size of the body. Anthropometric and somatotypological examination of 82 practically healthy and 100 patients with mild and severe psoriasis was performed. Construction of discriminant models of the possibility of occurrence and features of psoriasis depending on anthropo-somatotypological indicators is performed in the license package “Statistica 5.5”. It was found that men of the general group and representatives of the mesomorphic somatotype can reliably interpret the obtained classification indicators both between healthy and patients with psoriasis of different course, and between men with psoriasis of mild and severe course (correctness 84.1% of cases, statistics Wilks’ Lambda=0.074, р0.001 in the general group, correctness 83.6% of cases, statistics Wilks’ Lambda Значна поширеність і мультифакторіальність виникнення псоріазу є головними причинами, чому дане захворювання роками продовжують вивчати вчені в області дерматології. Пошук засобів для прогнозування виникнення і тяжкості перебігу даного захворювання є одним із ключових нереалізованих напрямків сучасної медицини в області захворювань шкіри. Мета дослідження – побудувати та провести аналіз дискримінантних моделей можливості виникнення та особливостей перебігу псоріазу в українських чоловіків без і з урахуванням соматотипу в залежності від особливостей будови та розмірів тіла. Проведено антропометричне та соматотипологічне обстеження 82 практично здорових і 100 хворих на псоріаз легкого та тяжкого перебігу чоловіків. Побудова дискримінантних моделей можливості виникнення та особливостей перебігу псоріазу в залежності від антропо-соматотипологічних показників виконана в ліцензійному пакеті “Statistica 5.5”. This contributes to achieving better aesthetic results, reducing the risk of complications and increasing the effectiveness of surgical interventions. Taking into account age, sex, and face type helps predict long-term changes and adapt the treatment plan to obtain optimal results. In addition, it improves assessment accuracy and standardizes evidence-based approaches, making it easier to compare results between clinics. Thus, individual regulatory parameters are key to successful orthognathic surgery. The purpose of the study is to build and analyze regression models of teleroentgenometric indicators using the "Cephalometrics for orthognathic surgery" method in Ukrainian young women with a wide face type. 25 Ukrainian young women with an orthognathic bite and a wide face type underwent a cephalometric study using the "Cephalometrics for orthognathic surgery" (COGS-method) method. For the correct modeling of cephalometric parameters, their division into three groups was applied (Dmitriev M. O., 2016, 2017): the first group – basic metric characteristics of the skull; the second group – teleroentgenometric indicators by which it is possible to change the parameters of the upper and lower jaws with the help of orthognathic surgery; the third group – indicators that characterize the position of each tooth relative to each other, cranial structures and the profile of the soft tissues of the face. Construction of regression models was carried out in the license package "Statistica 6.0". Only reliable models with a coefficient of determination R2 of at least 0.60 were subject to further analysis. It was found that in young women with a wide face, using the COGS method, 6 models of teleroentgenometric indicators were built out of 33 possible, which were included in the second and third groups depending on the indicators of the first group (R²= from 0.601 to 0.705, p0.01-0.001); out of 19 possible, 16 indicator models were built, which were included in the third group depending on the indicators of the first and second groups (R² Дослідження індивідуальних нормативних цефалометричних параметрів у осіб різної статі і віку є важливим для методу «Cephalometrics for orthognathic surgery», оскільки дозволяє точно діагностувати аномалії та розробляти персоналізовані плани лікування. Це сприяє досягненню кращих естетичних результатів, знижуючи ризик ускладнень і підвищуючи ефективність хірургічних втручань. Врахування вікових, статевих особливостей, типу обличчя допомагає прогнозувати довгострокові зміни та адаптувати план лікування для отримання оптимальних результатів. Крім того, це підвищує точність оцінки і стандартизує науково обґрунтовані підходи, що полегшує порівняння результатів між клініками. Таким чином, індивідуальні нормативні параметри є ключовими для успішної ортогнатичної хірургії. Мета дослідження – побудова та аналіз регресійних моделей телерентгенометричних показників за методикою «Cephalometrics for orthognathic surgery» в українських дівчат із широким типом обличчя. 25 українським дівчатам із ортогнатичним прикусом і широким типом обличчя проведено цефалометричне дослідження за методикою «Cephalometrics for orthognathic surgery» (COGS-метод). Для коректного моделювання цефалометричних параметрів застосовано їх розподіл на три групи (Дмітрієв М. О., 2016, 2017): перша група – базові метричні характеристики черепа; друга група – телерентгенометричні показники за якими за допомогою ортогнатичної хірургії можливо змінювати параметри верхньої та нижньої щелеп; третя група – показники які характеризують положення кожного зуба відносно один одного, черепних структур та профілю м’яких тканин обличя. Побудова регресійних моделей проведена в ліцензійному пакеті «Statistica 6.0». Подальшому аналізу підлягали лише достовірні моделі з коефіцієнтом детермінації R2 не менше 0,60. Встановлено, що у дівчат із широким обличчям за COGS-методом із 33 можливих побудовано 6 моделей телерентгенометричних показників які увійшли до другої та третьої груп в залежності від показників першої групи (R²= від 0,601 до 0,705, p0,01-0,001), а також із 19 можливих побудовано 16 моделей показників, які увійшли до третьої групи в залежності від показників першої та другої груп (R² Доп.точки доступа: Nesterenko, Ye.
